This is the only place to get a phone and service is fabulous!
Very friendly service .you dont need wait long time .
Store is closed as they apparently they cant staff it. Is this the type of service you receive from a corporate store? Company should be embarrassed. Then of course reaching someone for service is a problem.Sadly my retired parents bought new phones and were not told of the closure, and still have to setup their phones. 91 year old shows up to a closed store, looking for service. Put that in you next ad.
Very bad experience with the guy work there his name is clabe and his supervisor they kicked us out from the store and the won’t to complete my transaction so bad service.Edit: reply to owner; fortunately, we already switched providers so don’t worry about it. Thankfully we won’t have to deal with the incompetence of this service anymore.
First of all, there is a bully manager working at this store. He was very rude to me and served other customers who were behind me in line. I ended up having to call corporate on my own using one of their floor models. Some real nice black gentleman ended up helping me bc corporate asked for the store number. Well Im not really a manager of Verizon but I do know something about running a business. All I needed was a 4 digit pin # to switch service providers. Anyway Ive been to this store more times than I would like to admit. Seems like nobody knows whats going on anymore.
Worked with Kameron he helped fix my problem really fast great service!!!
Long wait, inaccurate information provided, Poor customer service
Great! I came in inquiring about a new phone, and Brandon did a great job answering questions and super helpful!! Always a great experience at this location!
No people skills. I received a replacement phone and stopped in to get help setting it up (Im not tech savy). James met me at the door and checked me in, then proceeded to assist me. He was pressing icons and scrolling without explaining anything to me. Then, when I did ask a question, the answer was brief as if I knew what to do. James needs training on assisting customers. (Halle was helpful the week prior to this encounter. I wish she was there to assist me with this interaction!)
Verizon offered me pickup of a new device and accessories. was told this store had stock and offered curbside pickup. received a text saying my order was ready for pickup and then the next text said my order was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstancesBut verizon was nice enough to keep my billings open like i got the new phone and mess up the trade in I was doing, as well as act like I owe the full amount on a phone i already paid off.
Manager friendly at door referred me to girl behind barrier no chair. The girl fixed my phone I think not friendly and no eye contact. He wanted to make some further recommendations to me but did not offer. Just wanted to leave.
Absolutely terrible service, was there 15 minutes and no one even said good afternoon, let alone offered to help. Asked someone if there was a line and was completely ignored.
I was out of town for work when my phone just went to a black screen and it was done. This was a Sunday morning and I didnt have anytime other then right then get it fixed. Luckily i have a work phone so i could use Google maps and find this store. First thing I was not thrilled with was that I wasnt able to get a direct line to the store in question so i could ask them what things they had in stock before driving there. That would a prevented what happened next. I arrived and was met at the door saying they only had a few phones on display because of covid and that most all purchases should be online. That started us off on the wrong foot cause Im not able to order something online and have it shipped when working on the road 10+ hours from home for months at a time. Well I went to my truck and waited for my turn. Once in I told the rep what the deal was and what i had done to try to correct it. Me knowing I pretty sure was going to need a new phone I asked him to show me what they had. Wow they had maybe 10-15 total phones in the whole store 4 of which was apple and no interest to me. So I asked about some Samsungs, when I asked the guy info on the phones and how they were different and and specs on them he was clueless and straight up told me that i should had done my research to know what i wanted, that wasnt his job to know things like specs and the differences. He wasnt even will to look anything up to try to help. Just keep telling me I was rare to ask for that kinda info. Needless to say it didnt end well. It ended with him telling I should take my business somewhere else and I did just that. If a business that is based 100% on customer service isnt willing to give someone any real help just keep your doors locked. Save peoples time. I also it was pure laziness in that store cause to a different (also corporate verizon store) and they had basically all the resent models from all the main companies. They were very helpfully.
Called in a phone order to be sent to this location to be picked up. I received a text that I could pick up the order and upon arriving to the store, only part of the order was ready. The wrong order was brought out and after I explained what the order was. The associate was only able to find a partial order. The associate was not helpful and was not open to assisting with the rest of the order. I was told to call customer service to track the other . Spent about 90 minutes on the phone even when I had the order Information for the sales associate to track . I tried to speak to another associate and the attitude was pretty much the same. It wasn’t busy in the store and they all mostly stood around rather than help. I seriously will be shopping for another provider after the holidays.
