Anytime I am near by I always stop for a snack and/or smoothie! I love the macaroni and cheese for a meal. I also love the strawberry banana smoothie with protein. The workers are wonderful ready to help. Everyone cares about the place and makes each person feel welcomed.

Love this place! I was in such a rush going to the gym during my lunch break but had to get back to work ASAP so stopped here for a healthier alternative to fast food. Went in and realized they didn’t have Apple Pay (well for now, sounds like they will be getting it soon 😁)No debt card on me so I was out-of-luck ☘️ ... well at least I thought. Very kind Gentleman offered to take a meal-on-the-go for FREE since it was my first visit here 😮 What...no way!!! I couldn’t do that, but I was really hungry 🤤 What a life saver! Got home, warmed up the meat under a minute, and BOOM! I’m back at work 💯 energized!My problem is I skip too many meals because I’m always on the go and I have too many food allergies so I can’t have normal fast foods. So I’m always skipping meals, then I wonder why I can’t loose weight. With this place near my gym, it is now going to be my go-to!Thanks for your generosity, you have no idea how much it meant to me. This place is absolutely PHENOMENAL! The outstanding customer service I receive EVERY SINGLE TIME I come to the store always puts me in a great mood. The endless amount of food choices make it impossible to decide what I want to eat because everything is DELICIOUS! Whatever I’m in the mood for they have and they are always coming out with new options. The food quality is excellent and has helped me through endless fitness goals as well as football camp. The Fresh Fit team goes above and beyond for their customers and I will be a customer for life!!!!!!!!

This is a company that prepares fresh meals for people for different reasons. The meals come in a plastic container which can be recycled. But when you look at getting a weeks worth of these meals, theres 21 containers that become single use. This means too much plastic being made that gets added to the ecosystem. This is just like plastic pop and water bottles. My daughter gets these meals because she is trying for a certain health result and has been prepping her own meals. She found that she was spending too much of her free time setting up her meals for the week and decided on this alternative. She is accomplishing what she wanted but has run into problems with this company not making changes when she needs them. It is also a very pricey service.

Fantastic!!! Friendly staff and appetizing fresh premade food. Best of all, the people I was with could eat all of it without fear of allergy issues. It is so difficult to find safe alternatives when eating out with people who suffer food allergies. The food was fabulous, and tasted better then the normal food I usually eat!!

The food is really good. However, Im giving it two stars due to really poor customer service. We were in there over the weekend, and my wife had some questions about diet and body weight. The girl working the counter acted like we werent even there. Had no interest in answering questions about meal plans, etc. Was more interested in counting coins in the register, as if the place was closing in 5 minutes(It was early afternoon). The customer service/ experience has additionally since the store has become locally owned which is an even better reason to support them. Aaron Anderson is the owner that I’ve been privileged to work the most with. He’s been great at providing a product / service that has for 3 years now earned my repeat business.

Delicious and healthy food, great prices, local owners, and friendly and knowledgeable staff...plus their meal plan WORKS. I work out regularly and wasnt seeing the results I wanted, but thanks to their nutritionist Beccas expertise and planning, I dropped 2.5% body fat and gained a pound of muscle in my first two weeks, just by changing my diet.

Friendly, knowledgeable service, and it’s nice to be able to shop local.But let’s be clear: it’s 5 stars for the food. If you enjoy good cooking and variety, and consequently can’t stand many “healthy” options, give this place a try. It’s delicious, it’s healthy, it’s satisfying, it’s got variety, and I’ve lost ~30 lbs in the two months I’ve been eating their stuff.

It’s also very reasonable pricing when you comparing other Online Food Companies. Fresh Fit Meals is wonderful. It saves me time, money, and the headache of grocery store shopping. I eat healthy but cannot cook very many foods and Fresh Fit gives me tasty variety to help me stick to a healthy lifestyle. I was so excited to find a store that sold quick easy gluten free options that are great for on the the go traveling families. However, I was disgusted to find not one but two hairs in my food. And the hairs were head hairs and other body part hairs. We fed this to a child who has a weakened immune system and could possibly make him sick. That is unacceptable.

First time customer got the turkey chili with a fit green smoothie my wife got chicken zoodle pesto with the same smoothie all of which were great. By far the cheapest place to get a quality smoothie I’ve never seen a 5 dollar smoothie of this size. My only suggestion is to add a recycling bin. Plastic containers are not sustainable with all of that plastic you’d think they would offer a way to recycle them when dining in or even to bring the containers back and recycle them. Never the less the food was good.

