Called with a bunch of questions about death guard (40k) the owner answered every one of my questions and even let me pick his brain on how to paint them. I am very new to board games, asked a staff member for their recommendation for me and friends. Explained to him a bit of what we enjoyed and the staff member picked out a couple of games and happily explained each one. Ended up picking one and my friends all loved it. Thank you Gameology!

Ya I come again with new better cards and they didnt want any of them. Lazy employees expect for Emma. She helped me yesterday. I had to drive 15 miles for them to tell me to get lost.

I love coming here with my fiance, great place to get all your D&D stuff. If youre lucky sometimes they even have the alt art covers of the books at the normal retail price!!! Standard $50, no insane upcharges. Its so nice, were able to collect them because of this place

Okay experience, some of the clerks try to take advantage of your inexperience and use that to their advantage (no disrespect because any business would). Overall I recommend visiting a more trust worthy place, especially if you have some good stuff.

All of the board games Ive purchased in my adult life came from here. The staff is very friendly and you would be hard pressed to find a place with more variety than this one! They also sell card games (yugioh, pokemon, magic, etc.) here as well, but the board games are where it is at. They also hold events for playing games and are in general just a great asset to the gaming community. If you have any interest at all in physical games (not videogames), check this place out and you wont be disappointed!

Nice place and has a great selection. The employees are very knowledgeable and very helpful. They have Magic the Gathering cards as well as an assortment of other different games. They have DnD characters and different types of helps for those things. Definitely would recommend.

This place is great! My fiance and I come here for all our d&d and hobby needs! We recently have gotten into painting mini figs and theyve got quite the selection of both! Great customer service! Everyone here is so helpful and kind.

I was amazed by their Games Workshop collection and their discount on all of their products. If you are a Warhammer (or any other GW collection ) this is a must visit store.

This place is great for anyone who plays pokemon. I have a great relationship (I bug them) with this store and they call me to pick up my pokemon cards the day of the release. Everyone should come give them their money. Emma and Sean are great. So is everyone else.

Such a nice game store. Staff is very nice and eager to help and answer questions. They have a pretty big library of demo board games you can play for free. Found some good mtg cards for cheap too.

I ordered items back in October and they never shipped them, I repeatedly reached out via email and they ignored me until I filed a claim with PayPal.One of the worst customer service experiencs I have ever had.

This place is wonderful and the staff is helpful and kind to remember the customers that come through and always makes my friends and I feel welcomed. Its also a poke Gym which I cant help but be excited about. Definitely would recommend for any of your pokemon card needs :)

Good shop for my magic cards

Been there a couple times now, over a few months. Good selection of board games and card games. But Im mainly into miniatures so that is where my main judgement falls. They do offer their ordering services with a great discount. Im just more pleased with having things in front of me. I like the shop for the occasional gems I find and its charm. Staff is very helpful and attentive.

Good customer service and knowledge of products.

While I do enjoy the atmosphere and some of the employees at this location, my only problem is with how relaxed some exployees are with the ongoing COVID crisis. During my experience, my girlfriend and I stopped by to pick up some commander decks and some dice. While we were shopping, there was a loud customer without a mask spouting off about how COVID is fake and a government trap in order to create fear. He got in our faces, and when we were backing away simply due to the uncomfortable nature of it the employee only laughed while this guy continued to rant. We bought our stuff and proceeded to leave when this man followed us asking if we wanted to buy warhammer figures from him and badgering us on our way to the car. I know this is my individual experience, but my point is that unless youre planning to spend an exorbant amount of money and become a customer favorite, expect to be treated without courtesy and respect when being in the presence of a customer favorite/high spender. I did place an order for the Ikora summer drop collection witch came out toabout 200$ and one other employee did give us a call in order to make things up for us. While we appreciate the gesture we will no longer be returning to this location. Employees are 4/10 but if you want a shop that at least has a half decent inventory then this might be a good local shop for you.

Great store. Competitive prices both in buying and selling. Employees are very knowledgeable about many games. While sometimes terse and seemingly annoyed, do not mistake their loathing for dumb questions, rude haggling, and over sensitive customers as something to avoid. They are just as likely to throw you a box of unsorted cards to find what you want as they are to sit beside you on FNM and analyze your deck strategy, give you pointers, and help your overall game to get Ws. These are my kind of people...the right level of brash, with a hint of sincerity that keeps you coming back. You are not a royal guest...you are a member of the community...and as such, there will be no red carpet or Macys level customer service...Whats wrong with that? Nothing.Patrons are typical to the card game scene. A variety of people ranging in different levels of brilliance, humor, social skills, hygiene, shyness, etc. etc.Someone commented here that everyone was rude and that the store should be closed down: Ever consider that your sensitivity knob is turned up too high? Or...maybe, you expect to be treated like royalty without having ever shown that you deserve it? Sounds to me like they read that and treated you poorly so you would leave and not come back. Again, Its a far cry from Macys...lower your nose.Ive been coming to this store now for about a month and a half, and each time...I like it more.

