Since the restrictions are starting to lift, I decided that I needed to do SOMETHING to my poor feet, toenails and fingernails!My feet were so rough they reminded me of sandpaper and the nails were in need of a vet or blacksmith!I wanted to get Baby Foot to get my feet ready for the summer. Of course, I wasnt the only person with that thought. They were out of stock. But, fortunately there was another brand that was rated well, so I got that one.I also got some very pretty nail polish (buy one get one 50% off)I was an extremely happy camper! The lady that helped me was EXCELLENT. She helped me and took me to everything that I needed. She was kind and very, very patient with me. I really appreciated her assistance.

Cancels orders that you use 20% off online for in order to make you pay full price in store. This happens often and they don’t even try to fix the issue. They hardly work at this store. They used to work hard now just terrible service.I’d like to edit my review further since their comment below places blame elsewhere. The store cancels orders that use a 20% discount though they have the items available. This is an obvious attempt to make you pay the higher price as they don’t honor the 20% off in the store. Therefore, the reply from ulta below is irrelevant as it’s not because of a “computer error” but an error in the way they train their employees

Went to Samantha to have my regrowth colored, she had two other clients that were doing their color too at the same time. She did a great job on all three of us! She’s got a great personality and I really like her.

No one was barely on the floor and when I asked for assistance they treated me like I wasn’t worth serving. One woman was very sweet and tried to help but the floor managers were very impersonal and left me feeling like I shouldn’t ask any questions and completely ignored me when I asked if they had an Ulta in Europe. I would never go back and I would advise all of my friends and family never to shop there as long as they’re open. I honestly felt like it was because I’m african American which is even more disappointing. Praying for this business, Ulta is such a amazing company and should not be represented in this way. If I could rate this store -5 I would. Please represent this company better and hire managers that care about the reputation of this company. I will definitely be calling corporate.

In the evening of 3/14/19, a Fair skinned gentleman working in the cosmetics department was absolutely atrocious. He gave Horrible customer service. Totally unwilling to match my mother with a foundation and be of service. I ended up applying it myself because he simply walked away. I came back to this Ulta due to the service and recommendations I had received from an informative beautician who was there but busy with another customer.

Love Ulta! But this one a few of the things I bought were broken or missing some thing. I literally got in my car and had to go back in to exchange and re-buy. But they did give me a discount. So kind of evens out lol

How good your experience is really depends on who you get to talk to. Ive had loads of good experiences there but calling is a real hassle. I had to wait for 8 minutes just to be told they dont carry the brand i asked about.

Clean and well-stocked. Carries Julep which is also a plus. Salespeople are helpful. I like this store location better the one at Victoria Gardens for these reasons.

This place is always incredible clean and immensely boring. I am always being tied up and dragged in each week and it never gets easier, but shes happy and thus I am too.

I come to Ulta here and there and every time I come in I notice nobody ever asks me if I need assistance the employees just walk by me and say nothing, I really just brush it off get what I need and leave, today was different because I had both of my 12 year old daughters with me, we walked in, again no acknowledgement, I saw two employees while clearly looking around in search of what I needed, no acknowledgement, some really quick eye contact but that was it, I saw a lady walk in and an employee immediately come to her as she walked in and asked her if she needed any assistance, another lady walked in shortly after and the same thing an employee quickly greeted her and asked if she needed assistance I then pointed it out to my girls and we watched as it continued to happen a few more times, so I told them let’s walk around see if anyone asks if we need help, NOTHING, my daughters were shocked!! I hate to say this but all the women that were offered assistance were white, I am a Hispanic women with black hair and brown skin, I think these employees should be trained better in customer service and not be bias, I am a manager in a very professional environment and all of our clients get greeted and we acknowledge them all in the same professional way. The fact that my daughters had to see that really hit me and is the only reason why I’m taking the time to write this. Professionalism is a must.

I always have the best expierence here and the staff is always so very nice and helpful.its really hard to make sense of all the negative comments about this location. Maybe its just because Im the type of customer that also sees it from the retailer point of view and dont take advantage of the workers. I also dont think Im better than any of them (a big problem you see in the retail industry). I treat others how I want to be treated and to the lady who wants to boycott because her daughter got kicked out, from the description of your story, it seems as though your daughter and her friends were probably too young to be wandering the store not accompanied by their parents. Im very sure a manager wouldnt say that to a adult. It personally drives me nuts when parents just let their kids wander anywhere and do whatever they want while the parents are off doing their own thing and not watching their kids.

