Like at all Targets never attempt to do a return!! Inexperienced and unprofessional employees along with management will tell you your getting store credit regardless of having a receipt or not. They seem to enjoy scamming you out of your money at this Target especially. Be careful.

This is a really nice store, stopped in to do some shopping and check it out. It was clean and well lit. They where sold out of some items seen by the empty shelves.

I just dont like Target anymore from the atmosphere of the store, the product mix, to the employees. You have lost more than a few steps in my opinion. I used to work for Timex and Target was an account. Most recently I worked for another company that merchandises a number of products in your store. Your employees from the top down, most who are younger people have no respect for the merchandise or keeping the shopping experience a good one. This does not apply ONLY to the Vacaville store

Target you should pay your employees!!!! If anyone else has a problem file at the labor board I’ve called corporate too many times to mess with this anymore

I hate to say it but this Target has really gone downhill. Much of the staff act like you do not even exist or seem bothered that you are stepping by them to get stuff. The carts are absolutely filthy and the store isnt that clean, either. Many items are out of stock with frequent empty shelves - meaning I end up making another stop at another store when I cant find what I need here.

Its a great store with courteous, energetic and helpful employees. Its bright, very clean and organized. This location has a Starbucks plus free wifi throughout the store. The store is currently going through a remodel which is scheduled to be completed by the end of October but it may be delayed until 2019. Several employees have gone over and beyond their job duties and I appreciate all of their hard work!

Everything went flawlessly. This is the first time I ordered online at Target, to be picked up at the store. Everything went smoothly and quickly and was extremely pleasing. I certainly will do this again, and appreciate the ability to do it.

Used to work here at this specific location so I know first hand how hectic things can get, but come on! Ive been trying to get ahold of someone, ANYONE, and no one is answering the phones. Tried ALL departments & no one. Waited and hour, called again and still no answer. For a company that puts Guests First this is definitely something they need to work on because this isnt the first occasion! Also if you order for Drive-up check your bags before you leave!! Ive made the mistake of not checking & theyve forgotten to give whole bags to me & even given wrong items. Honest human errors so checking will save you a headache later.

Easy to get lost in here, great selection of everyday items. They had the hair color I needed and Jameson for Saint Patricks Day so I was set. They have a decent selection of video games as well and an odd number of Funko Pops so I always like looking in that department. I love their selection of cosmetics and they dont keep them locked up like the closest Walmart. The regular checkout was very fast and my cashier was very nice as well. I only wish they had a greater selection of exercise products.

My experiences with them have been great until this one. I understand that next gen consoles are hard to come by. I finally got onto their website and was surprised to see the Series S was in stock and available to pick up today. I thought that I had finally hit gold. Sadly I was mistaken. I waited the 2 hours and went in. I was told to stick around for about 45 minutes longer and my order should be good to go. I waited longer just to be told the wait time was 4+ hours and that my item hadnt been picked yet. From my conversation with a young lady over the phone I came to understand that with next gen consoles it may appear to be available for drive up or pickup, but in reality you may have to wait until the next shipment or possibly another couple of shipments as people who have ordered before you get theirs first (rightfully so). I just wish that I was told that it was possibly weeks out instead of its here, just wait another 45 minutes. Very disappointed in how its being handled. I hope this helps those who are seeking a new console understand how Target is handling it.

They always have a great deal and cashiers are always friendly

I wish I had better things to say about this location. Unfortunately, much like many other retailers during this pandemic, they have cut labor and are now severely understaffed. When attempting to obtain one item from electronics from a locked cabinet, 2 different associates came through unable to assist (since it was not their department), and no one was actually present for this department. There was a long wait line, and little to no communication between the team to allocate headcount to the customers waiting to be assisted with non self-serve items.I understand that changes had to be made to staffing, but one opportunity for this location would be to take a closer look at traffic trends, and staff as best as possible accordingly. Also, cross training should be a must if labor is to be cut so all associates can assist seamlessly across departments.

Not the biggest Target ever but neat and friendly staff as always. Good size parking. Looks clean and safe.

Its a great store to get whatever you need both on line and in store shopping.

Customer service all the employees are very nice and egar to help you even if your that Customer who stops them from what their doing. Never a grumpy or busy nod from them. Thank you all for being so kind and helpful no matter what it is. Keep up the awesome work and be safe 🙂

The customer support I receive whenever I am at Target is great. I love that there is always multiple cashiers available and there is always someone to help you at self check out. I truly feel like Target has their customers best interest at heart.

Nice typical Target with almost everything you could ever want in one place. There are several handicap parking spots. The cashiers are more often than not very friendly. If you have any questions while shopping, all you have to do is pick up one of the red phones you will see all over the store and someone will meet you to answer your questions within one minute. The workers who I have dealt with in the pet food department are excellent. This store also hosted a Crayola color day for kids. My nephew and I went and Target gave him a Lego toy, and had crayons and markers with which to color a picture they gave him. He had a great time. They also provided him with a healthy snack. The snack bar hostess is very nice and if something doesnt taste right to her she will tell you so you dont waste money on it. This target is usually kept very clean and nice. Unfortunately they tend to move items around a lot to make you look at more items while trying yo find the thing you want! I like this store.

Very good customer service. But the only problem with target is every single of your cart park inside the store ready for customer use is full of trash. I already complain this 2 times to your customer service but still the same. The appearance of the store is not just how the store and employees look. Your carts is the most trash looking compared to the rest of stores around.

