Opened late, store manager MIA. Service at counter was great though. Techs were efficient, knowledgeable and polite.

Good place for oil changes,minor repairs and tires

The associates have given me wrong information about returns on batterys and now left us walking in the store for an hour because they paged for us but never tried calling. Even after speaking to an assistant nothing was resolved, I was left with a flat tire and all tire shops closed because they couldnt patch it and by the time we found out they couldnt do a patch other tire shops were closed.

Slowest flat repair ever!!! It took 2 hours for 1 flat tire. There were 2 people in front of me. I arrived @ 8:45 & left around 10:45.

I was told that I would be able to get a tire pit on, I even asked of she was sure there would be enough time, I was informed there was plenty of time and to go to dock 2 and the lady would inform me as to what to do. The lady.putside refused stating they were closing in about 30 mins. People need to get their communication straight !

Fast professional oil change

Great place and great folks, the service manager Dan is exceptional was able to help me in a pinch.

This place has a serious problem. Everytime I go to the counter, the person there tells me she isnt the service writer and I need to go back to my car and wait for the service writer. Sometimes I have to wait 10 or more minutes. They do not vacuum the floor boards like theyre supposed to. Also they never reset the the oil change Indicator. Very disappointed.

Took my brand new rims to be mounted and balanced had to wait 2 1/2 hrs just for that on top of it all I get my rims back with deep cuts on the lip of the rim and didn’t see it until I returned home no one said anything about the accident or told me there could be possible damages I wouldn’t recommend going here unless you are desperate

Great service...but 2 hours to get my car...only change oil, and balancing, It would be better by appointment to not wait so long

Second time to use this facility for oil change. Service has been quick and done right.

Completely satisfied with The service, good people but the wait was a little to long, total of 2 hours. Make sure you do not do grocery shopping untill after or atleast 1 1/2 hours into your wait time
