Dillman Brothers will rock your socks off! They are the nicest crew, do quick and professional work, and left my house, yard, deck, and garage more clean than they found it. They replaced my siding, gutters, downspouts, and facia. Added a new garage back door. And build cedar porch beams and bracing. They were wonderful to work with! Would recommend them 100x over. My neighbors were very impressed with the crew and the work they saw being done.

The only thing worse than their workmanship is their customer service. Use anybody else.

Called to get estimate on an addition. Came out in about 10 days, late April. Everything went well with the measurements and what I wanted. Waited 3 weeks and called them to ask about estimate. Said they were to busy to get it done. Said they still had the info and would work on it. All this in late April and early May. Is now August 18 and still nothing. I feel the reason why is because they tried to upsell me to add their Phantom Screens. I didnt need that for the structure I wanted to add. I had used them in 2014 for another project and that went pretty good. Only thing they installed wrong item. It was installed while we were away and when I told them about it they said the one they installed was a little more money and they didnt charge me any more. But it wasnt what I wanted. So I ended up removing the unwanted part myself and throwing it away.

I received an estimate for siding after multiple calls and then realized later they do roofs as well so I called back for an estimate on the roof as well. It has literally been months trying to get them to come give me an estimate for what could be a 20K job! No return calls, no return emails at all! I am the only one putting in the effort to try to connect and get this accomplished. Just simply and completely unprofessional to not respond to someone or let me know why there is a delay. Then when I finally tell them (not yell) it is unacceptable and ask for an explanation I get told I am being rude! Wow.....I wish I had been or atleast yelled to release my frustration. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

Window trim began falling off just months after installation which occurred in 2018 after being forgotten in 2017. Still not fixed. Will not return phone calls and emails. Have visited office multiple times to no results either. Only progress that has been made in 2 years is we were told by our prime contractor it would be fixed and promised it would be put in writing, a document we have yet to receive. We just want our new house (built in 2017), to feel like its finally complete.

These guys really worked with me a lot. I wanted to save money and get the framing and prep work done myself. They coached me on how to frame up my old garage to put on new doors, and do it so I can add in openers later. They came out a couple times to make sure I had it right, then got the new doors on and they look great.

They do excellent exterior and interior work! We had them do a roof and some drywall work. Highly recommend! They do top notch work, show up when they tell you they will, and are very professional all around. Mike and Todd are great, and Chris does a mean drywall and leaves everything spotless! The front office staff is also great and answer any questions you have.

Mike R. was the service rep that came to our home to fix a botched window replacement trim job. He was very polite and punctual. He was very respectful of our yard and property. Mike completed the work in a very timely manner with great workmanship, it looked exactly like it did when the window was initially installed. We built a new house and put Phantom screens on our front door and our French patio doors. We love them! They are one of the many nice additions on our house. Through work, we use Dillman a lot. The quality of workmanship has been great. After being so disappointed in so many other roofing companies, it was nice to find one that did their job well. Our biggest issue has been communication. We dont always know when a project is set to begin and find out from tenants letting us know there are workers at their home. Definitely worth a shot!

Rob Finney with Dillman Brothers came out and replaced the springs in my garage door. Rob was very courteous and professional and did a great job. While he was here he also lubricated the entire door and advised us on how to upkeep our door to get the longest life out of it. I would recommend Rob and the Dillman Brothers team to anyone interested in this type of work. A very minor investment now will save us a great deal in the years to come!

Recently had Dillman Brothers re-roof our house. Outstanding job, very competitive price. Everything was cleaned up post completion. They did our roof 18 years ago when we built the house. Their customer service for warranty is just number one and just straight up and very honest. Its why we had them come back to re-roof. Cant find a better company.

As a fellow contractor, I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism and level of service I received from the Dillman Bros. company. Plus, their pricing is very competitive. Had my roof shingled in 2013. In 2019 noticed shingles were curling up on roof. Had another roofing company come out and they told me that it happens when not enough nails were used on the shingles. I called Dillmans and they said they warrant their work for 5 years and there was nothing they could do. When you pay 12000 dollars for a job poorly done it is very upsetting. Thus should have never happened. I would not recommend them because of there workmanship.

Dillman Brothers were more than helpful when I had an issue with my roof. They came out quickly, found the problem, and did a great job replacing part of my roof. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to have exterior work done on a house. They were absolutely fantastic!

Chad Elliott has come through time and time again with extraordinary customer service. Whenever I have an repair or replacement, he makes sure it gets done quickly, neatly and at a fair price. He has helped me replace siding and fascia, install new garage door openers and exterior doors, replace a large chimney cap that was blown off in strong winds, and install finish trim in a newly-finished basement.

A joke of a company. I was told that my windows would be installed 2-3 weeks after signing the contract. I had to call them to get them to come out and measure, they never took the initiative to do that on their own.6 weeks later and they are saying the windows still arent even in.You are better off with any other contractor.
