Needed a new lawnmower. The salesman showed us what he had that matched our yard and terrain. He explained each mowers capabilitys and wasnt pushy like some salesmans. He helped walk us through the financing and I have a new mower. The only complaint is delivery is not free!!

We called various zero turn dealers, only to find they have no product and not sure when they will receive any. Then we discovered this gem. A and E had product in the showroom and there staff were unloading and checking in new lawn equipment.We narrowed our selection down to two. Wyatt the owner, shared his opinion on which one of the two would be better buy, based on derability and use. Both units from the same manufacturer and the cheaper of the two was his choice. Delivered our zero today, love it. Before you buy any outdoor equipment, see A and E you wont regret it. Almost wish I needed a snowblower.

Great experience getting my new mower from them not so much the service on one of my other mowers. Almost a month in the shop and still no exact ETA. Was hoping to get offered a loaner mower for how long Ive been down a mower.

I couldnt be happier with the service and responsiveness of AE Power. I have not purchased anything from them previously but took a 2 year old snow blower in for a carburetor replacement. A detailed quote was sent to me within hours, parts ordered and the blower repaired within a few days.We are in the midst of a forecasted foot of snowfall and the initial ETA for sending me the machine back was the day after the snow but someone from AE called this morning and was sending it early because of the snow expected that afternoon. Just fantastic service and people!

This spring I traded in my old mower and purchased a new Gravely zero turn. Wyatt was great to work with. Their prices were better then everywhere I checked. The whole process was so good that my mother-in-law traded in her mower for a new gravely as well!

As others have shared, AE offer both great prices and excellent product knowledge. We had a commercial zero turn mower shipped to us in Texas. Product came on time as promised. However, when mower arrived the seat had got torn in transit. Sent an email to Liz and Wyatt notifying them. Immediate unsolicited response was to say a replacement seat would be on its way ASAP. Great customer service even though we are a 1000 miles away. Excellent company to do business with!

Extremely helpful employees answered the phone (yes they picked up) and knew accurately whether they still had any generators available (they dont normally stock them). When I arrived to purchase (the last one until the next shipment) they were open about some cosmetic damage that occurred in shipping which doesnt affect functionality and since they understood the immediate need to utilize it they offered to swap out the damaged part once the replacement piece shows up.

Loved A & E, bought one mower liked it so much we bought a second only a few weeks later. Great pricing on specials. Its worth the drive for their expertise and savings. I am changing my review a year later because I was sold on the promise they would make things simple and easy for warranty and emergency repairs which has changed greatly after their one tech left. I live several hours from here and for a simple repair shipping parts is easier and cheaper which I understood could be done at the time of sale. I have access to 3 technicians with different levels of college classes and certifications in small engines, all of which conclude the muffler is broken and needs replaced along with exhaust manifold gaskets and pipes (probably) from wear from the muffler breaking. Pictures clearly show light in between two parts of the muffler that should have absolutely no air between them because they should be one piece. We have explained how it is broken, showed the pictures, and they wont even order the parts to have them available for the repair on hand. They continue to say to stick it back in the hole SMH. They expect it to be dropped off, diagnosed, parts sent for approval, then repaired which could take weeks. We even offered to pay upfront and then have them refund the money after husqvarna got the defective parts approved, that wouldnt work either! NEITHER THE OWNER OR TECHNICIAN could find the break which I will include pictures of and have explained the break repeatedly and how sticking it back in the hole wont work because it is broken and ripped but they refuse to listen to that. Cant recommend them now that their one tech left. If youre a homeowner you will get a good price, but If you expect fast prompt commercial equipment repairs to keep your business moving, stay away, because they made this promise to us, and are not living up to it anymore.

Oh, where to start? I was in on Monday asking about a tune up kit and mower blades. They said that they needed the VIN in order to help me. I told them the model, model year and size of engine. Still the young lady at the registeer, couldnt help me. So I showed up the next day with the VIN. The same inept girl was at the register. I gave her my VIN and she still couldnt find what I needed. Finally after several minutes she went to the back room because she said she wasnt sure what kit I needed. Even after I gave her all my info regarding my mower. She finally showed up with a tune up kit.When I asked about new mower blades, she said they didnt have any right now. Seriously? The beginning of mowing season and no mower blades for my Cub Cadet, which they sell? This place seems poorly run and managed.

It was delivered to my house no contact, on the day they said it would be, and it mows great!She even took the time to ask me about my mowing needs in order to make sure I bought the right mower for my yard, and all with no pressure to buy!I understand that some places charge a delivery fee, but theirs was free! Terrible service. Had my chainsaw for 3 weeks for a simple service (which they charge more than a car service). Kept giving excuses about the air filters on back order and moving the date on me. Finally got fed up and picked it up myself. Got an air filter next day on prime and serviced myself.

I just purchased a Cub Cadet Ultima ZT1 mower from AE Outdoor Power and am very happy I did. The ZT1 at AEOP was the same cost as Home Depot was selling it for but I also got free delivery which was going to be $79 at Home Depot. Additionally, Liz was great in explaining the details of the mower and she made the buying experience very pleasant. They are an Authorized Service Center as well. They delivered the mower when they said they would. Overall I am extremely satisfied with AE Outdoor Power and recommend you check with them before buying elsewhere.

I recently bought a Husqvarna zero turn mower from them and couldnt be happier. I visited four different power power equipment dealers looking at different brands of equipment... After stopping by these guys a couple times I was very impressed with their customer service and willingness to help. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable on his equipment. Once I figured out what I wanted I gave them a call and a day I could pick up the mower, I walked in the mower was ready as well as my paperwork very quick and simple transaction. Shopped around for the Husqvarna Automower and called several other places. These guys seemed to be the most knowledgeable with a ton of experience. They came out and looked at my yard, and within a week I had my new mower installed! Cant wait to do other things this summer!
