Cameryn( sorry on the spelling) was fantastic in optical. He took his time to help my 14 year old daughter pick out her 1st pair of glasses. The right color and fit! So so nice. I will now always get glasses from there. 5 stars for him and the team there. He explained everything to use. Just a very lovely experience all around. They said it would take 10 to 14 business days and only took 2. Very impressive. Since it took 6 weeks from her eye doc. The glasses she got from her eye doc after waiting 6 weeks broke in 2 hours. So went to Costco instead. Very happy.
Excellent experience! Laura and her whole staff are very friendly I would highly recommend to anyone to go see them. Very efficient.
Customer service here is the best out of the Costcos in Solano County. Although, there is never a time Im here when it isnt crowded--and with crowds brings many cringeworthy folk. Maybe twice or so I ever experienced poor customer service here the past 5 years or so. Selection tends to be more compared to other Costcos in the area.
