Extremely helpful and courteous staff. The wait was well worth it. Not rushed and well explained at the counter. Individual moving storage boxes was a pleasure to deal with (as was the individual working the counter).

Uhaul CORPORATE overbooks storage units online and unfortunately the on-site employees have to sort it out for the customers. We just worked with Jeremy on site and he was great to work with, cooperative and customer-oriented. He does the best he can given the hand dealt him sometimes by Corporate. And he found us a solution to our storage issues!!!

Always friendly staff ready to assist with awesome indoor storage facilities. Sometimes can get busy requiring a wait but that happens anywhere where service is great.

Renter beware - Reservations do not actually reserve a storage unit!We made a reservation here for a storage unit, but when I called on the day we were to move in they said that they had no units available. The person I spoke to was nice but there was nothing they could do. Apparently you can reserve a unit online that they dont have available! Very disappointed - this made for a much more stressful day and were lucky we were able to find a different place.

We placed a reservation on a storage unit at this location over a month ago with no notice of any problems, only to be called days before the rental begins to be informed that they would not be honoring the reservation and that no units were available. Now we’re struggling to find an alternative with such short notice days away from the college moving season. Incredibly disappointed by the extreme unprofessionalism and will not be using this location in the future.

Best location by far in CU. Knowledgable and able to answer my questions. Had major issues at another Uhaul in town. The online reservation system is misleading. However this issue is a Uhaul corporation issue and not the fault of this franchise. Short term solution is start renting a unit immediately and dont put your name on a reservation list for a couple months in the future.

Unprofessional, poor service. Took me over an hour to get my truck that was reserved a week in advance. Managers assistant cursed me out and threw my supplies on the parking lot asphalt when I recommended they have the trucks available near the entrance for pickup.

0 stars! Aisha Zamora and her team is by far a place that I do not want to deal with ever again. Picking up our truck wasn’t bad, but drove it 88 miles, and it overheated to the point it couldn’t be driven so naturally it needed towed. The day of return (after dealing with U-Haul roadside because we always get the protection with our rental) Aisha calls and leaves me a very nasty message saying that if I don’t return the truck ASAP I will have to pay 2 $50 reservation guarantee fees because there are 2 people needing the truck I’m in. I call her and explain what happened and she basically didn’t believe that had happened. It took her calling U-Haul roadside to even believe me. She then told me that I was going to only be charged for 1 day (was supposed to have it for 2) and just the 88 miles (was supposed to be about 300 miles). To then find out that they are trying to charge the person that was paying for our rental more then what the check was even for. They were trying to charge to reservation guarantee fees! After knowing what happened and that we couldn’t physically bring the truck to them. Told us they couldn’t close out our reservation because they didn’t have the truck on their lot. How and I suppose to return a truck that had an oil leak?! And could be drove? So as I am on the phone with one of her employees trying to figure all this out and why we were being charged extra, the employee stated that Aisha was to busy to assist and that she would cal back in a few days. I said that isn’t going to work that this needs solved now.low and behold, Aisha wasn’t busy, she was standing over her reps shoulder cussing that this wasn’t important and that they shouldn’t have to deal with this matter. I heard everything that she was saying. I will NEVER rent a truck from this location again. I won’t even refer any family/friends there.

Called to ask if they carried plastic mattress covers. Guy answers, short from the beginning asks if Id like a call back in 30-45 minutes because they are busy. Said I just had a quick question and he says, I have customers in front of me, thats why I said if youd like a call back in 30-45 minutes and is obviously agitated with my suggestion. Told him nope, Ill go somewhere else. Never will I spend a dime here.

Couldnt get the 20ft truck we reserved because none were in town. Ok, I guess we have to downsize to a 15ft truck and make it work... then I hear them say theres a manager out picking up a 20ft truck from a different city for a different customer?! What is that?! How do you give some customers the VIP treatment and others not?! That’s just wrong.Also 2 of 3 employees here dont wear masks. Gross.

Looks like a nice big place and fairly new. Unfortunately, several of the lights were out making it pretty dark after dusk and we were given a storage place already in used and with a lock on it. We had to to chase down an employee leaving 30 minutes after it was closed much to his dismay to get a new one.

The girl who manages this place is so nice so efficient and she needs a lot more help shes a hustler I been here delivering new boxes and shes been so nice about it because She is trying take care of customers and take care of May at the same time I dont mind a delay because she so nice

Very rude manager. You dont need to give attitude to customers asking for information just because youre busy. Very poor service and a whole lot of attitude. This a male manager for this weekend. I will definitely go to a different branch.

