This is an incredibly niche museum that is closed off to the public. Its like the owners decided that theyre the only ones who know bread and now refuse tours to anyone who isnt an owner of a bakery. The museum is massive and detailed, but it seems like 6 people get to see it every year. The website goes on and on about how passionate about baking the curator is, but obviously hes a bread-elitist who wants to hoard his collection and has no desire to share his so called passion with others. What a joke.
