The selection, variety and prices were great. Due to COVID and everything being delayed or not in stocked I was worried that I would be notified to say that my shipment would be delayed. let me assure you that I ordered on Thursday the sales clerk assured I would get it no later that Wednesday and to my surprise two days later they were on my doorstep. Packaging was exceptional since my lights were all glass nothing broken beautifully packaged couldn’t be more satisfied thank you

They have a wide variety of lamps! Very very inexpensive. Only giving it 4 stars because no one greeted us. Maybe they were working short because of the Holiday week? Possibly werent expecting customers? But the store is well maintained. Would recommend!

They had what we were looking for. No hard sale, the sales associate was friendly and helpful. They ship for free what is not available in store stock. This works fine.

The staff was kind of friendly till they found out that I was looking for an inexpensive floor lamp, after that it was hard to get a hold of anyone, or at least see a smiley face. There faces looked meaner when I asked for the free light bulbs that I saw online. The only girl that was good to me, and helped me with that was the young girl wearing a red t-shirt

We were having a issue with a existing chandelier we already had. We were not coming into Lamps Plus to purchase a new lamp. We had already been to a few stores that were not willing to help us. Cindy Pinedo was willing to take a few minutes out of here day to help us which saved us so much time and money. She could of easily said she couldnt help but she did. We have bought two ceiling fans and a beautiful crystal chandelier years ago and have been very pleased.We are now trying to purchase a fan for my music and teaching room,it was damaged by the very intense wind we had and then rain, we have had AAA for 30yrs but are on our own this time . So were having it rebuilt from the roof to the rafters and ceiling good time to put a fan in before its warm again. We will probably get a minke air ?:-)

Lots of choices, very friendly and knowledgeable sales people. We even got free harps with our lamp purchase as we decided a lower harp would look better than the one supplied by the manufacturer.

Selection was okay. Service was not too bad. I was looking for chandeliers for my office in downtown, couldn’t really find the right selection.

The Upland store has the most helpful & friendliest staff that I have ever seen.I had a problem with the lights on my ceiling fan it took 3 visits to resolve the problem (not the stores fault) but every time I went in the entire staff was super friendly & helpful.I intend to shop there in the future.
