Apparently their systems dont handle electronic cancellations from doctors but handle electronic orders? So when my doctor canceled an order they didnt receive it, and still sent us on our way with the incorrect prescription! Then when we came back to get it corrected there was nothing they could do since we left the pharmacy... the pharmacist didnt even think to question why we were getting two bottles of the same medication in different forms (tablet and pill) and gave us the wrong medicine. Thank goodness we read the labels and caught it! Never using this pharmacy again.

Super rude!! I was hung up on 3 times while asking questions because she was busy. Very snappy, very rude. Unprofessional! Do not get your prescriptions here!

Terrible, theyve ruined my month, Im a Writer. Getting ready to hike the PCT and they give me Tablets instead of films because their out. On top of that the lady gets an attitude!! Im paying your bills and I have a life and it doesnt center around this clusterF*ck!!! Now, Ive got to go back to my doctor so I can make it to California and later in the season Katmai National Park. I have enough on my plate then to devote any cognitive ability into this!!!!! Only lilliputians go here.

I used to like this pharmacy, so its sad that they have gone downhill so much in the last few years. They never have both of my super common medications in stocks at the same time (though they are usually ordered in conjunction with each other). Never fails, one of the two has to be ordered on the next truck. The biggest problem with that is that they rarely let you know that when they tell you your medication is ready. That means I drive the 30 minutes in to pick it up and it seems that at the window they finally think to inform me that one of the medications was out of stock and should arrive the next day. They just dont seem to care anymore...

What kind of pharmacy makes someone with a serious infection wait more than two days for antibiotics? I swear it is so hard just to get help these days.
