Stopped by last week while doing business in Uvalde. Great service and great coffee. Staff Sam, was exceptionally outstanding, greeting you and preparing your order Super fast. Best Starbucks I’ve ever been to! 👍🏽

Nice and clean, the staff was friendly and efficient

Its Fall. I got the Pumpkin Spice Latte, and pumpkin bread.It was heated. Both were absolutely delicious!!!Took almost 25 minutes, only one customer ahead of me.They were taken everyone in the Drive-thru, prior to my order.

Locked doors, long drive through line. After serving 6 cars they put a placard in front of my car and said they were closed until 1 pm. It was 11:30 am. I said we had been waiting for 45 minutes to no avail.

Sooooo....how is it that it’s 7:29am on a Saturday morning...the drive thru sign says they open at 7am, but after waiting in the drive thru for close to 15 minutes and dead silence...I am then notified they don’t open until 9am?! WHAT is happening here?! SMH

I dont think Ive ever had a bad experience here! :) The customer service is outstanding, the drinks are always correct, and they are very accommodating as well.

The only thing that could make the Uvalde Starbucks better is if more customers would use the app. Waiting in the drive-thru takes at least 30 minutes. It’d be nice if they had a separate line just for app orders.Inside orders are fast and the service is super courteous. It’ll only take a few visits for them to remember your name and favorite order.

Horrible service actually I thought I give them another try driving to our ranch in uvalde from San Antonio Tx … dine in closed it was 10:30 am 10 cars in drive thru no one at store closed we waited and and waited until this man honked at us and said no one inside

The people here were very nice. The store was actually open to walk in and order inside. The bathrooms were also open, and that supports Human Basic Necessities. The other Starbucks Locations in my city (not Uvalde) are not doing even the bare minimum. I applaud this location. My chai tea was absolutely perfect.

Worse coffee ever we had always go to San Antonio locations and we had never encountered a person working for Starbucks that doesn’t know how to make a caramel macchiato then we go back to tell them to fix there mistake and they get offended please get your courses done before you start working on the line making coffees drinking a coffee it’s supposed be enjoyable not tasting like water

This Starbuck’s hours are erratic and unpredictable. Sometimes they’re open, sometimes they’re not. Their actual posted store hours say one thing, Google says something else and then they post papers with random hours as they please. Almost all last year they were never even open. How do they plan to even stay in business? Very pour business practices and poorly ran. It will only be a matter of time before there is a random “Out of Business” sign posted along with their made up store hours. Store manager needed to get his act together! This is absurd.

Worse Starbucks ever!!!!My online order kept being passed up to take care of their drive-thru line! I called to express the situation to the supervisors, and she was rude and did not even let me voice my concern. She spoke over me. Terrible service! Stay away!!!

Its a good place to plug your phone or computer in and drink coffee, while you do whatever you do on line.Also middle class people who usually frequent Starbucks, are less likely to sit around & stare at you and play with themselves like lower class people will do.

Worst service ever. We waited in line for 20 minutes and when we finally made it to the speakers to order, no one was there to take our order. We then went to pick up window and they ignored us and would not acknowledge we were even there.

The woman, Kristi, who took my order was EXCELLENT. She knew exactly which specialty drink I wanted. Unfortunately whiever made it (not her) did not make it correctly. Which wasnt the major issue. I paid extra for add ons that were not put in.

My go-to in the mornings when I make a trip to visit my family! I appreciate the friendly staff, cleanliness, and speediness of mobile ordering. My coffee also consistently tastes better here than my local Starbucks. Thank y’all for the exceptional costumer service and good coffee!

Waited in line for 40 minutes. Only to be next in line to order and they closed. Drove up to the window and was completely ignored by the staff. Not to mention the 5 cars behind me waiting to order as well. They had no decency to let us know they had closed. Absolutely worst service ever.

Great service and warm hospitality. Wish more Starbucks were as attentive to customer service as this location. This will definitely be a stopping place when traveling through SW Texas.

The customer service was fabulous! The cafe is clean and customers are taken care of in a timely manner. I liked all the festive Halloween decorations. I also like the community board with postings of things happening in the Uvalde area.

This is my very 1st time going to a Starbucks, Then with that the menu and its options are overwhelming. There is a lingo or slang commonly used that 1st time and even what you would consider, new Customers will not understand like myself.I girlfriend quickly ordered her drink using all the appropriate terms and lingo And left me the last order so I quickly ordered what looked interesting....So I went with the Macha tea latte. Look interesting Ive never tried it nor ever tried really anything off of their menu so it was all relatively new to me. If you are curious and have never tried a machete latte in a supposedly extremely healthy a find out after the fact but also taste the way fish smell.So I wanna inside of the restaurant was relatively clean the staff was friendly no complaints on the store just still not a fan of the products.

Wow!!! Super slow service! I can’t get over how the cashier took our payment and is now talking to the other employee waiting for her to make our drinks. It’s almost unheard of to sit at a Starbucks this long. The Starbucks even in Del Río is on point and fast! This one in Uvalde can’t get over it. Sitting here while I write the review. We ordered at 458pm.. the gave my husbands drink to him at 506.. now waiting on mine. Management!!! Where are you?

The barristas are in dire need of training. They do not understand the concept of what a customer is ordering. Asking for a simple order and they asked how to make it. Was looking also for a manager and there was no manager in the store. If there is a way to get a manager to contact me, that would help. Customer service was not what we are used to in other Starbucks.