We have never been treated so rudely ever in any kind of retail business.We made a one way reservation 6 weeks ago. I have an email confirmation with the date and truck size. We went in today to purchase some boxes, and check on the pick up location. We had received a significant discount when we made the reservation. Remember this was confirmed by email several weeks ago. The man at the counter looked it up by my phone number and FLIPPED out on me. Telling me we will never get that price and what kind of rogue person did this. He started making all kinds of phone calls while yelling at me. He told me it would never happen and they didnt even have a truck for us. He cussed at me several times, while I was asking him what was going on. He said he was going to cancel the reservation.My husband asked for his name and he said he didnt have to tell us, and we had 5 minutes to get out or he would have us arrested and put in handcuffsWe never once cussed, raised our voices or acted rudely.We are supposed to move across the country in 3 days. We are on a budget or else we would have hired movers. Now were stuck.This mans name is James Edwards and supposedly the manager.NEVER EVER USE U HAUL ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATIONIF I didnt have to put even 1star I wouldnt!!They deserve NO STARS

The owner at this location is really nice. She was very helpful and runs a clean operation. If your experience with uhaul has been poor, try talking to the owner. she is really nice and will help you get things sorted.

I Highly Recommend this location and its staff. They were friendly, patient and very helpful! The store was clean, well-stocked and customer-friendly. They seemed to go out of their way to accommodate my daily changing questions and needs.

Very up to date storage. Low prices, 10×5 w 24 hour access is just over $60.Very nice set up with easy access and very secure building. Cameras everywhere.Kind of like the idea that i knew this building when it was an IGA many moons ago...nice use of this building.Very friendly attendant.

Friendly staff! We used U-Haul to move from Arizona to Illinois and stored our stuff at this location for free for 30 days!Pros: climate controlled storage is available, they have restrooms in the storage building, they have plenty of carts to help you with getting your belongings to/from truck to/from storage unit, very clean facility and friendly staffCons: we were supposed to be able to pick up our truck rental at 7am using the 24/7 truck share but the staff at this location didn’t “stage” the truck at the end of business the night before so we had to wait until they opened at 9am, there is only 1 place to unload/load your belongings and the building is huge so if you have a storage unit at the opposite corner it is a long trek back and forth and adds a lot of time to loading/unloading

We rented a truck and were OVER charged for gas. The miles and gas gauge are in the same picture, so it is clear how many miles I drove and that I returned the truck with more gas then I left with. My final bill shows that I was charged for extra fuel. I called and made it clear that they over charged and I have picture proof. They did refund that fuel charge. I am sharing this so others know to make sure they arent adding extra fees to your bill.

THEY LOST OUR STUFF!! We tried to used THE UBOX SERVICE and reserve a truck for the final move. They do not know how to process the ubox information all were not put into the system correctly and 2 out of 5 were never put into the system. They said we didn’t even have one - we had to prove it with video clips of loading the stuff (from the RING). We still have not received this last box - it had an entire bedroom set in it. We have been without a bedroom set in our new house for over a month while they “look” for it.Absolutely avoid this location and U-Haul in general. The manager, employees and upper level management have been horrible. We have wasted days trying to talk to them and it’s has cost us THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS because of their mess ups. And yes I agree with the other reviewer - they promised a truck and then refused to provide one. Please avoid U-Haul and use another company.

They were so helpful throughout our move! Travis came in on his day off to get us a U Box. Amanda was very knowledgeable and helpful. The staff called us by name we were there so often. When we rented a truck U Haul called us to ask if we wanted to return the truck to a different location and save $100! Excellent store and excellent company!

Rented a small pickup truck. Truck was clean and worked great. Don’t be fooled by the $18.95/day price. They nickel and dime you for several items including fuel. Rented the truck for 3 hours, drove 20 miles and paid $46.

The staff was ok. Do not use online reservations. I did and I was told I could not get the truck I wanted for as long as I wanted. Apparently, the website doesnt communicate with the individual stores. I had to cut my rental short by a few hours. I suggest you call the store.

Very clean and organized. Didnt have the mattress covers I wanted, the expensive one-use type,so I had to purchase the 20$ ones, which were supposed to be reusable. Unfortunately, they were also a one-time-use because they ripped when the movers tried to move the mattresses.

Rented a trailer from another location, came loose and damaged my bumper setup. Came in about 2 pm local time on 01/16. These guys were great

Worst customer service. Please go somewhere else. The Hispanic lady at the customer service are very rude. She is liar too. I told here about price match. She said we dont do any price match. Later, I went to another uhaul store where they said they definitely do the price match and they did it for me.

While uhaul is regionally very poor here, the owner at this location is great. She would do anything to help a future, current, or former customer.

Ive rented from them twice and they are very helpful! I reserved online and was in and out of their office in a jiffy each time. They had exactly the truck I needed and drop off is a snap with their outside key drop box.

The staff(a man with black glasses)was so rude to me. So disappointed with the uhaul service . I have no idea how he got this job, but I think he is definitely a joke.

Came to this location because theres always some kind of issue on University... Same experience here on Philo. Been standing at the counter now for 25 min with people behind me while the guy who was behind the counter said he had to go deal with a semi that just came in to unload and it wouldnt take long. Uhaul needs to get their stuff together.

Someone came to buy my car today and rented a car trailer. We went to load the car and the trailer came unhitched from the truck, it dented his tailgate. Im glad I didnt rent the trailer from here. They didnt tighten the latch that hook on the ball.
