We ordered our trailer tires online at Walmart.com and when delivered we brought them into the tire center and had them mounted for free. Small charge for new stems and disposal.Great service and friendly staff.

5star for employees service at time of pickup. But I would give Wal-Mart auto center 1star. Couldnt get an appointment due to knowledge of when auto center opens and closes when I made the initial call after placing tire order. I could wait all day hoping someone may come in to work sometimes 9am sometimes 11 or not at all.

Good customer service, I saved at least $40 on a full synthetic oil change coming here.

Week long cold spell of sub-zero temperatures. Called to see if they had a battery in stock as my battery no longer holds a charge. Was informed they had 12 in inventory. When I got there and they went to install it, turns out they had ZERO inventory. They informed me to try the other 2 Walmarts that are 20 miles away. They wouldnt call either location to see if it was in stock! Little cold to be running around with a dead battery! Thanks Walmart!!

Problems we had with this auto center:It took three hours for an oil change/tire rotation.Two hours after we dropped off the car (when we’d already been done grocery shopping for nearly an hour) we asked how much longer the car would be. They hadn’t even been working on it for the first two hours.Apparently Walmart auto care “isn’t doing appointments.”If you walk-in wait time is 3 entire hours, you need to be doing appointments.At no point were we warned how long a simple oil change and rotation would take.The icing on the cake: when we finally got our car back and went to check out, the man at the desk tried to charge us for the lifetime time care...that we had already purchased with the tires multiple years ago and which was in their system. His only comment was that he “misread” the order for the tire rotation, though in full honesty he did remove those charges.The only reason we came here anyway was that tire care, which covers tire rotation.

Told me over the phone that they had the size tire I needed. Drove there and they did not have them. Cant set up an appointment to get tires put on unless you purchase them ahead of time and take them with you and drive back for your appointment with the tires you purchased. Very inconvenient and not cost effective.

Just requested some tire repair information from them. Otherwise they provided no actual service.

Theyre price was lower than others. There is no place to sit while you wait. I happened to have a lawn chair in my vehicle and used that. Standing for me for 1-2 hours is impossible. Their staff is good.

They have most tires on hand which is better than most every other Wal-Mart in the surrounding area. Prices are also better than most but you pay with your time and the lack of customer service. Expect a minimum of 3 hour wait.

They do a great job replacing tires. Theyre friendly and answered my questions. Great customer service 👏

Came here on a Saturday to do an oil change around 5 PM; there was a long line and apparently there was a bit of a wait before theyll get around to servicing our car. Despite that, we had a very positive experience with our service :) The young man who greeted us at the counter was friendly and super patient and helpful, even though he has many simultaneous tasks to take care of. All the mechanics and service personnel were doing their very best to help their customers. My family and I are grateful for their help with our cars maintenance needs!

Went there to get an oil change. told us it would be an hour and a half but it took them two hours. they didn’t even call when it was done and it took them a half hour to even ask the person infront of us if they needed help and it took us 45 minutes to get helped as workers were walking past us. not good customer service

I ordered tires on a Friday for a Tuesday morning installation. The website showed they would be available for installation that morning. On Sunday evening I received an email from Walmart that the tires would not be available for installation so they canceled my appointment. The email stated to log into my account for more information and to reschedule. My online account showed my appointment had not been canceled. Monday morning I called the Vadnais Heights auto center to find out what was going on. I was told they had no idea where the tires were, but they didnt have them and had no way to find out if they had been shipped or not. The suggested I call customer service to find out when they would arrive. I called customer service and got an India call center and could not understand the person. I tried explaining what was happening and was told to hold while they transferred my call. I waited about three minute while the extension just kept ringing. I hung up. I then went online and canceled my appointment and requested a refund of the $500+ I had been charged. I noticed the tires were now nearly $8 cheaper than what I had originally paid. So I re-ordered them with a Friday 8am installation. On Wednesday I received a phone call from the auto center stating my tires were in. I informed the caller that my wife would be bringing the vehicle in. (I previously gave Walmart that information when ordering the tire). I received an email from Walmart stating we should arrive 15 minutes early to get checked in and that the appointment could only be held for 15 minutes if we arrived late. My wife were there at 7:40am for an 8am appointment. The service people didnt open the doors for customers until 8am. By the time they had her checked in and the keys for the vehicle it was nearly 8:30. There were only two customers there for 8am service. Because of Covid Walmart has removed all the chairs in the customer waiting area and put in racks of goods for sale. There is nowhere the customers can wait...nobody bothered to tell me that prior to the appointment. The installation of 4 new tires took two full hours with two people working on the car. This should have taken no more that 1 1/4 hours with one person and 45 minutes with two people. So she had to stand there, with no where to sit, for over 2 1/2 hours for a 45 minute job. To make matters even worse, her Jeep has locking lug nuts on each tire. She gave them the tool to use to remove the nuts and told them where to put it when they were done. They didnt put it back and she had to go back in and ask them where it was. My overall experience with Walmart and this particular service center was horrible. We wont be back.

