I’m from out of town, my truck went into limp mode on way down. Called service dept and they were able to get my truck in the same day. They had to ordered parts and had me back on the road the next afternoon.

We are here working on the pipeline and needed some warranty work done and this is the worst dealership I have ever had to deal with. Rude and unprofessional. They do not care about you or your needs. I will spread the word to everyone I know not to use this business!!

They charged me a diagnostic fee to tell me they would have to take my engine apart to tell me what is wrong with it. They shouldnt have charged a diagnostic fee. They didnt diagnose anything. Then, they charged me for a full bottle of antifreeze, when my coolant level was already full. I checked it before and after they took it from me! This is why dealerships have bad reputations. They charge for work they didnt do. What a ripoff.

Terrible service department. The guy at the desk kept telling me (Ill be right with you. He asked me can I help you, But stayed right on the phone. I felt ignored so I just left. Went to Cecil Atkinson at least they can take the time for me to show them a small problem! I will not go to a place like this where I feel like Im not taken seriously or avoided!

Don’t come here trust me my wife and I spent over a month & 500$ for them not to fix or find the problem. They guessed there whole way. Go to chevy in castroville for service also id advice not even to purchase your vehicles here either .

In all honesty, this is the worst dealership Ive ever had the (dis)pleasure of dealing with. Theyre very nice when youre buying a car/truck but lord help you if you need service after the sale. I cant tell you how many locals have had issues with this place. My story is too long to post but hopefully, youll just take my word, their service department is HORRIBLE. I think it starts with their service manager. After many complaints however, the owner refuses to fix the issue. I (and most people I know) refuse to do ANY business with them. Do yourself a favor, make the drive to San Antonio or Beorne and deal with professionals.

THE WORST PLACE I HAVE BEEN TO FOR SERVICE. IF I CAN GIVE NO STARS I WOULD . I HAVE TAKEN MY CAR 7 TIMES FOR THE SAME ISSUE AND THEY STILL CAN NOT FIGURE IT OUT . THEY TELL ME I NEED TO REPLACE SOMETHING DIFFERNT EACH TIME I RETURN WITH THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT BACK ON THE NEXT DAY. THIS LAST TIME THEY SAID I HAD FAULTY LIGHTS THATS WHY MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON WHICH I ASKED 2 MECHANICS ELSEWHERE AND THEY LAUGHED AND SAID LIGHT BULBS WOULD NOT TURN ON A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT, SO 110 FOR THAT THEN 1 HR AFTER CHECK ENGINE LIGHT RETURNS . THESE MECHANICS CANT EVEN FIGURE OUT THE DAM PROBLEM.UPDATE* i took my car to chevy in castroville, they found the problem that same day! fixed the part under power train warranty, gave me a free rental, and once it was fixed cleaned my car inside and out. i should have taken it there in the first place. i spent over 500$ here because of there guessing trying to fix the problem. i spoke with everyone i could to get some kind of compensation for my time and money and they have yet to call me back or keep in touch. there whole service team is very unprofessional and rude i will just say i went out for dinner and ran into mari the service manager and she looked at me very ugly. these are the kind of people they have representing there company? i would never come here again and i would advise others save your time and money and take your vehicle to castroville or somewhere other than here!