Great costumer service, I went in looking for a caboodle to have something my makeup to travel in the girls were friendly and attentive, the prices were fair.

Horrible customer service! Went in with my 2 boys, looking for a cologne for my husband and stocking up on eyelashes. The store was not busy at all 2 employees were near me i can see them staring at me from the corner of my eye but not once was i asked if i needed any help. Left the cologne section then went to the eyelash section hoping another employee would offer to help, NOPE . i walked out with nothing but feeling like i was being watched and racially profiled. Called the manager to let her know to work on her employees and she goes oh yeah i saw you in here i was watching on the cameras! Like WHAT?! Then all she said was she would talk to her employees. Then asked if i come back she could help. No she could of helped me tbe first time im not gonna waste my time putting my boys back in the stroller out of there carseats and getting fake help ..RIDICULOUS. Im a regular customer to Ulta but will not be going to this location .

I had the worst experience here today. I am at this store at least once every month where I purchase anywhere between $120-250 worth of products each time. After purchasing a $135 neck cream a couple months ago, all of a sudden I got this awful rash on my chest and neck. It is even creeping up to my lower face and my jawline feels like sandpaper! It is so itchy that it looks like I have a severe sunburn. I cant even wear anything that touches it; thats how bad my reaction is to this cream. I took the cream in to exchange it or get a refund, and the manager told me she couldnt do either. What irritated me the most is that she smirked the whole time and didnt even have the courtesy to apologize for my discomfort. I will not be stepping another foot into an Ulta store ever again. Nice job Ulta, you just lost a very loyal customer who buys a lot of products.

Normally the staff is great and the service is excellent, but i went in today to get a refund and the manager was very rude and kept trying to shut me down. i probably will just go to the victoria gardens ulta from now on, i have never felt so disrespected by a manager :/

I will never step foot in your Upland Ulta EVER again!!! Michelle the Store Manager kicked my daughter & her friends out with no just cause. They were there Christmas Shopping when she approached them. My daughter was looking at lipsticks & Michelle told them that they need to leave. My daughter asked her repeatedly, Excuse me maam, what did we do wrong?, Im sorry, but what did we do wrong? She never gave her an explanation & told them they needed to leave. As they were waiting for their friend who was in the store, they were held up by the door and then she proceeded to threatened them by calling security on them. My husband and I were just a few doors down having lunch & when we received the call from our daughter we rushed over. My husband walked in & another sales associate told Michelle just feet from my husband, the dad is here. She shrugged her shoulders & said I dont care. When she finally acknowledge us, we asked her what happened & why were the girls were kicked out? She said they were making a mess (LIE, only my daughter was shopping for lipstick) and that they were putting peoples health at risk because she was trying on the lipstick, (another LIE, she was using a lipstick applicator & she wiped them off with alcohol) and that it was her right to kick them out. I asked her, when they asked you what they did wrong, why did you not explain? Her responses, she didnt have time too & she didnt need too! I have NEVER meet anyone SO rude & if this is your policy to have cosmetic stores & customers can not try on the cosmetics then you need to rethink your business plan! I will never patron this store again and know that I will be calling her manager ! #boycotUltaUpland #BoycotMichelleatUlta

Always have everything I need

I walked in the store to day with my husband (white army guy) and my cousin( my black business partner) and was racially profiled today in tbis store by manager April and sales associate Karren. I was completely appalled with their behavior. I walked in with the intentions of spending anywhere from $50-$200 in cash. As i was talking to Karren she backed up to speak to her manager April and say can you help help her she may be trying to cause a distraction then walks in the direction of my husband and cousin. I stopped her to ask why she needed her manager to help me and she replied i have to watch the floor. Then I asked the manager what they had said to each other (them not knowing i heard every word) and the manager said she had to go do something and looked at me like i was crazy and didnt know of their conversation. I have never been mistreated like this every in my life. No one should ever have to experience anything like this when they walk in to a store for any reason.

The management is very unprofessional. The store is always messy and the lines are typically very long.