Aaron was very helpful today! Appreciate his patience and professional customer service.
Horrible customer service they want to replace a brand new phone that we purchased online and picked up from the store brand new but since having it will not connect to data unless using wifi now they want to replace this new line and new phone with a used phone but I paid for a brand new phone 3 days ago STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAN ARTIST when you call customer service they lie too and supervisors never call back . this isnt over Verizon see you on channel 10 explaining this to thousands of your customers because I hear this is pretty common out of this company.
Seems fine, went with a friend. They conducted the business outside first. I guess to see if that you needed to come in.
Very knowledgeable staff
Had to wait for 30minutes just to talk to someone.
Britt was extremely helpful for my husband with switching my line over to his plan, and also with assisting with his phone upgrade!! Painless experience, most Verizon stores weve been to in the past had a kiosk to sign up and talk with a person in 20-25 minutes. Britt helped us the second we walked through the door!! She was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and we will definitely be back for any other questions or upgrades we need!!
I have had many issues here.
Verizon employees dont even know what theyre talking about. Ive had Android phones for years and Pixel ones exactly and know that you can transfer data in different ways. After having a frustrating experience with Verizon ordering the wrong warranty phone for me and spending a week waiting fighting between Verizon and Asurion (Verizons insurance company), they then dont even take the time to listen to what my issue is with the set-up process on my new phone (related to the reason why I claimed my warranty since the battery on my old phone wouldnt stay on unless it was connected through a charger) and tell me that only way you can back up phones is signing in through Google. With the amount of new phones they sell and take home checks on for a daily basis, you would think they would be very familiar with that set-up process. If this individual that helped me ever actually worked with a Google phone, they would know that the start-up process specifically asks if you have a dual ended USB-C cable to transfer data since text messages are transferred easier through a cable. All I was looking for was maybe a method with wireless charging to keep the phone on or any special technique that only authorized store employees would know about. Frustrating that they make you sound stupid and wouldnt even try to listen when in fact they are lazy and wrong. Whoever was the brunette red-head guy that works on Tuesdays to close needs more training on customer service instead of just focusing on making his commission check. Unimpressed.
I had a very bad experience, a black guy who was not professional, and he was rude, he didnt even know what deal i was talking about that i saw online in verizon website
Grea service. Very helpful.
Had great experience with Dom, who listened to my needs and found the best plan for my family. He is patient, smart and kind. Great overall experience.
Ive been in here a lot over the past few weeks getting my new phone situated, but this has also been my chosen Verizon store for years. I can tell you that, hands down, this is the best location in the city. Customer service is off the charts amazing at this store. The staff is knowledgeable, cheerful, helpful, and will get you set up with what you need. I have never had anything but good experiences at this store, no matter who waits on me.
Best Verizon store that Ive been to to date. My phone officially died on Sunday and I needed a new one quickly. I ordered my replacement in the morning and picked it up in store the same day. I dont remember the name of the employee who assisted me with activating my phone BUT he was extremely helpful and friendly as well. He had a fantastic sense of humor which made the time spent in store a lot more bearable.
Don was very knowledgeable about the questions I had to ask and help me out with my device I want to thank you very much no problem
I pay my bill in person, I went to E Royal Forest and N. High St well that location closed as of 12/26/19 per notice on the door 😕 the closest location was Reed Rd and Henderson.... I had wait time for about 20mins then Corey assisted me and it was all done within 5mins. She apologized for the wait and promptly, professionally and very kindly took care of me 😄 all done for this month!!
I had a great experience buying a new phone at this location, I worked with Dom who made the process easy to follow and was very helpful.
Had a great experience recently. Both Bank and Jerome were very helpful. I had an update on my phone that did not go well and Bank got a new phone sent to me and then when I returned with the new phone, Jerome was really helpful getting it ready for me to use. Thanks.
I walked in was immediately greeted and assisted. The service was very friendly and they had my new phone activated within a few minutes. Overall it was a very positive experience!
General manager Ry helped me and was wonderful! I felt genuinely cared for as a customer, I felt he went above and beyond to assist me, I highly recommend this location for your Verizon support team!
Workers there are always cheerful, courteous and helpful. They are more interested in making sure we get the products and services that make sense for us. On more than one occasion they have discouraged us from making an unneeded purchase. They continue to be helpful if problems arise after the sale. That has kept me, my wife and my mother coming back to this store for at least 15 years.
