This place is the best! Highly recommend you ask for Vivi when you visit. She was extremely knowledgeable and had great recommendations for our new kitchen. Vivi made our remodeling process very easy and make our ideas into reality! Also Granite Expos selection and remodeling software is the best I have seen at multiple stores. Truly a great experience. Pretty impressed with the selection and service here! Was able to ask a list of questions about numerous products and salesperson was helpful. Vivian, the designer, was amazing and I was able to walk right in and sit down with her and she had diagrams and pricing ready in about 20 minutes. Great prices, too!

Dont waste your money nor time. I went to pick up the cabinets I had ordered. I was shocked to see the cabinets damaged. I mean they were brand new, who would expect 50% of the cabinets to have damaged wood and horrible paint job. Sure they are cheaper than other stores such as home depot but at least at home depot they wont tell you that brand new cabinets are normally damaged and that once they are installed you wont be able to see the cracked. They offered to swap out the cabinets with other cabinets of the same type but those were even more damaged than the first ones they brought out.. They didnt even apologize because to them this is normal. This is not an assumption, this is exactly what i was told.. but you see i bought the cabinets for my home not as a contractor. A contractor might over look damages because they might be able to cover it up or repair. They didnt offer an apology nor discount. I will be reporting them to the BBB. Sharing my experience and a couple of pictures of some of the damages in hopes that others wont have to go through what I did.

Great products and great prices but their inventory needs work, without a doubt. Came in on Friday & paid in full and placed an order, they said they couldn’t load that day due to missing pieces of one set of tiles. Fine, we’ll be back Tuesday to which they agreed. Went on Tuesday for pick up and got all the materials except the original missing pieces that delayed our Friday pick up. The associate said that they were coming from their Oakland shop and would be here tomorrow (Wednesday.) Now I call to confirm the pieces have arrived to which the associate said yes so we go back up on Wednesday for final pick up. Again, no tiles. This is now our third trip without all of our materials and had me return Friday. The owner Ryan was present and did little to make right no offer of delivery, no inconvenience discount, no apology but did receive one from his associate Francisco who was great! Not sure if I’d go for the great prices again over getting the run around and many trips from Vallejo to their store.

I couldnt concentrate on shopping because I was appalled that another customer was helped while not wearing a mask and no one on staff said a word to her. They have signs saying masks are required. Way to endanger yourselves and other customers. No thank you Ill shop elsewhere since my health isnt important or your workers or own health.

Great selections. Staff is helpful and fast for qoutes. Come prepared with measurements and ideas.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a sample with 50 boxes in stock. Waited 40 minutes for the sample we paid for. They lost my receipt... Never found the sample and didnt bother to even tell us. Kept laughing at us when we asked what was going on.

Chelsea was wonderful! She helped me chose my cabinets and countertop! She went out of her way looking in their warehouse to make sure that the slab I wanted was there as it was being discontinued and the computer said there was one left and it wasn’t where it was supposed to be .... But she found it and didn’t give up until she did! That kind of care and customer service is very rare nowadays! She truly cares which means a lot!

Last weekend my wife dragged me into granite expo in Vacaville. Lets just say I wasnt excited. I think the vanity we have is fine and I was expecting to find high prices. I also hate shopping. I was wrong. I guess wife does know best. The prices were actually very reasonable and they had a lot to choose from. The young lady who helped us out was named Chelsea. She was wonderful. She said she had only been working there a short time which was hard to believe because she was so knowledgeable. Also while my wife was taking her sweet time I might add looking at the vanities, Chelsea never got impatient and even talked baseball with me which made the trip even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Granite Expo and ask for Chelsea.

I went to granite expo in Vacaville to get all materials for my new bathroom. I was greeted by Chelsea and she was so sweet and professional. I was shocked at how knowledgeable this young girl was. Granite Expo has a ton of selection I would definitely recommend this place. And I would recommend asking for Chelsea to assist you. Shes an absolute sweetheart.

Chelsea was a super helpful designer for my kitchen in a house I am flipping. She gave me all the attention and information I needed. She was easy to understand and was very professional and knowledgable about the products. if you go in to get info, please ask for her. She is genuine and easy to deal wtih... even when I had minor changes!

These guys are awesome first Vivian is the designer she is very knowledgeable . The Dimo crew is very sufficient quick good at keeping dust and rubble down and clean up then the cabinets installer was amazing the attention to detail is beautiful the stone workers attention to making sure that everything matches is phenomenal. I would recommend to anyone before you go anywhere else . P.s I went to Home Depot they would have charged 3 time what Granite Expo did charge . Ive been working with a young girl at granite expo named chelsea designing my kitchen. She has been so patient with me with all my questions and changes. I would reccomend this place the prices and service can not be beat.

Chelsea at Granite Expo in Vacaville is fabulous. We are in the process of remodeling 1.5 bath including new flooring. Our contractor referred us to GE in Vacaville and we couldnt be more thrilled. Chelsea has a natural gift with design ideas and offers suggestions ( we have 1 BA that is not of a standard measurement). She has a knack for design and found ways to help us with one trouble area, grateful we connected with her and thankful for all her help! Excited for the end product and I am happy to post some photos upon completion.

Terrible terrible terrible! Worst customer service ever! The salesman when placing my order left out one big detail that caused my project to be canceled. Spoke to the manager in hopes he can help with the situation and nothing got resolved. Be sure you get full details not only verbally, but on paper.

Went with my my mom to get new hardwood floors and paid over $1300 just to open the box and find out it wasn’t what we we ordered. They don’t don’t do refunds or exchanges. Customer service was awful after we talked to them. Don’t know how they screwed it up so bad. I do not recommend this place.

I have been to countless stores searching for cabinets, countertops, vanities, flooring and more. I can tell you granite expo in Vacaville. Has been my first pleasant experience. Even though, i still have not come to my final decison on finishes. This will absolutely be wjere i end up purchasing. Not only do they have very reasonable pricing and a great selection; their customer service is fat beyond anywhere else i have checked out. I was helped out by 2 different sales associates. Francisco was a very polite young man who answering a few of my questions and then i was lucky enough to stumple upon Chelsea. She was so kind, down to earth, funny, and clearly bright. She had so many good ideas when it came to design and color coordination. She made my experience at Granite expo actually quite enjoyable. I hope the company realizes what an asset she really is to them. Ps they have a ton of discontinued cabinets on clearance for dirt cheap.

We have been looking at cabinets for our kitchen for sometime and a friend recommended granite expo in Vacaville.
