Great product, solid price but the absolute worse customer support after the sale. Also the sold product to us as not advertised, as they shipped different controls to us without asking us if we still wanted to keep the product. Very sad to see this as the hot tub is really nice. I would recommend going to others even if the price is slightly higher. Salesmanship starts after the sale not before.

The folks at the Aqua Living Store are great! In the middle of the pandemic, we purchased our spa and were pleasantly surprise with how well everything went. Our Catalina Berkshire is phenomenal. We purchased it primarily for therapy and it has performed better than we could have imagined. Our shopping experience in the store was easy and enjoyable. It was installed by a very experienced and professional crew - up and running the next morning. And now we’ve had our spa now for about a month and we certainly know what a great decision it was to buy from Aqua Living.

Staff made it very easy to understand what we were buying, price was excellent, and service and delivery were nothing short of perfect, highly recommend.

The salesman was very helpful and the team was so patient as we changed our order a time or two. It did take awhile to get but we were always updated on its status, they were very responsive to my questions and when it was ready they were very flexible in setting up delivery. The spa looks great and works great. We’ve used it almost everyday for the last three weeks since it first arrived. We got the Catalina Carlton and we LOVE it.

I got my G 20 K tranquility wellness spa three years ago. Since then I’ve used my spa weekly all year round. I’ve never noticed a difference in my electric bill, the water bill once every four months when I drain and fill it up again, and to date the only thing that I’ve needed to fix was a small upper waterfall jet. I honestly had a pretty difficult time tracking down how to get the part, I should’ve just called the aqua living company first because they ended up having the small piece and giving it to me for free. I love my spa, I can’t use it enough. I had a great deal on mine and it was paid off within one year. I would highly recommend this company and this particular hot tub.

Would definitely advise buying one they have in stock. I ordered one and manufacturing was taking way longer than expected so after 2 month of waiting and im very impatient, they let us change our purchase to one in stock and happily received it within the week.. our sales man was very helpful in making our 4th of July deadline . After a delay (due to COVID) we finally received our Catalina Luxury Hot Tub, the delivery process was seamless, they set up our unit and guided us on how to fill the tub! Great purchasing experience. We had no knowledge of hot tubs features what to look for pricing etc. Al was able to ask us a few questions and make recommendations on they type and size to purchase. As we become more educated on hot tubs and did some research the prices that Al had hands down best the local competition. As a hockey family we can’t wait to get our hot tub installed!! It will be fantastic after a day in the cold rink and playing hard to sit back and relax in our new hot tub (which will be ready to go when we get home thanks to the wifi feature!! ❤️

Buyer Beware - they dont care about you as a customer after you pay so if anything needs to be repaired or is missing you will have to initiate and push them to resolve it. They will not follow up or check in to make sure things are going well or you are getting what you need. In hindsight I would gladly go somewhere with good customer service and pay more. Our hot tub has had a small leak since installation and is missing some panel screws from the factory. Hot tub was installed on Oct 3rd, still not resolved. I ordered a chemical kit to arrive when the hot tub was installed, still dont have that either. The worst customer service Ive seen. They simply dont care.

I found this company when researching affordable hot tubs, specifically trying to determine if the price point i had in mind was even feasible--i was only interested in getting a tub of a certain size at a certain limit. After contacting them via email, Steve responded with a link to the Dr Wellness G10K that showed an MSRP that was almost double my price point, which made me think are you kidding? Then after exchanging a few texts, we talked for about 45 minutes and he offered a deal that seemed impossible. I made a purchase still thinking this is too good to be true, and after what turned out to be a very long lead time due to covid, my tub arrived. All I can say is it is AWESOME! So much better than anything I could have gotten locally for the price I paid. Dont hesitate to buy from them, I would do it again anytime!

I would give negative stars if possible. Received a damaged hot tub. The hot tub has been sitting in our driveway on a pallet for over a month. We are waiting for their repair or claims process to start. No one has any idea of what is going on with our situation.

