The cons outweigh the pros here! This place charges more than most places and a good deal more. Especially for say silver eagles they charge you automatically something like $4 to $6 it varies over the current spot price of silver and like $7 or more over the spot price for silver mapleafs and $10 or more even for silver eagles But the worst thing about this place is if you try to sell them back your silver bars or coins, they will give you 50 cents below the current silver spot price, and only offer you around $1 unless graded or its never been touched by a human hand, theyll offer you around $1 above the current silver spot price for the same Silver mapleleafs and same silver eagles that they sold to you for $7 to $10 or more over current spot price. Now I believe in they have to make money of course but thats a really really far stretch. ... Now there is some pros to the place like they do have one of the biggest selections most of the time over most other places . And the one thing that gave them the 3*s instead of 1is they are really nice, the one lady who seems to have a slight more final say not as much but. Michael and I cant remember her name unfortunately but the lady thats usually in the front on the left side when you walk in are really patient,, friendly, helpful,great with questions and insight as well as very knowledgeable. The other lady is very knowledgeable too but again lacks being as personal . Thats as honest as it gets . Nothing more nothing less

THIS is THE best place! Of course you have to do your homework and check other stores too. Its always good to get at least three different price quotes on everything and that is what I did... until I found other crooks out there (and I came back not only because it was closer to me but because they are honest 100% )

This place was great the first time I went and so was the lady working there who I believe was part owner but then the second time I went in I bought 2 half a dozen one and a half ounce Canadian silver rounds and each one had a missing round in them. On top of that they way overcharged me. They said one price on the phone and marked the price up about 25% once I got there. Never going again. I actually did go here yesterday and the lady at the front desk as well as the guy across from her were both very helpful and knowledge able of all the products I asked about. They dont rush you out either, very attentive. Definitely coming back.

This location gave the best offer for my silver eagles and 1oz. rounds I was wanting cash for. The transaction was absolutely painless and I actually got more for my silver than I was thinking I would! I will go back if I decide to sell more.

Its secure, comfortable and easy to find (just north of the 10 Freeway). They are lovely people... friendly, patient and extremely knowledgeable. The prices are completely fair and you can tell that theyre not trying to rip you off. This should be your first and only stop if you are looking to sell or buy rare metals.

Went there today to sell some Gold and Silver American Eagles. Called around and everyone was quoting me prices below spot price, some 10% below. California Gold and Silver gave me close to spot price on Gold and over spot price for Silver. I called 5 other dealers and they were no where close to what they gave me. In the past eight months, I have been to over 20 different gold and silver selling places, from the big ones you know about to the big and small jewelry stores.
