My experience was terrible. The guy helping me wouldnt put his phone down and when he did put his phone away he didnt listen to what I was asking and acted like he could careless about doing his job or helping me.

Phenomenal service! I own a painting company and visit this store almost daily. The manager is extremely knowledgeable beyond belief and the entire staff is very friendly and helpful. I get great service at every Sherwin Williams I visit, but this specific store in Urbana goes as above and beyond to help my business!!!