Not overly impressed with the buy online and pickup in store. Order online at 10am and still was not ready when I went to pick up at 4pm. But still better then the usually wait at the store.
Terrific customer service @ this neighborhood Verizon store! Bank, Korey and Vince are a fabulous team and I’m glad they are just around the corner. Thanks for everything! You guys define excellent customer service.
Tay had me in and out in less than 30 mins for my phone upgrade! Thanks so much!
They sent me home without a phone number. I didnt notice until I tried to get an Uber and was stranded. They also tried to offer less than a third of the $100 trade in credit for my phone, and I had to show them I qualified for it. This was after a half hour wait, listening to the same three commercials on repeat.
This area might permanently closed. Yesterday Google map was saying the store is open, while drove about 20 minutes and noticed the store is closed.
This is like any other phone store. You know you are getting screwed by the phone company but they make it seem like you are getting a great deal. They are all the same. Kinda wish I did not have a cell phone. I would be saving so much money.
This is by far the worst Verizon store to visit. Employees act like they do not want to help you and stand around having attitudes. They changed the price of the phone I wanted to buy and tried to sell my mom something she didn’t not need. The guy helping us actually kept telling us to go to Best Buy.
Went in for an activation on my bird-day. I was helped very quickly! They got to me ASAP As Possible in the queue, which I appreciated.I did have some worries about getting my phone activated, but everything turned out perfectly fine.Bank helped me, and he was super patient when I preferred to put my screen protector on myself :) He was also very patient explaining a prorate on my account. He didnt miss a beet!Bank is Beyonce, always.Thankfully, it was a quick in-and-out job :)Thats what she said.
This Verizon Wireless location is one of the best Ive ever experienced. I travel quite a bit for my job and I stopped in for a quick tech support issue. The staff here treated me with dignity and respect, even tho it was a fairly simple issue. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone and everyone.
Sprints better
Nice peoples
5G in 43220 what a joke, .17mpbs in 43220 @ Thomson ParkWell its over a year later, Ive called Verizon helpdesk support and still, getting .14mbps down and .34mbps up. Seriously Verizon, youve had years to upgrade the radios @ Thomson Park in 43220. Why is this so hard to fix?
I had a wonderful experience at the Verizon store on Reed Rd. I worked with Brandon and Jared. They solved a minor issue with my phone accessories, and their customer service skills were excellent! Id recommend this store to anyone in the Columbus area.
Everything is organized nicely. Only downside when I visited last Saturday was that they were short on employees and I had to wait 20 minutes just to ask a few questions. Im interested in coming back to check out the Pixel. I think its great that Verizon carries it.
Great service. I walked in to check to see if a piece of equipment worked and they gave me a brand new one. It wasnt even something that they sold just had a bunch of spares. Really appreciate it.
Very worst store they say their going to do things for you and dont save time go to a different carrier!! Also add things to your bill I didnt want any added features. Call them with an issue and they tell you well your not in front of them face to face so your no longer important . Verizon needs to wake up and hire people that care.
Horrible store. Do not go here! I have been a loyal Verizon customer for over 15 years, with phones for all of my family. I wanted to do an upgrade on my daughters phone. We waited 1 hour in the queue while the reps on the floor chatted it up with the more attractive ladies who walked in long after myself and my daughter. The woman behind the counter was horrible. When she did talk to us, it was about how everyone hated to be there, and how working for Verizon sucked. We seemed to be quite an inconvenience for her. Another thing happened which was sadly hilarious. We had arrived at 7 pm, and they finally got to us when the store was closing at 8. A woman, her husband, and her infant were waiting there for the next rep. The woman stepped outside with her infant for some fresh air. An employee locked the door, and refused to let her back in - and her husband was still in the store. She begged to be let back in, but they absolutely refused to open the door. The husband, who was really poed by this time, just left and said forget Verizon. Nice selling, there! An employee told us that the store had been robbed several weeks before, after the store had closed. What did that have to do with letting that woman with her infant back in? Do not go to that store unless you are a hot college girl - they will get right to you. This was my worst experience in a Verizon Corporate store EVER, and I will NEVER go back into one of their stores.
