Patrick was such a huge help with a part for my fridge! He walked me through what serial numbers I needed to look at and offered to put the fan in front of the building for me to pick up that night! Fan works great and now so does my fridge! Will definitely use again and will recommend to everyone!

I have been going to these guys for years. Cant remember a time they didnt have what I needed. Prefer to see the part in hand instead of ordering online. Cant always wait 2-3 days for parts...especially when your fridge is not working!

I called in for a motor for an AC unit. The gentleman over the phone was helpful, and pulled my part right away. When I arrived, they were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. My part was exactly correct on the first try, and I would absolutely recommend Dey Distributing to anyone looking for parts for their appliances. Months ago I called & asked the man who was working there if he could get me a receipt for my furnace so I could register it. I explained that I had severe health problems & my contractor wasn’t calling me back. He replied “explain to me how this is my problem”. I contacted corporate they apologized for my experience & emailed a copy to me. Perhaps that is not part of their regular services however the ADA states that business must accommodate disabled people including “policies, practices and procedures”. I cannot comment on their repair performance I will say if that man cannot be courteous perhaps he should be out in the field & not answering the phone. I don’t believe I will ever use their services.

Called and asked for a SPECIFIC 3 range prong cord that worked both for a stove and a dryer, as well as needed to it be 10ft. The guy said yes they had them I triple checked that we were talking about the same cord because of getting the wrong one already. He assured me he had it. On arrival he said he didn’t carry the cord and that I had asked for a completely different one which is impossible because I had again TRIPLE CHECKED we were talking about the same cord! Thanks for wasting my time and obviously just trying to get me off the phone by saying yes you had it when in all actuality you didn’t probably due to calling close to closing or just plain arrogance! Either way I highly recommend not wasting your time here!

Called 5 min before close, they had the part I needed to fix my ac unit. Nathan (i think that was his name) stayed for an extra 15 min past close to make sure we got it. Not the first time buying from Dey, and certainly wont be my last. Great guys, great prices and they always have what I need!
