A heavy package was brought in, but no help was presented. The lady behind the counter passively watched us struggle to get it to her. It was not until the box had been brought to her that a cart was offered. Next time, we will bring our own.

The lady working the front desk is the owner Donna, she was very polite and considerate. She saved me money by shipping my product in a smaller container versus the large box i had brought.A big thank you to Donna and her thoughtfulness

I drop packages off and buy packing material here all the time. Super nice staff who are always helpful. Good prices. Easy parking.EDIT on 3/19/21 - I now use them for a storage unit too. Have rented for about a year now. My 5 star review stands. Theyve been great to work with. I continue to drop off packages all the time. Very appreciative of the staff at My Office Plus!