Workers were nice, but the food tasted like cardboard.

Game room was really warm for only have 6 people in it. There was also a card game of some sort going on, so maybe overall the entire store just had a lot of people.It goes a lot further back than it looks, and for table top gaming there is a good terrain selection and a private room for some RPG games.

Nice store. Reminds me of the way game stores used to be. Owner was very nice, conversational and knowledgeable. They have a good selection of games, cards and miniatures considering the size of the storefront. The only off-putting part was another employee of the store being a smart-ass. Kind of put me off wanting to go back. He was just a kid trying to be the smartest person in the room but it didnt exactly leave me with a positive image of what was otherwise a nice place.

FLGS like these are a treasure for any area - the owner of this one was particularly helpful and nice to me. After I bought a mini painting kit he invited me to join the Facebook group for the store, mentioning that there are many friendly people there who can help achieve certain painting effects. I was happy with my purchase and loved the conversation!

The place is a bit of a fixer-upper but it is a good place to meet up with a group of friends and play some tabletop games. The shop also hosts various card tournaments that offer in store credit and other prizes.

If youre looking for Magic The Gathering cards this place is great. The staff is knowledgable and actually really fast at hunting down cards from all kinds of new and older sets. The price ranges are pretty standard with some really cool finds making the hunt all the sweeter.Place is tucked away so it can be hard to spot cuz their signs down.Other than that this place is great, has a small selection of different tabletop games and fluff novels, a little bit of Warhammer 40k for example.I came in when they were having a MTG Release Day/Tournament which was cool to see, they have all kinds of tabletop and card game events I hear so check this place out.

Gameology is great game store gor anyone interested in tabletop gaming. They have lots of space to play games, a fairly large demo library, a great selection of games, helpful staff, and weekly events for you play and meet other people to game with.

The no outside food policy for a place that doesnt serve food and has eight hour events is ridiculous. New location is nice but cant get past that bad policy.

Great place for Yu-Gi-Oh @ 1830 on Thursdays

This is a good place to pick up dice, boars games, miniatures, miniature painting supplies and role playing games. It is also of course, a good place to find of group of people to play a role-playing game with.

Gameology recently started making a number of improvements to their store, and so I felt that it was finally time for me to write a review for my card store of choice. First and foremost among their improvements is their new furniture, which is a high step above their older chairs and tables. Everything feels very new and modern, which really makes the whole shop look much cleaner and more orderly. They also finally did away with their old rooted-through boxes of common cards, moving them behind the counter where they will stay ordered, and placing a binder showing their availability where the boxes used to sit. It makes the process of finding that one uncommon you need much more streamlined. The players who visit Gameology are a friendly, welcoming crowd and theres a healthy mix of novice and veteran players. I personally go to Gameology for their Magic events, so I cant speak as much to the Yu-Gi-Oh! and tabletop crowds, but I frequently see large groups of players having a great time with their other hobbies. The staff is also quite friendly and are always able to help you find anything youre looking for, although I wouldnt recommend taking up too much of their time during tournaments, since their attention will be divided between you and any problems that might arise. Overall Gameology is a great store, whether youre practicing for the next GP or just looking to pick up a new board game. Its certainly my go-to game shop, and Id recommend it over anything else in the area.

This store is one of two within 5 minutes of a competing store. Id say Gameology is an alternative store to play at or find others for a friendly game. What it lacks is a staff/management that cater to single card buyers - you are handed a box to sort through yourself in the case that you dont find anything you are looking for in their very limited glass case. However the store as a whole has lots of room. There is a bit of stank in the shop, and its a little cluttered.

I went in on a Friday. The owner of the shop(or so I believe him to be the owner) was courteous and friendly. Thats the one star I gave it. The atmosphere of the place was horrible, everyone was hostile towards me, I have always liked playing board and card games but never was able to get into the community because the people act hostile towards a newbie. Its quite sad because I really would have liked to be a part of this community. I guess Ill try somewhere else.

Trust me when I say, this is a great haven for gamers. If you want to go there to run a RPG, they are friendly, the playing room has outlets for your laptop (if youre like me and prefer digital notes), and they are more than willing to help you by ordering books, GameMastery products, and mats. Plus, who else carries Silver Age Sentinels alongside the normal World of Darkness, Pathfinder and Dungeons & Dragons?Trust me, this is a wonderful place to escape to. Close to food, they have drinks there, and it has a huge couch if you just want to lounge with some friends. Im there every week or so.

Went for a tournament and had a great time. Not the biggest retail area, but a large play area, great events and friendly/helpful staff.
