Needed a washer repaired so I called Kens and they came out when they said they would and fixed the washer. The cost was very reasonable and it is working great.

I called Kens for a part to fix my dryer, the lady said she had it in stock. I asked her to hold on to it for me I would be right down to get it. The lady told me she would be leaving in an hour, I got there about 25-30 mins later and the office was closed! Very disappointed, wont come back.

Doug got here on time, diagnosed the problem with our Maytag oven - Thanksgiving week Monday !!!! Got part overnight and had us up and baking/cooking Wednesday !!! couldnt ask for better service. Keeping the Kens Appliance tradition going.

Thanks to Dougs helpful advice and the receptionist assistance with parts, I successfully repaired a senior friends washer/dryer combo unit with minimum time and expense.