I just want to say “thank you Target for the remodel” because of this I now 1. Don’t shop there as much and 2. When I do I don’t spend as much because I can’t find a damn thing anymore. I used to be able to find clothes so easily but this new set up I can’t find what I am looking for and I get frustrated and leave. I also think there has been a change in what they carry because I don’t like what I see there. This used to be my go to store, not anymore.

Checkout is pretty fast! Icing on the cake is that the online check out is right near the front of the store. No need to go through a maze to the back of the store like some of the Walmart stores I visit. This is very important to me because it saves me time.

Target is my favorite place! I use cartwheel that helps me save. This store is always clean and they have good regular clearance items. I typically shop the baby section and the womens section. I also use the up&up (target brand) diapers. They are the only ones that dont cause a blow out with my little one.

This is one of the best Targets I have been to. So friendly and helpful! Kim was wonderful in assisting me with the pet food area.

This store is easy to get pretty much anything you need. The employees arent all as nice as they used to be, and sometimes theyve told us they didnt have something in stock in the back room, when they did. We were able to order it online and go pick it up at customer service instead, so it wasnt a huge deal.

I cant say i am a big fan of the stores new floor plans, but i do like finding unexpected items like boxing gloves and interesting teas.

Normally I love this target, but today I went in grabbed a cart and shopped around and just thought I had a crappy cart. Unfortunately I didnt really look into why it was so bad before I but my child in it. Once I put her in it tipped, I caught it before it fell thankfully. Stopped two workers and told them that it was missing a wheel and they didnt even acknowledge me, say sorry or thank you for letting us know. The only reason I know they heard me was because they took the chart.

The employees do not uphold the mask policy for guests and there are constantly employees working and not wearing a mask. This is just plain stupid and dangerous.

Amazing customer service and great selection of merchandise!

Really sad. I went in there a week ago three days in a row with my service dog and the first two days my service dog Caspian was barked at by a chihuahua that was never removed and was in a cart, even though I requested it to be kicked out, and the second day a tiny, disgustingly dirty rat dog almost latched onto capians face. Then the third day I get kicked out for my dog being completely in control in a tight heel for being off lesh it interrupts with his task and legally im allowed to have him off lesh. never going back. terrible, just awful.

Clean, people/employees are pleasant. Missed her name, but older black lady in the food court was extremely nice and helpful when serving our large family. My family loves shopping at this target! It is a much better shopping experience than Walmart.

Target is probably one of my favorite places to find clothes, toys, and household items to decorate with. This store is very clean and the way its set up makes it easy to find what youre looking for and get out quickly.

This is a great place to find just about everything. My girlfriend and I frequent this store often; mostly because it happens to be her favorite place to shop 😂 but all in all, it is a great store to be in.

This target has gone way downhill. The remodel is terrible, I definitely buy less now that you cant find anything or get through the store easily. Also the shelves are always empty and it takes weeks til they restock items. Sometimes there will be none of something on the shelf but online it says in stock and if you choose pick up in store for an online order they have it. Thats ridiculous.

Why does no one answer the phone at this store ever. No way to do business with eCommerce taking over that is for sure.

Love Target however line management is not their strong suit at this location. Gets messy on weekends understandably. Some cashiers are a little too busy talking to fellow employees and not focusing on interactions with customers.

I had manufacture coupons that were not expired and was told by the cashier that you only take Target coupons. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I had a horrible experience tonight at target. I wanted to purchase an iPhone and tried to call in to get more information but an associate named kaeelin turned off the phone on me. So then I got to the store and tried to purchase the iPhone and I came across Joshua. I told him I wanted to buy the iPhone and I wanted to ask about the price that I had seen on the internet BY TARGET. Then I told him about the price match and he went in to tell his manager about it. His manager refused to come out and talk to us about it and said that it was targets policy which they can’t price match it. I just left because it was useless to change my plan with would be around $200 more than I usually pay. I want to reach out to target and tell them PLEASE DONT SCAM! PLEASE DONT ADVERTISE ONE THING AND SELL IT FOR ANOTHER!

I mean its target. Its got a Starbucks. Its very clean. Can be busy but staffs always friendly.

The cashier that helped me was very patient and helpfuI. I had to pay with 2 forms of payment and it was kindof a hassle. She didnt make me feel rushed or that I was inconveniencing her at all.

Its Target, so you gotta love it! This location is much better than the one in Fairfield. The area around it feels safer in general, and its much cleaner inside. If in the Fairfield-Vacaville area, I definitely recommend going to this Target! Good location, clean, and well-stocked!

Be very mindful when purchasing food from this Target. On multiple occasions, we have seen food product on shelves past expiration date, in some cases by weeks. Recently, we purchased some food through curbside pickup and did not realize the store brought out expired food to us until someone in our household are some of it. This is a serious health concern.

Its as awesome as any Target. Sometimes a little picked over...Fairfield usually has better selection. Really helpful customer service staff when I was returning a bunch of stuff I bought for my new apartment. One of the staff called to several stores to see if they had a chair in stock as well!

Very sad when the manager is the rude one. The self checkout freezing up repetitively. Her demeanor and comments were directed at me like it was my fault. Maybe the fact Im a USMC Combat vet and she did not like my school trained service dog. Rude and will not be here ever again.
