Nice store front, a large selection of shoes for all ages, great sales. They have a 45-day return policy and, if you signup for their buyer program, they can look up your receipt.They have a friendly staff and are knowledgeable about their products.

No one answered the phone when I tried calling. No one offered me any customer assistance when I walked in the door. I had to ask for help and then when I was pointed an alternate product I wasnt escorted to the product. No one offered to check to see if my shoe could be ordered. I received much better customer service from Ben at the NB Outlet in Tualatin, Oregon. I wont be recommending the Vacaville outlet to anyone.

Very good associates handling a Karen who wanted to exchange her recently purchased shoes for another more expensive pair. The associate repeatedly explained that it was not possible to do what she was asking and then Karen tried to make a scene and take her slow time getting her refund situated. All the while the associate very respectful and calm. Good place. Good shoes. Good God Karens have no chill.

Store was nice and clean. They regulated the number of people allowed it in any one time which was nice.

He explained all the sizes, promotions, verified what I needed and balanced other customer at the same time. Ive been in retail for over 20 years now and I know how hard it is to find someone thses days that knows the true meaning behind customer service . Great job, will be shopping here going forward.
