I bought a BRAND NEW Polaris Ranger 900 XP EPS CREW from a San Antonio Polaris dealer. This machine was bought in early 2020 and at the time I added almost every option you could add (except lift kits etc) at a cost of several thousand dollars in accessories. My salesman told me the first MAJOR service was at 60-hours.I took my Polaris Ranger last week for its first MAJOR service at 54-hours. The service advisor treated me like dirt to say the least and berated me over and over because I did not bring it in for a 25-hour service. I tried to explain that I live 2.5 hours away and trailering my Ranger there, dropping it off, picking it back up to bring it back home was 10-hours of total trailering for me - so we just changed the oil at 25-hours locally. It went downhill from there. I was then told that my 60-hour service would be $700.00 (plus wear items) since I skipped allowing them to service at 25-hours.I called AG Equipment, INC and spoke with their service department and they told me that their 60-hour service interval was $225.00. Ag Equipment was professional, courteous, responsive and more so than anything they made me feel very important to them.I have already taken my other two Rangers to them for their routine service and look forward to posting a great review on that work also. I am picking up my 2019 Polaris Ranger Crew from the San Antonio dealer and taking it to AG Equipment, INC. It is clear that they KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING and more so than anything THEY 100% care about their customers and they are going to price their service work according to the work required! KUDOS Ag Equipment.
Poor service and fails to meet deadlines, owner became aggressive when requested to speak to him about the deadline not being met and ultimately returned the atv that was taken for repair still taken apart and with parts missing, initially they even refused to load the machine on to a trailer because it wouldnt start and run with all the parts off and missing...NEVER MIND IT RAN WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF, I even have the before and after pictures time stamped from the date it was left and the day it was picked up, it was a simple matter of the throttle sticking and an oil change, took it another place and had it fixed in three days after having to purchase the parts they did not return with the machine. I own my own business and out-sourced the machine because my shop was full . Deadlines and customer service are my first priority, Apparently its not an industry standard in this part of the country. and apparently it takes a few weeks to change oil and replace the throttle cable. i have no idea why they had the belt housing off and secondary clutch disassembled as shown in the pictures, since it has nothing to do with a throttle cable sticking or an oil change. I dont need to steal his business, he Inadvertently sends me customers.. and as to the claim i would start my own company... i was wearing my company uniform with the name clearly embroidered on the left side of the shirt, both when I dropped the machine off and when i had to come recover it, like i said this was an out-source because my shop was full and when i say your machine will be ready in a timely manner ..it will be.. even if i have to out-source it and do the quality control check myself.. that machine was whole and ran when I dropped it off, i drove it off the trailer myself....and yes i may have given your lying service manager a friendly gesture of what i thought about my experience...well its either the service manager that lies to his boss, or maybe its a business model
Fairest deals in Texas. Cinco rolls out the red carpet on all his deals and Joey is greatest👍👍
Best prices and great customer service.
Great service and friendly staff. Will buy from here again.
Albert Martinez fixed me up with the replacement of the bearings on my Polaris Ranger. He had it done quickly and with no hassle. He also gave me some great maintenance tips too.
In and out within an hour with a new zero turn. Great price and great people. We’ll be using their services from here on out.
We have bought equipment from Ag and have had our equipment serviced there for years. Every time it is a good experience with really friendly sales and service staff. Highly recommend!
Cinco is a good guy with a good product and fair pricing but Joey needs to step it up! Went to pick the new Kubota up and the winch nor the back glass protector had been installed... They get it done but you have to keep Joeys attention... Just being honest guys.👍
Wanted to share my experience with this place. Had a hydralic cylinder for tractor that needed repair. Took 2 months to get my part, because they were unable to service the original part. Took numerous phone calls, and deadlines and expectations were not met. Original price quote was not met either, I paid more for the service than originally talked about. Ended up having to pay for a whole new part, and was mislead to believe the part was over 1000 dollars. I did my own research and the part was less than half the price the guy in the back said. In closing this experience was by far worst experience I have had.
This is my new go-to for my equipment/repair. The staff was very helpful and Kat went above and beyond to help me get my parts for my Stihl chainsaw. I wish I had her and her incredible multitasking skills at my business! This place is great and the prices are definitely fair. Highly recommended!
