The amount of drink is way less than what you normally get from other Starbucks branches. They need a better training on the employee on what the standard ratio is for different drinks.

The quality of the products are very random. I usually order mocha but whether I get a good one is very random. For example, my mocha was too bitter and when I asked them to make it better, they suddenly added like 5 pumps of syrup making it overly sweet. I think the issue comes from the fact that the people who work there change a lot and they are students who are not trained enough as the staff constantly changes. Also, they dont provide services such as using the stars that are offered elsewhere.

Look, it’s a Starbucks in the middle of a large university’s student union. It will be slow, but that’s okay. Products are good and when I was in school they always had a board with a “name of the day” offering a free drink if you have that name.

Little overrated but good.

The only Starbucks that will mess up your drink, if you have another option dont choose this one.

Service is great! They even get to remember my name xD! I only hope tho that when they make the Green Tea Latte, instead of just putting macha powder into milk, they could actually mix it... I had an amazing experience. The new manager brought me my drink and was kind. She made sure my drink was made right and was genuine. I will be going back.

Great location, right at the courtyard cafe! Good seating arrangements. A lot of students study here . Offers coffee iced tea and some sandwiches. A good place for people working on this side of the campus to get a quick bite. Love their vanilla bean creme and green tea frappe. Sandwich: try their ancho chicken sandwich.

I bought a bad coffee. More than 3/4 of it was foam. It had way too much kick to it and it was wayyy too bitter for me to drink it anymore.

I went to this starbucks with my little sister who was visiting me. I didnt catch her name, but one of the workers was really sweet and talked to us, and she helped me pick a sandwich. That totally made my day!

It’s a Starbucks, so they have the things you expect. The nice thing about this location is that they have a lot of seats available.

Excellent Service!

Asked for a double shot machiato with extra foam and they essentially gave me a latte. Then they said the machiato has milk but the cappuccino is the one with just steamed milk. Did not get the drink I wanted as the batistas are obviously not trained.