The customer service representative who was assisting me, I believe his name was Jerome, was simply amazing. I explained to him the issues I was having with my device, and he promptly helped me navigate the bureaucratic maze that filing an insurance claim can be. I left with my claim filed and a replacement device literally on its way, shipping to me in two days flat!
Aaron was awesome! Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. Best verizon experience ever.
Even on a none busy day they still take forever to do anything. Prepare to wait 15 minutes minimum till they can get to you and prepare for an hour to get something done. If your hurting on time or maybe even slightly need to use the restroom before going in maybe try another day (or use the bathroom before going in). Though while you are waiting the place is very well air conditioned and the place is very clean.
Branden was very helpfu and patient with this low-tech dinosaur. However, during a phone call to the Verizon Center he was put on hold for a very long period of time then it appeared that the call was dropped. That part was aggravating. But the good part is when he called back everything went quickly and smoothly.
Honest sales and customer service should be valued everywhere...unfortunately, neither of those seem to exist at this store. I went in over the weekend to upgrade. After 30 minutes waiting, Britt was happy to sell me my new phone (and anything else she could get me to buy); however, she was unwilling to take the time to provide the service to backup and activate my new phone. I was told if you can read, you can activate your new phone. Well, that turned out not to be the case, as the new phone hadnt even been added to my account. As a result, I was unable to activate my new phone and left without phone service for almost 24 hours. I was forced to return to Verizon (this time I went to another store) to acquire the help I should have received upon my initial visit. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with my experience at this location and will not be back.
Excellent customer service provided by ReShawn at this location. He helped us out with getting two new phones. One of the phones turned out to have a dead pixel from the factory and is making sure we get a new one when the next shipment arrives. Without a doubt would I go back!
One of the least hard working, underwhelming Verizon stores I’ve ever been to. The staff don’t seem to care much about anything other than commission and sales and aren’t afraid to make that obvious. They aren’t articulate or helpful, they are poorly spoken and I almost always have an issue here. They shuffle around with a slow apathy and monotone approach to make it clear they dont really actually care about you or their job. My guess is very poor management and management has chosen to do absolutely nothing. Ideally even when managing a frustrated client who is in the wrong as a CSR it seems prudent to de-escalate tensions and reflect your companies values and personal commitment to being assertive for the sake of customer satisfaction. As a consumer (who are effectively dependent on a service to make it through the modern world) its comforting even if a farce when customer service seems to really care. They don’t even pretend to. It gives boost mobile a real run for its money in the half hearted barely enough to get by category. The staff and store are not becoming of upper Arlington. What’s worse is someone managing this google page takes time to respond to reviews good and bad with perpetual half measures to appear to be customer oriented and care about their critique YET as the reviews so clearly reflect do NOTHING to change the place. Read the responses given as proof enough, they are robotic, redundant and thoughtless. Here is your chance Verizon Rep, how will you address the needed change to the attitude and poor service at your store? Will you ignore this review? Will you do anything at all to make sure this stores ranking doesn’t continue to drop? As it stands just words for now folks, stay away from this Verizon store there are so many better ones and is it not worth a short drive to have an experience that feels like you are valuable?
Bank. Not only is that a cool name, but his customer service skills are amazing. I was in and out in a flash, switching over from at&t, which ive always had long drawn out waiting periods just to get someone to acknowledge me in their store. 4 year at&t customer, had to switch. Thanks Bank!!
Get customer service all around
My wife needed some instruction on her new phone- received help promptly and with a smile!!!
Great experience. If you need assistance I would recommend asking for Tae. She is efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Thanks
Excellent customer service from Jerome. Very professional, Polite, and helpful. He explained every step of my upgrade. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
Cant go into the business. Total waste of time
It was a 45 minute wait to get service the day we visited. Unacceptable. We were considering switching from Verizon to another carrier, their lack of service made our decision easy. Please consider adding additional staff for the weekends if you dont want to lose more customers.
Best Verizon store around. Great friendly staff!
I dealt with Aaron - very nice young man. I walked in around 5pm assuming they would be busy with after work crowd but I was helped right away. I was out of there by 5:30pm and able to make my workout class!! I had what we thought was a battery issue - they ordered a new phone for me and a new battery - the phone was overnight and delivered next day. In the meantime I put my battery in a coworkers phone and it charged fine (it was the port of my phone). So I called Aaron back he reordered the phone again (since I shipped the original back since I did not think I needed a new phone) and I should be getting the new battery tomorrow. All in all I was without a phone for a few days (WOAH IS ME... was actually kind of nice to not be bothered!!). I give this store a great customer service rating. I will be back!
