I ordered online through another company,backpacks for my sons soccer team. I misspelled one of the kids last names and needed to have it fixed fast. Sew Happy fixed it within in 2 hours and did a wonderful job. They matched the precious font the best they could. I was pleasantly surprised. They did a WONDERFUL JOB. I wish I had gotten all the backpacks done there. I will never have embroidery done through an online order again. Ill be using Sew Happy and supporting small local businesses.

They make everything so easy to deal with and are very nice. There’s no rushing you out the door after taking your money they take the time to understand what you want, where you want it, the colors you want and everything. They are very up to date with the time periods you give and they make sure you like the design of the logo you want before they even touch your bags or whatever it is you’re embroidering. Not to mention their quality is outstanding. This is the place to go to when you need any emblem, logo, etc. on your bag, t-shirt, hats, whatever it is they can do it.

The lady Christy has NO customer service skills. Husband is absolutely nice and respectful. Plenty of other embroidery places in Upland. Ill always have plenty of work for the new store Im choosing.

Called and asked for a gift to be done last minute (my previous plan had fallen out). They were very accommodating and the gift turned out great!

After giving this company loyalty and using them for my program for a multitude of orders, in the end they lost my business and respect as a company.Ive already found a competitor that is much more flexible and accommodating