Aqua Living is where we recently purchased our hot tub. We were able to get everything we wanted in our hot tub for a very reasonable price. Having been previous hot tub owners we were looking for certain things and this was not a problem at Aqua Living. We had a longer wait time on our hot tub due to manufacturing problems with Covid, something that was beyond Aqua Livings control. It was worth the extra wait time. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a tub.

They worked around my schedule, and went above and beyond with anything I have needed. Very pleasant to work with!

I have had a great experience here so far other than the time it takes to get the financing set up thats frustrating but they did take the time and help me find what fit my needs best now I just want to get it delivered.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE!! Communication from them is terrible... once they get your money they want nothing to do with you. We were told 6-8 weeks on delivery of our hot tub... TOOK 6 MONTHS!! Nobody from this store, including Al who sold it to us, ever called to give an update or let us know it was taking longer. We had to eventually contact the manufacturer to get updates. Tried calling the Urbandale store several times but they dont answer the phone, just get an outside company where the calls are transferred to. Doesnt matter how many messages you leave, they dont call you back. Worst customer service we have experienced, especially for an item this expensive! I will never buy from them again... worth paying more somewhere else for a better hot tub with better service! We are still waiting on our steps and chemicals we ordered... Urbandale store told us to call manufacturer, they dont have time to deal with it. This store is a joke, and you should not buy anything from them!

This was my first hot tub experience. After weeks of looking online at hot tubs including the marketplace I finally contacted Steve with Aqua Living. He was fantastic to work with. He addressed all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. The order process was simple. My tub arrived earlier than expected. Had some issues with the delivery which is handled by a third party vendor (minor damage), but my delivery ended up being free. I have also had to call Aqua Living technical support for some initial troubleshooting and they were awesome! No issues now. I enjoy my hot tub every day. What I am most surprised about is the insulation. The heater/recirculating pump does not run all of the time and the water is always hot and crystal clear!

I would think twice before buying from this store. We ordered our spa the first week of June and were told 2 months. After 2 months had past we contacted the store to find out our tub was delayed another 4 weeks. Each time we contacted them it was another delay with parts not being available. One thing to note is we were never proactively communicated to. We had to call, email, text and it was nearly impossible to get a response. However there was one person name Joni that works there and she was helpful once I had her email. End of Sept I was going to cancel and order from HotSprings because they guaranteed delivery by Nov 18th (6 weeks). Aqua Living told me for sure we would have ours by Nov 18th so I stayed with them. Nov 18th came and went. We finally received our tub in early Dec after waiting for 6 months! Now we are having issues after having it for 2 days. A jet broke upon initial fire up and now the speakers/sound system stopped working too. Cant wait to see how horrible the warranty and service is as well. Will not buy from this store ever again. I will update this review with my service experience once they respond.

Highly recommend working with aqua living factory outlets in Urbandale. We checked many places for a hot tub before purchasing. This one was definitely the most reasonably priced with high end features. There were a couple places that were asking DOUBLE for similar features.We just had a friend purchase one as well, as we LOVE ours!!

Stear clear from this place. My hot tub has been a nightmare. I purchased a 10,000 hot tub that had a no good blower motor causing electricity to go into the water. It also had a ground wire just laying in the bottom not hooked up that went to a pump. I started calling to get it returned or replaced and 4 months later its just not fixed. This company has the worst customer service hands down. I got electrocuted and the factory did not care nor did Andy. I would never ever purchase a tub here again. Just a heads up to the public.

My wife and I were in the market for a spa, and it didnt take us long to find Aqua Living. We met Steve at the DM home show and within a few weeks had placed an order for a LG-12 spa. It arrived on time, installation was taken care of and within a day it was being used.6 months have passed since our spa was delivered and its been used no less than 100 times. Its been flawless.We had one minor issue with a cover which was immediately taken care of by the support folks who were quick and courteous.If you are shopping for a spa, visit Steve at aqua living. Being in sales myself, I am always appreciative when someone doesnt sell to me, but rather arms me with information to make the best decision. He could have easily pushed me towards a more expensive spa, but he didnt. He actually directed me to the spa we ultimately bought, even though it was a less expensive (and less features) unit. I respect that. I would have zero reservations about recommending Steve and the team and aqua living.
