The ease of use was unparalleled. From the first time in and finding our little gift bag with the lock, to how clean it was. And the security was excellent as well.

Was a member since it was CubeSmart. The facility itself is good, no complaints there, but the plan was screwed up. My original gripe was about them forcing me out of using home owners insurance and making me pay for their insurance. After SROA bought the unit, my montly rate continued to climb. Between 12/2018 and 02/2021, I want from paying $145/mo to $242/mo which is an astronomical increase in just a little over 2 years. For me that is unacceptable, so I moved out, found another unit in Whitinsville for $204/mo.

Awesome experience. Staff was super helpful. The cube that we were going to rent we didnt love so they gave us other options. Were renting it for a car and the guy got ramps for us and even helped us get it in. I would recommend CubeSmart to anybody

David was very helpful with getting me a unit to store my car for the winter. I stopped in and did the entire process in person and was offered the unit that day. The office and entire facility is clean and easy to navigate. I called David and asked a few questions over the phone and he had all the answers I was looking for. Give him a call if you are looking for a storage unit!

Even with all the craziness of C19 I was able to rent a space via email and virtually sign a contract, which was beyond convenient. Luigi was helpful and imformative.

I went to cube smart today to rent a unit, after having some hiccups with a competitor. It couldn’t have been easier! Louigi, the manager, made the process a breeze. He explained the terms and didn’t try to up sell me anything. The whole process took under 5 minutes (vs 20 minutes at the competitors). The unit was also easy to access and dry as a bone. Great service!

I was received as a first-time customer with respect and dignity. The store manager (and the general manager) were both accommodating. The price for my unit (10x20) is very reasonable considering other storage facilities overcharge excessively.

I had a great experience setting up my storage unit at CubeSmart in Uxbridge. Debbie was very friendly and helpful - she had all documentation ready when I arrived to speed up the process and even hung around a few minutes past closing to show me the unit. The unit was as-advertised; clean and easy to access. I have made a number of trips and havent run into any issues at all. Location is right off of 146, so very convenient.

Luigi was a very nice man, also very helpful and knowledgeable about the storage rental. I would recommend CubeSmart, Uxbridge MA 100%

I had a unit and found that I needed more space. Clarice, the customer service person on duty on Sunday was extremely friendly and helpful and even checked on me after her shift ended to make sure I didnt need anything else. If any of the people in the Uxbridge area need storage space I recommend CubeSmart with no reservation.

We were storing our brand new RV since April, once the new owners took over and replaced the old staff our RV and all the others in the facility were broken into twice. I would not recommend this facility for RV storage.

The place is really good, the service is amazing.

Has some very predatory policies and not as consumer friendly as some other storage facilities. For example, they won’t let you prorate a few days, only whole months, and have lots of hidden fees.

Id give less stars if it was possible the people at corporate office are good and try to be helpful but the manager at this location is an idiot. They dont know what the f#$# they are doing. They also dont ever answer the phone when corporate calls them, they are useless and cost me a lot of money due to their negligence. I do not suggest that you go here, turn run they will hold your stuff hostage.