Cant even call for somebody else to ask them if they could warranty at Walmart battery thats only 2 years old with no receipt tried calling was put on hold it rang and rang and rang the lady transferred me over to Auto Center maybe three or four times rang and rang and rang some more eventually I just hung up. I called to get a quote on tires. I was put on hold for 12 minutes and then hung up on. Not a very great first impression. Took my business elsewhere.

Always left waiting at this place. Today I waited 45 min. An employee came back to the department then when I asked for help he said it wasnt his department. Then refused to call for help. Finally after waiting, I was told it would take an additional 2 hours to get to my carI could have avoided all the waiting of they just greeted me from the get-go and set my expectation for time.

After 20 minutes of being on hold and other employees trying to transfer me to the auto center, I gave up and decided to stop by. That was comical. There was nobody behind the desk and a dozen people waiting. Then I remembered my experiences with this Walmart in the past; they only hire people with severe mental disabilities. If you need something as simple as an oil change from here, make sure you have at least four hours of time.

Staffs friendly and professional. In my experience, Theres never a best time to come here for service because everyone gets here before you....unless theres bad weather. Be ready to be quoted at least a 45 minute wait however, they may get to and finish your work sooner.

Answer the phone . When they have done work its has been very slow and rude sevice. Would never bring my car back here . Employees are at the bottom of the barrel in the automotive dept.

I needed 2 new tires put on and it took 2 hours. The Cheapest price I could find so I guess you get what you pay for.

Todays experience was fast & furious! The gal at the counter was very knowledgeable and she treated me as a human being. Much respect to a woman working in a pre-dominantly male department! She showed professionalism and was very courteous of everyone who came through that department. Nice job Wal-Mart management team on your selection of a winner!

Dont get me wrong they do good work and are wonderful people. BUT, they never answer the phone. No lie the phone will ring like 50 times.

I called 7 times today and finally got a answer and asked for a manager and it took another 5 minutes for him to get on the phone all to see if they had a tire I wanted and my size. Poor customer service. They will not get any stars from me.

Slowest, worst tire experience ever. Took 5 different tries to get tired on with their no appointment policy. Customer service slowest check in ever. Wont be doing this again. Get what you pay for but I still over paid.

I came in with a mistake from another Walmart and a tech & the floor manager(jason) came out to inspect the car. They offered to fix the issue without any hassle and were extremely sympathetic. 10/10 customer service

I wanted to get my battery tested, and I was rudely turned away. I went to Firestone instead, and they had my battery tested and replaced within an hour.

It was excellent, I went early on a Saturday so there was not a wait. I had an oil change and tire rotation and it took around a half hour.

Very disrespectful was told that if i didntt listen to what he was saying he would not serve me upset because i was not understanding what he was saying

Ordered new tires n had install done there. Did online check in on my walmart app...got to store.. said they were too busy come back in the morning. I came back in the morning before anyone was there...they made me wait 2 hours saying people were ahead of me. Lol. Tires need balanced again too wasnt even done right. They did manage to put the new tires on rims and on car though. Only took 2 days! I recommend the Woodbury location. This location was one of those its not my job Walmarts. Zero Fs were given.

I needed to fix a flat tire. I thought all the staff were great, and the time was reasonably fast.

Typically, poor and slow service. I would not trust any WalMart working on my vehicle. I hardly trust them ringing up my purchase. It is not uncommon to stare at an empty counter for an extended period unacknowledged at any WalMart Tire & Lube. I avoid at all costs.
