I had a great experience. I called for an appointment and got in the next day. I used the drop off option and left my vehicle the night before my appointment. I received a timely text message the next morning after the oil change was complete. When I picked up the vehicle the mechanics were friendly and helpful to complete the transaction. I even was able to use a coupon to save a few dollars--

On time, very friendly and professional. Other shops I took my vehicle to just wanted to charge me as much as possible. J&K repaired just what was needed and saved me a huge amount and is standing behind what they did. I’ll have them be my regular shop if needed.

Its been several years since I last took a car to J&K. Its nice to see theyre still up to the amazing standard of excellence they set back then. These folks are honest, courteous, and kind, as well as knowledgable and skilled in their craft!

Do not go here. I went for a transmission issue and my car sat on the lot for a whole month. They “forgot to call me” (literally answered the phone with “oh yeah I meant to call you) multiple times, told me 4 different dates my car would be done, fixed/repaired other things in my car without informing me or asking permission. Just an overall bad experience. Blaming everyone else and not owning up or taking responsibility for giving me wrong information or wrong dates and times. Not professional in any way. I will never take my car there again.

You can always count on them for good service at a reasonable price and to only do the work that is needed.

Its tough to find someone to work on a car that is over 40 years old, but J&K did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend!

I had a coupon for an oil change. I later got a text asking which type of oil I wanted. It never said that the coupon price would change if I pick one oil type over the other. I didn’t find out until I went to pickup my vehicle. I also had a used car inspected that I wanted to buy. They didn’t provide a checklist of the things that were checked. Just a receipt and verbal “Car looks good”.

Fantastic, friendly, helpful service with a smile. Rick and Ed had me on my way in a loaner in 10 minutes. Ed called to discuss what was up within the hour, and I got a text notifying me the work was done by noon. Problem fixed, no muss, no fuss. I will never go anywhere else these guys are the best!!

It was good to get my car serviced right before I left for a trip to Indiana. Didnt have to worry about anything as they had checked it out when they changed the oil. I trust them.

I use these guys all the time and they do such a great job. I am a female and I dont know much about cars and they do not take advantage of me like all the other shops around town. There prices are fair and they tell you exactly what needs to be fixed. As opposed to ( I wont name names) the shop I used to go to that would hand me a list 2 pages long of what needs fixed on my car. They are friendly and do a great job! Dropped my car off on a Sunday and it was ready for me to pick up at the end of their business day on Monday. I had new brakes, rotors, a power steering pump, and thermostat removed and replaced and a broken door handle repaired. I am so happy with the results and the price was around what I expected. Super professional and nice team. I’ll be going to them for all repairs I need in the future!

I’ve always been impressed with J&K Automotive. They have always been upfront and honest and I have never felt like they were selling me something I didn’t need. The work they have done on my car has been top quality. I would highly recommend them.

Had a coolant hose explode open and spray out underneath the hood while driving. Was able to get there before the vehicle had a chance to overheat. The gentlemen there were able to squeeze me in on short notice and get the part ordered and installed in less than a hour. Very reasonable price for everything and look forward to using their services again in the near future.

Did the service quick and check it over for us and came back and picked us up when done. They found leaks and bad hoses replaced so we dont have trouble later.

I have gone here a few different times for my oil changes, they are convenient. But this latest visit, well it was my bad but they fixed it. I scheduled my oil change online through the link in an email I had received from J & K Auto, so me, not calling to confirm it or anything, I show up the next day and they couldnt find my appointment, but did find me in the system, (after the guy behind the counter gave me a hard time about my scheduling and the spelling of my last name, all jokingly of course) put me in that time slot and got my oil change done while I waited. Never a dull moment, they are nice people to work with and I would recommend J & K Auto.

J&K replaced a headlight assembly and then replaced bulbs with LED bulbs in a 2008 pick up. So much easier to see at night now!! Great service and wonderful customer service. Ed was a pleasure to work with!

Wanted eight hundred dollars to put in both front wheel bearings charged me one hundred and fifty to bleed the brakes and put new hardware in wanted to put new rotors on so they didnt clean the rust off the rotors it made a racket all the way home but after a little driving and me pulling it apart to see which wheel bearings was bad it sounds like the passenger front side yes it needs a hub and bearings but sounds like just the one needed replaced
