Nice place to get a cool treat. The young lady running the store was polite, helpful and efficient. You can get a sample of anything, its all good... If you want to give your youngsters a reward or just a cool treat, take them here.

Friendly staff, delicious yogurt flavors. The coconut flavor is delicious and low in calories. Also have sugar free options.

Very friendly staff! Great gelato and I atill dont know what popping pearls are for sure but they were really good on my Oreo Gelato. Cant wait to go again.

It tasty and sticky delight. My kids love it, and I do too. Tasty frozen yogurt, the host of different flavors, with lots of yummy toppings! Everybody should try Orange Leaf at least once, Youre missing out if you dont.

Best staff! For having to hand make everyone’s orders now because of COVID-19 they sure were friendly and polite. Best manners during a pandemic I’ve seen so far. Thumbs up on the flavors and cleanliness as well.

Took my grandsons to the 86th street location. They chose and created thier own frozen yogurt masterpiece. Many ice cream choices. We enjoyed a movie for a while. Staff were great with my boys. Positive attitudes. Clean environment. We will visit again.

This is a really cool froyo spot! They have lots of fun flavors, even twist flavors! The toppings bar was clean and full of chocolatey and fruity goodness. The decor is great too very kid friendly. They have some outdoor seating, two large tables and a bench which was enough for the groups in the shop when I was there. A really great place to spend warm days :) thier largest cup size even comes with a divider so you can choose a few flavors without having to mix them.

This place is awesome. To make Mothers Day a special day for us Moms was a very nice gesture. Didnt see many businesses song anything free for Moms. Thank you Orange Leaf on 86th st. in Urbandale for treating us so special.

Some flavors of their yogurt are OK. However the chocolate flavor frozen yogurt is horrendous. It is sour, tart, not sweet, and does not even have any chocolate flavor. All three of us tried it, and it went straight into garbage. Never again.

Product was good but melted too quickly even when it wasnt very hot outside. Outside isnt as tidy as it should be. Sticky floors inside. Lady limited sampling. Seems like they are cutting down on cost. Wont be returning till they clean up and step up the overall experience.

Nice people and I love the sample cups because there is always new flavors.

Weirdest decor but the froyo is DELISH!!

Yogurt is as good as any Orange leaf you go to. Been here a few times in the last month and wasnt too impressed. Its usually highschool age kids working, and they only come up to the counter when we are ready to pay. Otherwise they are in the back. There is always napkins and toppings on the floor. Tables are sticky. Been just taking it to go since yogurt is still good.

Yogurt with all the goodies...great location for us as we stop after ball games. Good service, quick lines. Mr Ruden loves the kids!

Service was good but the chocolate frozen yogurt had no flavor and was very icy. Other flavors were okay. Was expensive compared to when they charged by the ounce.

Multiple times I have come here and nobody has been there to open the place, if they keep allowing employees to have last minute schedule changes, they shouls get a new manager

Fro Yo NOT ice cream, a lot more flavors than Scooters had until Scooters had a different corporation come in.. Orange leaf has a different sort of atmosphere ...some would say new age maybe..

Very bad experience!!!! Never going back again! The cashier YELLED at my son for tasting the yogurt with his finger and not a tester cup! The way he approached the situation was totally inappropriate! Then went on babbling about being fined because of my son. However Menchies down the street was very friendly!