I’ve been getting these meals since 2017 and am so thankful for this place! I started because I had weight to lose...I didn’t expect to lose 40 lbs without feeling deprived or counting calories or doing something un-maintainable—but the weight easily came off in 6 months. I never thought about it, I just thoroughly enjoyed my food, my hunger was satisfied, and what turned out to be the best of all—I felt SO much better! I have tried a few meal delivery services over the years and been so disappointed. I couldn’t stick long at all. Fresh Fit Meals is cheaper than all and I CRAVE the meals because they’re so good. I have my favorites that I look forward to and it’s so obvious when I take a break and come back how much my body appreciates them—I feel a hundred times better. My cholesterol went down by 49, good cholesterol went up 10, bad down 37, VDL down 15, and triglycerides down 74! I want to eat their meals forever!!!!

They have a nice variety of meals to choose from and portion sizes are just right. We come here weekly for lunches for the work week and it works out great. The staff are really nice and helpful. If they have a fresher meal in the back they will go get it for you! I wish they’d update seasonal items a little more often so there is something new to try.

This place is great for folks whom are always busy, parents with multiple little kids, and anyone who wants to eat healthy. They have multiple types of food that is all grab and go from their coolers. They have multiple options and the food is suited for many lifestyles. They have the ingredients clearly labeled and never use preservatives nor freeze their meals. There is no prep required and most meals are reheated in 60-90 seconds. The clean up is Breeze and they use recyclable materials. Great staff and great food for an affordable cost.

Seems expensive, but maybe bison is expensive cut of meat. It was tasty enough to return and try some other dishes.

Best places ever

Tried my first meal from here. Super convenient. I bought some kind of chicken pesto pasta; it was good and the chicken was really good quality. I will likely be back. One downfall... I was interested in their 30 day challenge and the guy working could only provide a speck of info and told me Id have to come back between the hours of 6am-2pm (when Im working of course) to talk to someone else about it. Other than that, there seems to be a nice variety of options. A bit pricey but better than me finding the time to grocery shop and prepare all the stuff myself.6/15 Update: still waiting on more info on the 30 day challenge, it today I returned to pick up a few more meals and... TURKEY MEATLOAF AND CHIPOTLE SWEET POTATOES ARE THE BOMB!!

Great food! They have a vast variety of healthy meal choices and a good drink and snack selection as well. The staff is friendly and very willing to help you find what you need for your diet. Also, they usually have some good music playing!

From my first meeting back on 8-13-17 where I met the General Manager of this specific location, Aaron, to the last time I picked up meals last week, I have had nothing but the best experience every time I walk through the door. Every staff member I have encountered is always so polite and incredibly kind. They do not believe in trying to get you to spend more than your means; they simply believe and are passionate about helping people take control of their nutrition and want to provide as much help as possible. Whether its Joe or Aaron that are working there on any given day they will take the time to ask you how youre doing, be kind in their accountability with you, and also just want to get to know you as a person, regardless of what weight or physical condition youre in. You can truly feel comfortable and not judged here and that is something so important to find in the health and wellness world.

I was looking for a nice, fresh and healthy lunch and this place looked like it would fit the bill perfectly. However, I was extremely disappointed when I finally got home and tried the multiple things I purchased. The food is literally the quality of anything from a gas station cooler and is made with the cheapest ingredients. (Prepackaged “grilled chicken”, pre shredded veggies, etc) If you’re looking for something more than gas station quality food, do not spend your money here.

Good selection of healthy, fresh food. Easy to stop by and grab a quick bite to eat, either there or warm it up and take it with you. I feel pricing is a bit high on some items, but over all, even those items are worth it in the long run

Great food selections and delicious smoothies but definitely over priced if you just go in to pick up lunch for the day. A smoothie and salad usually runs me $15! But at least my body doesn’t hate me after I eat the food!

I would give this place 4.5 stars because it’s great food for a great price, I buy a lot from here because I’m an over the road truck driver. The one bad thing I have to say is rarely the food expires before the expiration date, it does happen however, last time I bought 8 meals, 1 stank on the expiration date and the other one I opened on the expiration date the beans were all moldy, overall great tasting healthy convenient food at a great price.

I work full-time and waitress at nights. Most days I dont have enough time to prep healthy meals for lunch and dinner as I running between jobs. This is my perfect solution! I buy two for the days I double and so far Ive spent the same amount of money if not less and LOST 6 pounds in a week with light exercise. These have been a saving grace!
