I have always found the staff to be courteous and knowledgable. Minor adjustments and repairs are done quickly and thoroughly. I always enjoy our interactions.

MY APPOINTMENT WAS WITH TRICIA VEIK AND SHE WAS RIGHT ON TIME. SHE CLEAMED HEARING AIDS AND CHECKED THEM OUT. I WAS IN AND OUT IN 15 MINUTES AND MISS TRICIA WITHOUT A DOUBT GETS A BIG OLE 10 FROM ME. Visited Woodard Hearing for cleaning of my hearing aids. Tricia was quick and friendly.Was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Professional in all respects.They were honest with the results of my hearing test and did not try to sell me hearing aids that were not necessary.

Everything fine. Really like Dr. Amanda Gerst who I have been seeing for 5 years - she is relatively new to Woodard and the reason I went there. Give yourself an extra 5 minutes when you go there because its not easy to find amidst all of the duplicate buildings in this office park.

Amanda, at the Adel office, fixed our problemand recommended a nice place for lunchafterwards. She was charming and a pro.She was very conpetent.

I had my wire break on Thursday night, called and left a message, had a call back first thing Friday morning. They were booked, but indicated i could bring them out and they would try and get them fixed. Took them out and she found one of the specialist available and they were able to fix it while i waited, they even made a minor adjustment on them while i was there. I very much appreciated the service as i half expected to be without them over the weekend.

When I asked friends and acquaintances for recommendations on a place to go for hearing aids — a place that isn’t a film-flam operation with high-pressure sales staff masquerading as hearing specialists — two of them independently recommended Woodard Hearing Centers. I was impressed so I went to check it out.I found the staff there to be friendly, competent, and completely absent any of the pushy sales pitches and fake “special prices just for today” tactics that I’d experienced at another hearing clinic. Instead, I worked with a Doctor of Audiology who confirmed that my hearing loss was real and offered to have me try out a pair of aids for a few days. I was confident that I was in the right hands.When it came time to buy there was no pressure, only help to find the features I wanted at a price I could afford. I didn’t buy the latest, greatest model. Now, months later, I can report that the staff at Woodard has continued to support my use of the aids I wear, whether by email or by appointment. Adjustments and calibrations have been mine just for the asking during the initial months of getting used to them. I’m confident you’ll have the same careful and competent treatment when you go to any Woodard Hearing Center.

I have been going here for 8+ years, I am a 22 year old college student and they always address the issues quickly and efficiently for me. I have always enjoyed the people who work up front, and those who fix and work on the hearing aids always make it known what was done and why they werent working well (the hearing aids).

I have had my hearing aids with Woodard for 10 months. I should have gotten hearing aids decades ago! As a musician, I needed specialized hearing aids, because sounds are important to me. It has been constant pleasure with their staff, as I learn about my hearing aids, and the accessories (like me getting a new iPhone) to go with them. They are always patient. If something goes weird momentarily in the evening, I hear from them by text to solve it immediately. I just read all their website, and every bit of it is the honest truth. I am SO GLAD I went with them. I researched many companies before I made my decision to go with them. They just seemed better, even in the initial stage! Dr Caitlin was excellent. I had tried the hearing aid 6 months earlier but was not ready at that time. It didnt gave me much benefit and it hurt my ear. I recently had my hearing assessed again. It showed a slight additional loss. She put a different tip on the instrument and I cant even tell Im wearing it. Also with the set up she did I definitely have improvement that makes it well worth the investment. Thankyou Dr Caitlyn.

Good place to have your hearing checked. I already knew I had hearing loss due to tinnitus. Ive had the condition for years. Theres a testing room and I only took a few minutes to run the tests. She explained the hearing loss and what hearing aids were available. Prices are high. I may be able to finance them through a local bank. Very professional service!

Appt for aid cleaning and service was on time, efficient, and friendly. Discussed whether I should consider new aids and was advised that I don’t need them at this time. I appreciated the honest answer.

Dr. Bahr did a great job not only in testing but the explanations and guidance was great.

Dr. Bahr is such a caring, thorough doctor. I have been with her for a year, and she has made such a big difference in my life! The hearing aids that she recommended are so much better than my others. My last appointment with her was on March 27. Even though I live 2 hours away from her office in Urbandale, the trip is always worth it. She fixed the problem I was having, spent unrushed time with me, and now I am hearing things I havent heard for a long time. I am so grateful for her loving attitude. Thank you Dr. Bahr!!!

Today I stopped in a Woodard Hearing Center today because a plastic link (tube0 from my hearing aid to the ear mold was breaking. They immediately responded and replace the plastic link (tube). Took less that 30 minutes.
