The cashier was super nice the store was clean. We got most of the stuff we needed.

They had what I needed, as indicated on their website... Some places claim to have items in stock but when you get to the store, its actually out of stock.... Not a problem here... They said they had it in stock and they did. Happy customer here!

I went to this party city to get a gender reveal confetti popper that it said online was available for in store pick up. Once I got there. They were completely sold out of the girls and only had blue. There were absolutely no associates on the floor or no where to be found other then a very nice lady who was doing it ALL behind the counter.. she answered phones, was blowing up balloon orders AND checking the long line of people out. I can hear on her walkie talkie there were other associates there but no one ever came up and helped her. I had to wait in a line of 8 ppl just for her to help me. She was so extremely nice and when I told her I needed the pink popper looked up the sku and she went and doubled check above the gender reveal area and they were there. She said they probably were scanned in wrong and unfortunately we didnt have them. She did show me a alternative popper that would work perfect for us. Even under all the pressure of doing everything her self she was still kind and help. Total shame on party city to have ONE associate for the entire store. I was there for well over a hr for a simple item. And the bathrooms were DISGUSTING. One stall had no toilet paper in it. The garbage were over flowing in both stalls and there was feces on one toilet. Totally not sanity and looked like it hadnt been cleaned in days. I wish I had caught the lovely ladies name to put on here but she had braids and wore glasses. She was the only thing that was pleasant on this trip.

Horrible...they dont have a lot of stuff and especially in the baby shower area...staff wasnt very nice or helpful

To be honest I am completely disappointed the service is completely unacceptable. Took me around 45 to get birthday balloons..

Terrible customer service at this location!!!! I did an online order for curbside thinking quick, safe and convenient smh more like arranging to sit waiting in the car for a half an hour after notifying the store I was there in parking space b2. I had to go in to find my order and apparently so did other curbside pick up customers because either they weren’t concerned with helping online pick up orders or they were understaffed in which case was still very terrible service.

The only local party city with Mandalorian themed decorations...until we took it all! You can always order the decorations online.

I went to fill up a large star balloon for my granddaughters birthday. The oy charged me 2.14 for filling this large balloon that was purchased at Party City 3 weeks ago. The service only took 10 minutes to be in line fill it up and pay for it. I enjoyed the staff...prompt and friendly.

Staff nice store clean and organized but the prices in the store is too damn High I went for a solid colored balloons 12 in a pack for 299 ridiculously can I file the same color same size add Dollar Tree and the 99 cent store for only $1.09

Thank you Party City tou were a life saver. We were having a Sesame Street Birthday Party and were having huge problems finding stores that carry the items we needed. Your crew members were so very helpful and it didnt cost me three arms and two legs. Our two year old was in love with his huge balloon of Elmo. THANK YOU AGAIN.

I like going to check out their costumes which by the way are great price and quality is good.

Great place for balloons

A big store with almost anything you might need to give a party. The products are neatly displayed and well organized for your convenience. The shelves are stacked very high so in some cases you might need the staff use their ladders to get the merchandise. The staff is very friendly and helpful and readily available unless its very crowded. It should be said that most of the merchandise is not geared toward very high end or the more formal parties.

You can find everything for your party here. The bad thing is there some things so expensive

Great selection and helpful staff. Some items are good values. Some are a little pricier than expected. We found very specific stuff for a 12 year olds birthday party. Everything under one roof. You may not find everything you need here but Id start here then see whats left that you need to find elsewhere.

Just okay a lot of the supplies that I found for New Years were at the dollar store and all New Years things were finals down now I understand why

Love coming here for all my party decorations. They always have what Im looking for and the prices are fair. They have a great variety of themes to choose from. Staff is always friendly and helpful

Overall, I love this store & location. Its just that around Halloween time my kids are so used to buying their costumes from this place but my kids are a little bit too big in the sizes that they normally carry for the very little selections that they do carry. So, with limited sizes for husky kids in age appropriate costumes has been becoming difficult for my kids to find costumes that they actually like & not buying whats left & available in the size close to their size. The staff is great & helpful. I just wish that they had a better & new selection in costumes. With sizes for all kids. And also those little kids costumes for girls are get skimpy & the ones that arent are just unappealing. I hope they get it together. Also when they run out of costumes & certain sizes they should take the picture down or cover it up so we as customers dont have to waste our time nor the associates assisting. But out of Halloween season we do enjoy shopping there for all of our other festivitie needs.

Need to work on customer service! I ordered some balloons and they couldnt find them took them 30 min! I had bday party to go I would of been done if they were quick and not wasting my time!!

Somehow never seems to have what i need but the store is still alright. Its not super great for costumes but much better if youre throwing a birthday party. Which makes the name seem more sensible. They will have all the decorations a kid could want for a little party

No one has ever been friendly to me here. Ive been here maybe 5 times in the last year and everyone looks miserable and has an attitude when u ask for balloons. They are also very happy to tell u helium is 1.19 per balloon AFTER I purchased the balloons.

I never have problems coming here. Staff is nice and friendly. Sometimes its messy but theres usually only 3 people and theyre always making balloons so its understandable.

They have everything here for small parties to festivals... The only problem is that there is so much stuff there that it becomes overwhelming. It is a bit cluttered but there is only so much the workers are able to do with excessive stock. Flip side is there are lots of choices.

Got to tell you for two ladies in the whole store working. They made it happen. Very quick and great service.

The time I got there was yesterday about 5 I believe, and the employees where stalking up, I believe for easter I was bummed that they didnt have much Dinosaurs stuff, I got the last Happy birthday banner, they where out of stock on some stuff I wanted. But the place has alot of characters

They have terrible customer service. I wanted to return a costume that I purchased at another store that was further from my house. The sales clerk said that I had to return it back at the store that I purchased it from. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told there was no manager available. When I asked why I could not return it at this store she said that because it was not a franchise store. Then she said NEXT! at that point travelling with kids is difficult so I left.

Came here to pick up something simple that was ordered online, easily picked up, however, had to wait for quite a long time to get it. The store seemed a bit understaffed. Great selection though.

It literally has everything you need however there are literally no prices on anything and if there are prices they are incorrect and dont even correspond to the item, it was difficult to shop without knowing prices.
