Terrific personal service. They actually answer questions and offer suggestions!

Very helpful staff that know what theyre talking about. Went in for some stuff for a project, explained my project to them and they suggested products more suited to what i needed(new homeowner here) and walked out with everything i needed (project is now done). Then they stopped me in the parking lot because i left my wallet in the store. If i went to Lowes that day i probably would have gotten robbed.

Probably the best customer service that Ive ever had at a hardware store. I needed some air hose fittings and the owner walked me through the store and showed me exactly where everything was. I couldnt recommend this place enough. It was perfect.

My family has been shopping here for 5 years and we are always greeted at the door (now by name) and asked what we are looking for. Rick and Kathy routinely have advice to help pick the best product and assist with your project. This store and its personnel are top-notch. Will never receive this level of service at the Arkansas based chain competitor.

I live about 20 minutes from this store, I needed a specific item and this was suppose to be the place to get it. I went on a Saturday and before I left my house I googled what time they closed and it said 4 o clock but when I got to the store at 3 pm they were already closed. Drove all that way for nothing and I was very upset, if you are going to have a business make sure you have the correct posted hours.

I have done business with Williams Hardware for many years. The quality help and clean environment made it an easy choice when making employment changes. Now its also a great place to work!
