SEi has been a security system used in my home since I was a young teen. We have always had great service. Their customer service team has helped so many times with questions.

So far so good. Looked around and did our homework. It’s pretty clear you get what you pay for in the home security market.SEi is a real company with real, hardworking people. It’s no short order to have some tech you don’t know come over and put holes in your 100-year-old stuff around the home and actually take the care, attention to detail to get the job done correctly. Like a unicorn.From their sales department to their 24/7 customer service line, it’s been top notch the whole way. In the age of the massive corporation, where the client is truly just a number on a list, SEi appears to be staunchly dedicated to keeping the old style, local company feel, while including state of the art tech in the mix.It shouldn’t go unsaid that this is my first 5 star review for anything.
