At first, our experience was very poor. We unfortunately dealt with a sales person who was very immature and unprofessional. Asking us irrelevant questions and saying things like “ I want to sell this truck but only to someone in front of me”. We also received a “well how do I know your not just going to get my pricing and go else where”. Needless to say, I asked to speak to the manager and I am very happy I did. Ready to walk away, it was Roland’s professionalism and willingness to help, that got us my husbands dream truck. Roland made the process incredibly easy and smooth. He answered all of our questions, provided us with more then adequate information regarding our truck and made us feel 100% comfortable. The truck came with 1,000 miles or 30 days warranty which made me feel at ease. I am very grateful to Roland and RTR Auto Sales for helping me buy my husband the trust he deserves. 100% recommended.

I drove 1 hour with mom to the dealership and was greeted by Javier and Ronald 2 very nice men. During all this Covid-19 business buying a car can be hectic. I test drove the 2008 Buick Enclave, it had all the maintenance records and was in tiptop shape. A few scratches that were pointed out to me were no big deal. These guys are honest and very helpful. Im extremely happy.They helped me fill out the required paperwork and waited patiently for me to to talk to my bank, then took pictures for me with my New Buick Enclave.😁

Javier is very unprofessional my girl got a car and it had some problems.He tried to intimidate us into not giving us the car after they took it in for repairs because our financing wasn’t approved at that time of towing, but once it got approved and we went to pick up the car he straight out told us if I didn’t take down my previous bad review he wouldn’t give us the car and I believe he did that because Roland wasn’t present during that time. also didn’t provide a receipt for the work they did on the car and towing. Not a bad place very good prices but Javier is very unprofessional, if you go in he sits on the left don’t see him, see Roland instead ASK FOR ROLAND.

UPDATE: Purchased a GTI a few months ago from them cars been having problems since i purchased it recently was told by my mechanic it was having transmission issues the dealer failed to mention as well had told Roland the car was having issues and took it for repairs cars check engine came on a few days after his repairs and we still agreed to pay him half as we did 400$ The first not to mention they took the car in 2x for repairs second time was charged another 200 but car stayed the same took car in to my mechanic was told the transmission was having issues he also found a relay and a aux coolant pump was charged another 600$ They gave us 30 days or 1000 miles on transmission warranty but failed to help when mentioned to them car was already having problems not even 300-450 miles into after i got it. Purchased car on october 25th was having problems with vehicle on october 29th car was never being raced was being used as a A to B from work started having problems with car not even 5 days after i got it. Transmission would over heat in drive when it would come to a complete stop. Car was sold with problems there wouldn’t be any other reason for a car to start having problems not even a week after being purchased. 1000 miles in 10 days? Making false statements to help your business isn’t right i have photos of me barely hitting my 1000 miles a month and a half after. Never recommend anyone coming here they will NOT HELP.

Let me tell you.... I was looking for a SUV for awhile now. I only wanted an SUV. While looking I came across a Chevy Tahoe that was clean and up to par within my standards.