Staff likes to leave out details on products and will say just about anything to make a sale. When you call them on it they just apologize and say theres nothing they can do about it. I was talked into a glass screen cover for my new galaxy because it has a lifetime guarantee. Problem is the glass cover chips and cracks all the time because the phone cases for galaxys dont cover the phone screen enough exposing it to everything. No problem right, just have it replaced with lifetime guarantee. Wrong, it can only be replaced by the supplier that youve got to find a location for and pay $7.50 each time its replaced. This is not disclosed at the time of purchase at this verizon location despite them knowing about the problem with the covers and phone cases. This is not the first time Ive had an issue with people at this store. I will not be shopping here any longer, but for those that are make sure you read all the fine print on any accessories you buy and dont rely on what the sales associates tell you.
Great customer service but I wanted the Note 8 and they didnt have it so have to go elsewhere.
Pretty much a phone store... I mean yeah. Great employees who are knowledgeable of their products.
Brandon was very helpful
Great place if you need a nudge towards AT&T. Uncaring. Unfriendly.Post response reply-The lack of service in the store speaks louder than a canned reply. Service and attitude poor.
They were great, in and out, too care of my request quickly. I appreciate the help.
Terrible and dishonest. After saying no to every add-on possible, I find ad- ons in my bill. Verizon may be a good company, but this location definitely is not
Very nice and Friendly location. Staff is willing to help and always greet you with a smile. Very enjoyable experience.
Went in early. No wait. Staff took care of me quickly. Their new loyalty program, where you call in to make changes or cancel is horrendous. The wait both times for someone was over 20 minutes. Very frustrating.
I only needed one thing done, but this store had it done quickly and courteously. I was happy with the service here (which doesnt always happen at Verizon stores).
I knew what I wanted and needed and got waited on immediately. Aaron, although knowledgeable, constantly questioned why I made the choices I did. Why an iphone8? Why aren’t you buying a case? Where are you going to look for a case? I repeatedly told him what I wanted and wasn’t interested in the add-ons. He was very pushy. I wouldn’t go in that store again because of him.
My phone froze on me and I stopped in to Verizon and right away they knew what to do. I had to order a new phone and in one day I was back in business! Thanks Verizon for your quick fix!
I came in to activate a new phone. I came in at 4:30pm on New Years Eve. I was triaged at the door and told there were 5 people ahead of me and that theyll try to get me before they closed at 5pm.The service was kind and efficient. They did a great job and Id go back any time.
Not very helpful. Dismissed my problem and didnt even try to find the answer or a solution. Will never go to this location again
If I could give a zero, I would. I went in to get a SIM card for a new phone bought elsewhere. There is a greeter at the door who takes your name to put you in the queue. I counted the number of customers waiting to be served (3, one ahead of me and 1 came in after me. There were three customers being served as well.) I counted the number of staff there besides the greeter (6). So there was more staff than customers waiting. As the customers being served were finished and left, no waiting customers were called up. I waited 20 minutes total and then took my business down the street to AT&T.
The employee we dealt with was friendly enough, but did not seem interested in helping us. He claimed a promotion that we had received by email at 5:30 PM the previous day had ended the same day. This was not true. However the promotion did not apply to us. He did not seem to know this or bother to explain and offered no insight or alternatives.
Not a good place to get a phone. We have had to go into their office 2-3 times a month to get our bill corrected. No one can understand their bill and the equipment continues to act wierd.
