When I go to a dry cleaners, I typically need something to be dry cleaned only. I am very well capable of washing my own clothes without having to pay someone else to wash them for me. I have not had any bad experiences with having sweaters, pullovers, dress shirts and pants being dry cleaned...until recently.I took a blue Calvin Klein pullover to this dry cleaners with the intention that it be dry cleaned despite the manufacturers cleaning instructions that it could be washed. Two days later after picking up my dry cleaning, when I arrived home and put my dry cleaning away, I noticed that the pull over was damp and that there was some discoloration in certain areas of the pullover. I was so upset that I decided not to go back to this dry cleaners.A month later, I did go back to have a sweater dry cleaned. At that time, I complained about my last visit. I was informed that my concerns would be conveyed to the store manager and to bring my pull over back to the dry cleaners to be examined by the store manager.The next day I brought my pullover to the dry cleaners. The store manager examined the pullover. She stated that she would send my pullover to their main dry cleaners to have it examined there.Later that afternoon, I received a voicemail from Joe who said that he wanted to send my pull over to the FTC to have it analyzed to see if it was actually washed.Two weeks later I received a letter from Joe along with the report of the analysis from the FTC. The pullover was washed. After leaving and receiving messages from Joe, I was not going to get reimbursed for the cost of the pull over that I received as a gift from a friend who spent $75 for me to only wear it one time. The fault laid with the manufacturer.I have had other pull overs dry cleaned before at this cleaners and have never had a problem with my requests being followed through. I expected my pull over to be dry cleaned and not washed. THIS IS THE ISSUE. If they were not going to follow through on my request then they should have notified me that they were going to wash my pull over. If that would have been the case, I would have picked up my pullover and gone somewhere else.I dont believe that I would ever recommend this dry cleaners to any one else. My roommate and I had found another dry cleaners that does a much better job and they LISTEN TO WHAT I (AS THE CUSTOMER) WANT.

Have been using them for years. Easy drop off and fine customer service. Had one issue with a damaged piece of clothing but they took care of it with no hassle.

Couldnt give it a zero but that is what is deserved. Not a trustworthy business.
