They had close to what I wanted. I would like to know why I as a customer have to wear a face covering when the staff arent even wearing them correctly. I dont mind the staff not wearing a mask, but dont make me wear one if youre not going to.

Just like all automotive parts stores as soon as you walk in they bug you if you need help. Let people walk around and browse, Im sure if I need help I know where the front counter is. Some of the workers are nice, helpful, and knows their stuff, but most rely on the computer and have an attitude.

Great fast and knowledgeable service here. They have amazing staff who did not hesitate to come right out from behind the counter and assist me. I have been having trouble with my car battery for the last week and literally in 10 min the staff here have changed my whole week around. Thanks to all those who helped. Steve greeted me, helped me find the elusive bulb I needed, showed me how to check the coolant level, changed the bulb, and even helped me carry things out to the car; all if this without making me feel bad about not knowing how to do it.I have never had this level of attention from any car-parts shop.By far the best experience I have ever had! I am now a fan of this location.A++ for sure!

Came in for a free engine light diagnostic. Was helped by Derek W. He checked the car, gave me print outs, showed me where the problem was and explained what needed to be done. Answered my hundreds of questions. Even made a personal call to help get me a good recommendation of where to get the work done. I so appreciate his patience and time to get me the info I needed. I am also very happy with the service at the location he recommended.

My truck battery DIED on a Sunday evening--wouldnt even take a jump. The guys at the Urbana AutoZone were 10 minutes from closing. Not only were they willing to help me, but 2 other people who arrived less than 5 minutes to close. I bought a battery, and one man stayed to help their last customer;the other drove 4 blocks away to install my battery and take away the old one, while standing in snow. By the time we were done, it was well past 8 pm.These two blessed me greatly, and I am a fan for life!!

Worst service Ive ever gotten in my entire life. The girl working made it blatantly obvious that she didnt want to do her job, pouting and sighing the entire time and making smart comments. She continued to act this way in front of the manager, who did nothing about it. Had I not already turned my truck off (which had been jumped and had a dead battery) I would have just left and gone somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible service!!! I will never visit this store again!!!! I walked the employee was tending to another customer so waited. He asked what I needed I told him and he said wait until he finishes the next customer and the people he had on hold. I waited. Literally 9 other customers came in and he tended to them while I was still waiting! I said excuse did you forget about me?! He got a very bad attitude and said your gonna have to wait until I finish them your not buying anything anyway! Excuse me but I wouldnt have came in if I wasnt gonna purchase anything!!! After 45 minutes and the way he talked to me I just walked out. They will never receive my business again and Im calling to make a complaint tomorrow!!!

I am probably old fashioned, but most DIY automotive part stores have forgotten how to stock parts and keep their inventory accurate. Most of the new generation of auto part employees have very little actual knowledge of vehicles other than what a computer says. Makes me sad. AutoZone never fails to disappoint.

I just went in to AutoZone and asked for some hose clamps. The hand hose clamps that look like pliers with locks on them. This old guy instead of selling me the part or even being helpful tries to make me feel stupid and argue with me that I cant clamp my fuel line without damaging it and that noone sells these clamps. My fuel line on my bike is rubber so I can damn well clamp it. I left and went to advance Auto and guess what they sold me. Some hose clamps. Instead of trying to make me look stupid just give me the part Im asking for. Obviously the old guy that told me not to do this doesnt know what theyre talking about since thats how you change the fuel pump on my bike without having gas everywhere.

I just made what is apparently a horrendous mistake, and called this AutoZone and asked the same employee the same question a few days apart. I dont recall the name of the young gentleman working at 1:00pm on Nov. 1, 2017, but he certainly let me know how displeased he was at my having the audacity to ask him the same question twice by raising his voice to me, speaking to me in what felt like a condescending and mocking tone. Anyway, a customer should definitely never feel insulted and ashamed after calling a business simply to ask a question...

Need some actual knowledge at this store. Just punching buttons on the computer and hoping that it tells you the right part does not cut it. Please seek qualified help at this location!
