I didnt find what I looking for but I found plenty of things I could use! ESPECIALLY with a lot of items 50% off!I passed by the store on my way out of the parking lot and had to go back. My car just LOVES stopping at sales! And this was nice for odds and ends that you can use.Theyre moving on the 1st of October to a new location.Im happy I had to go to Honey Baked Ham and doubled my pleasure with the ham AND a sale 😄

My visit to Bobos Beauty Supply today was my very first visit and it is full of everything you would need for your beauty needs. They have pretty much anything you can think of to set yourself up and the staff here is very helpful and very kind. What was the supply was also very busy with customers coming in consistently so I have to say that always be surprised popular enough to have so much traffic. I would definitely recommend this place so anybody looking for pretty much anything.

This was my first time going to Bobos beauty supply, Ill definitely be back. The staff was very friendly & helpful. They provided excellent customer service. The place is somewhat small, but offers an array of products to choose from. The prices are standard compared to other competing beauty stores.

During the Covid-19 Pandemic. After my surgery, I meet Sara, at the Upland store, so kind. Helpful, & knew excally what would look Great on me. I have bought 3 wigs already in 1 month. Very nice place to shop. They had multiple selections. Its was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and nice.

Always clean and plenty of room. Even when its crowded I never feel packed in. VERY helpful staff. I am sure they have to be concerned about theft like any business does; but, they dont follow you around and give you that uncomfortable or watched feeling. Great selection of cosmetics and hair care items.

A large and comprehensive beauty supply shop with an especially large inventory of wigs. I was there in support of a friend and didnt buy anything but she was very pleased with them on this, her first visit. I did notice that the hair oil I use was more expensive there than at Walmart, but Walmart doesnt carry anywhere near the variety of beauty supplies.

Went to this location after work to pick up something for my sister who needed an item for a wedding she will be in tomorrow. I google mapped the location to make sure I would be there on time before they closed and saw my arrival would be at 7:25, 5 minutes before they closed. As I pulled up right at that time and got out my car I saw them closing the doors early and heard several customers who were exiting complaining about rude customer service. I Never even got the chance to enter the building and just from what I observed and overheard I won’t be coming back to this location. Didn’t appreciate wasting gas thinking I’d make it on time to pick something up only to watch them close the store early. Felt very unprofessional knowing they close 7:30pm.

Maybe not always the cheapest in the area, but comparable. This place typically has all my braiding hair needs so I usually shop here first before other places in the area. I especially love their sales. =)

We liked it but still needs more stuff

I was really disappointed with Bobos for selling me a human hair wig of such poor quality. I bought a supposed human hair wig that was over 500$ during their 30% off sale. I co washed the wig before my big bday trip and it has been nothing but a tangled up and matted down nightmare. Really couldnt afford to lose that money and now Im stuck with it. Go for synthetic but dont pay a dime over 100$ for the so called human hair. Trust me. 😔

The Asian lady that works there always ignores me, she sees me standing waiting for help and will help everybody else. Even if a new customer comes in, she ignores me and help them. I brought it to her attention on more than one occasion she says oh I didnt see you the customers have to tell her to help me because I was first. The Asian lady tells the customers that came in after me Ill help you first I am an African American hopefully that has nothing to do with it. Im never going in the upland store again!
