J has The Worst Customer service Ever!! I asked him about getting a Certain kind of hair, He said, can you see for yourself? Im like youre supposed to assist your Customer. He got the Hair and was Sarcastic. So I asked are you having a bad day? As he threw my items in the bag, I knew I will Never spend another Dollar there. You just dont treat repeating Customers who spend their Money in your Store like that. Racial Profiling. He lost a Good Paying Customer.

I was visiting the city and wanted to check out a new hair store came across this gem💎. J was very informational showed me around and let me try on different wigs in their beautiful private dressing room that’s all glammed up for you. Thanks for the experience.

I absolutely love this store! The staff is always top notch, the owner is always friendly and if you ever need something that’s not in stock Jay (owner) is always on top of it. Staff is cool. Someone is always available to help. Beauty supplies are few and far in between so I’m disappointed that there is not a larger variety of products to choose from. Too many of the same hair types.

Very upsetting when it supposed to be open it was closed until 11am. A sign on the door. I waited until 1125 it still wasnt open. I really needed hair products.

Normally I have no problem with this place - however, I visited this beauty supply store at 1:10pm looking for some quality hair for a sew in. I was looking around for 10mins, taking my time deciding. If Im going to buy hair I wont just pick just anything - anyway, the Asian guy pretty much kicked me out because he wanted to go to the bank... last time I checked I was in the store during business hours.
