This is my go to store if I need a quick, less expensive tool. They pretty much have everything Ive needed for basic home, automotive, and electronic maintenance tools and supplies. The prices are good and the store is always in immaculate condition and well organized.

Found a brand new item i have always wanted. Bauer cyclone dust collector kit. $39. Now I can keep garage cleaner

This is one of the worse Harbor Freights you can go to. The inventory is never correct so dont waste your time driving to the location. You can call but most of the time they will start off by saying they probably dont have an item although it shows to be in stock. Save yourself some gas and call first their inventory is highly inaccurate. When you call hope you get a competent employee that will actually check for the item vs what inventory says. If all else fails go the Bloomington-Normal location if you are headed that direction as that store seems better organized.

Cheap quality tools, like they say. They have a protection plan on most tools, good customer service and convenient store locations.

Was looking all over Town for a wheelchair with no luck and I decided to called this place and right away Jodie answered the phone, very polite and very efficient, told me the store had some available, really needed it ASAP so I was happy about that and the fact that I didn’t waited minutes before talking to someone on the phone was good too

Phenomenal customer service! I purchased an expensive pressure washer last fall after the season. Just got it out of the box today. Unfortunately, I got unlucky and purchased a lemon. I had declined the extended warranty when I bought it, but since the could see it was clearly fresh out of the box, they allowed me to purchase the warranty and replaced it! He also gave me the accessories (gun, hose, tips) from the returned one to compensate for the inconvenience. You dont see customer service like that much anymore! Good to see someone backing their product!

Im not sure if I went on the wrong night (12/23/20), but the store wasnt very busy. Most customers knew what they were looking for. Myself and 3 others were seeking help. There was 1 cashier, a few people stocking items (as well as in the back) and a wonderful lady helping all 4 of us. Trying to, at once. It seems the cashier has 0 knowledge of the store and its products, as every time someone had a question, he would ask that wonderful woman. She tried so hard to help everyone. In the end, I ended up roaming the entire store and eventually found what I was looking for. What could have been a 5 minute visit turned into a very long 35 minute visit. I knew what I wanted, she was just too busy because no one else would help her.

I love this place. They have most things I need and for a great price.

Harbor Freight is AWESOME!!! As long As you dont expect everything in there to be the best of the best... BUT, if you do get their quality brands, then it is AWESOME, like I said. Love Habor Freight...

I cant spend too much time at once, because I will always find something I need (or desperately want). This store has almost everything someone who works with their hands needs to get the job done. If I could choose an all expenses paid shopping spree, it would be here.

Store is good enough they have a hard time keeping product on the floor. Ive been there 3 time looking for a lock and clasp for a gate and they never have any in stock. Or on the shelves

My favorite place to go

I was not very impressed with the cordless power tools, but the corded power tools and air tools that Ive bought have helped up better than the expensive name brand tools. The Badlands winches are hands down the best winches on the market for the money!!!

I stopped by today to get some wheel jacks. They only had two on the shelf but the manager was able to find two more and back and even help me to get them loaded into my van

Never once had an issue with returning a product under warranty. Prices are usually fair. Would recommend some tools as single use throw away tools, but over the last year or so quality and reliability have been improving. Going to try out their PIERCE roofing guns soon.

One of my favorite stores to shop. If you enjoy working with tools, or are a weekend warrior, this is your store. Yes they are NOT craftsman or any other large brand, but the tools are cheap and do the job. They even have warranties on most of the tools, just like craftsman. So if your like me, on a budget, and need specific tools for odd projects, check out HFT first. They probably have what you need.

Great place to get inexpensive tools. Get the replacement insurance and harbor freight will replace or upgrade your tool if it breaks. I shop here often for tools and supplies for those tools (sand paper, gloves, drill bits etc). They have some garden items, flags, items for trailers and trailers themselves, moving equipment, small tires for wheelbarrels etc. Many items. Take a look!

Very good! I like this store because of the reasonable prices. The tools arent all name brand but thats fine with me, cause most of them are still good quality.

They were super helpful on the phone and had exactly what I wanted at a great price.It’s a shame that this great experience was marred by older employees chatting away and not even recognizing customers waiting in line at one register while they gassed at another.

Manager was very friendly and helpful but the other cashier was very rude..

I actually like dumpster diving harbor frights dumpsters, they throw out tools still in the boxes. My only complaint, less cardboard and paper more free tools.
