It is 8:12 in the morning & outside of Walgreens there are 12 people waiting for the store to open at 8 am. Employees come and go & they dont even tell you the reason for your wait. People have been upset ... Is this the service that Walgreens offers us? Your clients are out restless.

It is close to me and the security measures are excellent

I had an emergency and needed a bath and they refused. The very rude employee said OUT OF SERVICE, but there was no sign of out of order restrooms. I understand that there is a pandemic.

My visit to Walgreen in Utuado on Saturday, August 17 was a very unpleasant one. It turns out that there were some travel pilows in particular. When I arrive at the checkout they mark a regular price and the very kind cashier Mrs. Silvia requested assistance to verify the price. A gentleman by the name of Gerardo (later I learned that he was a manager) insisted that they were not special and that what was in particular was some friezes from which I also casually bought. The line was endless and the gentleman insisted that they were not special and thats fine, but # 1 the gentleman was rude in communicating it, making me see how I wanted to get off the list and know what this manager did at the time the He checked, went and removed the yellow ticket from the place and even moved the pillows so it took him to say he was not special. I write this review not because I didnt have the money to pay on the contrary if it had been a mistake I would gladly pay. That day my spending at Walgreens was considerable and I am a regular customer of this store. I have never had this kind of treatment, on the contrary they are always friendly and their customer service is top notch. I would love to have your cameras checked that day to see the manager removing the ticket.
