Ive been to this shop twice now for my truck, both times for a basic oil change. This last time I spent two and a half hours, which is fine. However, I specifically asked if they could fill my coolant because Im six months pregnant. I was told no problem. I got my truck back thinking everything was good. They topped off all the fluids, or so they say. 500 miles later my truck starts to over heat. Low and behold my coolant, as well as all of the other fluids in my truck where not topped off. I now have a water pump issue. This shop does good work, but I wish they had completed the job like they said they did. Im not one to complain, but I dont want this to happen to anyone else. Check your fluids before you leave the shop. Otherwise they are going to tell you there is a leak somewhere like they did me.

Serious lack of communication and professionalism by the young man at the front desk who seems to be running the show. I brought my car in and was told they would get back to me by the end of the day with a diagnosis of the problem. Never got a call, so I called the next day and they hadn’t even looked at it. After this happening a few days in a row, I too my car elsewhere. Never coming back.

Ive been taking 3 of our family cars here now for about 2 years. Theyre all really nice and knowledgeable. Prices are fair. For me, the most important piece is peace of mind. I feel safe and confident that our cars are in the best hands. I hope theyre around forever because it is such a good feeling having a mechanic you can trust. David, Danielle, John and their mechanics ROCK!

Scheduled two appointments with them on two separate dates to install my interlock device. On the first day they kept my car the whole day only to say the wiring was bad. On the second day they kept my car for 6 hrs and said the device was malfunctioned. Then they showed me the device only for the wiring and the device to still be in its original package. Wasted my time and they are liars.Look at the previous comment. They pick and choose whos car they want to work on. Period.

Where do I begin? Friendly, knowledgeable services. Prices are reasonable. Work is completed on time. Communication with customer is easy, non intimidating, non salesy. Lobby is my favorite!! Clean, free wifi, water bottles, clean bathrooms! Even the garage is neat and organized! All in all its just a great place to take your vehicle for service!! Highly recommended!!

David always spends necessary time explaining every detail of what is going with your vehicle, any necessary & future repairs needed. I dont trust places that pick and chose who they do business with. They could easily over charge customers they dont want coming back.Read the rest for details.I have had my car serviced here several times and was rather impressed with the repair work on my older car over the last few years, but David has a chip on his shoulders thats makes dealing with this place uncomfortable. The last visit I had I needed some work done on my wheels which I know this is not this shops specialty, but all I wanted was some measurements. He got very defensive of me when I was trying to explain what I wanted and said (I know cars!). I was not questioning his knowledge, but the scene was almost hostile. I left with him asking me to email the part I was wanting and also him getting back to me with an estimate for my other work I wanted done. He never got back! Daniel was pleasant enough when I called the next day, but 2 days later no call.

This place is very upfront and honest about everything. I have taken my Lexus for different services. From oil changes, new battery, electrical windshield wipers replaced, they took care me. Prices are very reasonable. As long as they are there I’ll be taking my car to them.

I can’t imagine a better repair shop. This is a very friendly and professional group of people. I came in with what another mechanic told me was a blown head gasket. They took another look and determined it was something much simpler. They saved me over $1000 and are genuinely nice people. Definitely coming back here with any future problems.

Oil changes should not be this much fun!Sat in the lovely and pleasant-smelling waiting room, chatted with the sociable chaps, drank a soothing cup of hot tea made for me. If there had been a massage chair person, I would never have left!Oh, and by the way, the car runs well.

These guys are great. Not only is the shop clean, theyre fast, courteous, and honest, which is hard to find in an auto shop. Theyve been working on my Fords for a couple years and the work they do is fantastic.I highly recommend them.

Rick the owner is the most honest auto repair owner ive ever meet. Started using him 8 months ago. Toyotech does great work. They will tell you the brutal truth. This is a place where you go to get great work done and not worry about the cost. They are not the cheapest but not the most expensive either.

I had My F250 towed here because it simply needed a starter. After I picked up My truck I quickly realized that My backup camera was Not working. I immediately went back in & Danielle and one mechanic explained that this happens & that they could Not help Me, after $354. for a New starter, Wow. While driving to the stero shop to have my camera fixed(Cost Me $25. & 90mins) I also noticed the A/C Not working. When I called back, Danielle told Me that how could She be sure My A/C Even worked before this haha Then David tells Me the same thing & that theres No Way they messed up My a/c, But THEY DID! Now it has to go into an A/C repair shop & see whats wrong. POOR Customer Service & IFFY Mechanics is how they treated Me as an Upland resident! NEVER AGAIN Main St, do Your research & Youll find somewhere better! Be careful, Youve been warned.

If you are not a car expert and wish to have the owner berate you in a condescending tone, this is the place for you! The owner, Rick is a complete d-bag. He calls it brutal honesty, when in reality it is a lack of respect.Two years ago I took my vehicle to him and instead of taking care of the problem I asked about, he proceeded to look for more issues (which I understand most repair places do). He then takes this information and uses it to try “guilting” me into more work than necessary. I explained to him that I don’t have $4000 just lying around and can’t afford all this. Instead of just prioritizing the more important ONE thing that I came in for, he talks to me as if I’m irresponsible for NOT doing all he suggests. It was almost impossible to finally get him to do the one and only repair I needed.After I finished with this jerk, I then took my truck to Scooter’s just down the road where they told me half of Rick’s diagnostic was not even true. Some of it was in fact other issues that needed to be addressed but Scooter’s said they understand money doesn’t grow on trees and they worked out a way to prioritize the issues and I slowly fixed them all over two years – at half the price of Toyotech!Fast forward two years, my wife’s car had a part stolen from under the hood so we opted to go to Scooter’s instead of Toyotech. God knows that $70 part replacement would have turned into $2000 of “new” problems at Toyotech.Then, this weekend my truck was not driving correctly and mis-firing so I called Scooter’s on Monday but they were closed. So… unfortunately I tried to give Rick another chance. Big mistake. Same attitude, same jerk. He proceeds to tell me about $3000 worth of problems when in fact it only needed new spark plugs. (many of those problems Scooter’s already fixed in the past two years!) Again, I tell him that I don’t (as many working people) have $3000 just sitting around to put into a 12 year old truck! Instead of understanding this he again acted like I was not worthy of his time and how dare I don’t opt in for the other repairs. He was so close to actually wagging his finger in my face.I told him it doesn’t matter because we are trading it in for another car this weekend at the dealership. He said I’d get no value for it but then he offered me $1500 for the truck right there. I told him the dealership was offering $6600 and he literally laughed at me and said “yeah right, good luck with that. Let me know when that falls through and I’ll have $1500 here for you.” Well… screw him. The dealership gave me $7000! What a piece of work this guy is.Very shady! Very rude! Very unpleasant experience!Be warned… run far from here!!!I wish I could give zero stars on the rating.
