Very nice and cozy spot, you walk in and feel right at home. They have a great selection of instruments, and the staff is very knowledgeable. A special shout out goes to lizzie! she was extremely helpful while i browsed, and also informed me about the open mic night every 3rd Thursday of the month!Highly recommend going to check them out!

I love coming to Music and Arts to look for new instruments. My boyfriend plays drums and they have a variety of Pearls and Ludwig, if they don’t have it in the store they can order it for you online. their acoustic guitars are awesome as well! Bree is super knowledgeable about various instruments from woodwind to brass and guitars. Super friendly atmosphere and they have open mic nights and lessons.

I was just there earlier and honestly im new in the music community and the manager there was very helpful and she explained about the small events they have and shows so im looking forward to it!thanks for the capo and tuning my guitar! A++++ great service!

Had a layaway that was canceled. Cant seem to get my refund. Management say they sent me a check in June its now September nevered recieved a check been going back n forth between store and customer service about $32.31.went in store Tuesdays after speaking to customer service stating the store is to refund my $32.31 spoke with Brian the store manager he say he cant refund me my money because the store will be in the negative $32.31. DAH...... So I ask do you rather have a dis satisfied customer or be in negative $32.31. Brian say theres nothing he can do and hes the store manager. Very unhappy customer!

Do not rent from Music and Arts. This business is horrible. I have rented from them twice and both times it was a nightmare to get them to stop billing me after I returned the instrument.