The sales people here are crooks. They are pushy, lie to you, and when you go back in they offer no help or solution. I have been a customer for over 10 years with Verizon, and I went in to get a new phone after mine was lost in a river accident. Since I was less than 2 WEEKS away from my contract renewal date, I didnt think I would encounter many problems from upgrading a little early. Nope. I was told Ive have to pay a 200 fee, even though I would be purchasing a $700 phone. In the past, I have been able to upgrade over a month in advance since I was opening a new contract. Not only that, but I wanted to add a new line for my wife who also lost her phone in the river and wanted to switch from her carrier. The best they could come up with is having my pay the $200, they would give me $200 in product (that I didnt need or want) and would give me a 100 credit for opening the new line. So, after dropping nearly $2000 on new phones and accessories I didnt really want, I felt a little comfort that I was at least getting this 100 credit that was promised on my next bill. Low and behold, the new bill rolls around and no credit. I went into the store, was told they see it pending and would get it sorted out right away and to expect to see it within a few days. A week goes by, no calls, no credit. I reached out to the agent that gave me his card, no response to calls or texts. I decide to go online and use the chat feature, was told I need to call in. I have called in over 5 times, each time I am told I need to talk to the store. When they redirect me to the store, I am told the manager is either unavailable or gone for the day, and will give me a call tomorrow to resolve my issue. This has happened 3 times with no return call. I used to love Verizons phone and service, but this is ridiculous. I am seriously considering terminating my membership because while their product is great, the customer service is HORRENDOUS, particularly for how expensive their product is.
We were switching from individual phone plans to a corporate plan and buying new phones and spent several hours on the phone and in the store before we purchased new phones in order to avoid waiting when we picked up the phones. We then proceeded to the store to purchase the phones and was told everything was fine and ready to go. All of us were in there another 45 minutes waiting to simply obtain our phones. At the time of reviewing our order and noticing a $600 additional charge, we asked Dustin about it and he says it is because 2 of the employees are not eligible for new phones until later in 2013. Dustin was trying to push this through without telling us and attempting to collect his commission check. Why would this not be the first thing told to us when we gave Dustin our information? We would definitely not pay the $600. Overall, it was a huge waste of time and unnecessary if Dustin would have been honest with us. His coworker even called him out in front of us saying he would have never done that if we were his clients. Simply poor service and we will never go back.
They were not able to help me with my self created problem but they tried really hard. So A for effort! Thanks for trying!
Wonderful. The teck Dom was great. He helped me and I was gone in 15 minutes. Thanks Verizon.
Good store to buy a phone at. The lady manager and staff work hard to take care of customers whether its a new phone or troubling shooting problems or explaining features on the phone.
Quick fix for my phone, no wait since I was there right at 10am
Impatient sales reps giving incomplete information. The service they sold my family ended up costing 15% more than they said - before taxes. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere and probably with another carrier. In hindsight, it might be better to buy the device outright and shop the network separately. They also sold me a scratched case I had to return. Complete mess of a transaction.
Great customer service from everyone and they were all friendly and helpful
Britt awesome sales rep!
After two years and a fully paid off phone, I finally decided it was time to upgrade. I saw this store had the phone I wanted in stock, so I went there vs. ordering online. I waited a pretty long time even though there were twice as many employees as customers walking around. The guy working told me that I had to trade in my current phone to get a new one on monthly payments. I knew that wasnt right because my phone is paid off and my contract was up, but he insisted there was no other way (other than full retail upfront). I wasnt going to give them a phone I fully owned, so I left and called Verizons corporate customer service who immediately confirmed he was incorrect and they had no idea why he would tell me that. In the end, I got exactly what I was supposed to, but I had to do it over the phone via customer service. I got nothing accomplished at this store
Polite, quick, friendly service. Explained warranty well and how to register/follow up.
Reshawn was very helpful even though he knew we werent actually going to buy anything today and his pay is based on comission. Very good service.
Just looking for information on phone plans and current deals. All was good.
Excellent service, great value for the money. You can use your phone anywhere even when others dont have service
In 2016, the concept of traveling and mobility should not be one hard to grasp for an organization such as Verizon Wireless. Visited this store to either get a replacement or an upgrade OR to have a replacement or upgrade shipped to them directly for me to pick up in a few days as I am traveling and lodging in various locations throughout my time in the area. The store manager -- Dustin -- despite it being in his discretion to do so, refused. Do not go to this store hoping to receive any sort of competent assistance. These people are here to sell equipment, not resolve issues or come up with solutions. If it were possible to give this store NO stars, I would. The only decent thing I can say about this store is its directly across the street from an AT&T store where you can actually get great customer service from a staff of people who have the ability to think without a script.
Went to the store to switch my wifes phone to a different one. Transferring the numbers went fine, although a somewhat long wait. However, the guy at the store deleted all of my wifes contacts. No asking if we want to move the contacts over or anything, just DELETE ALL. Terrible customer service. Update: they also changed the address on the account to an old one (my DL is out of date), also without asking or telling me. Good thing I noticed not receiving a bill this month before it was overdue.
