They do not answer the phone and when they do, they leave the phone on for more than an hour. Very poor customer service in this service. I just needed to know if the piece that was already paid for had arrived. Since for the date they told me I did not arrive and I lost my appointment and the mechanic and my work day on 2 occasions because of this. They dont even know when the pieces are really going to arrive.

The wait is a long time and they never give the pieces that are we always have to return to change the wrong pieces that they give us and the attention in the store is bad and they make us waste a lot of time that is what happened as there is no good supervision that is my opinion and that of many but I changed now I am going to Jimmy auto parts
