Our experience contacting this dealer was a total misfortune. What a terrible customer service. We called twice to inquire about a car that we were ready to buy, and both representatives were incredibly rude. During the first call, we were not able to understand the lady on the phone and after asking her to speak slower, she hung up on us. We called again and a guy picked up this time. We explained we wanted to buy one of their cars and also asked for the name of the lady we previously talked to. He aggressively replied “You called here for a car and now you’re talking to me. That lady’s name don’t matter. What car do you want!? He got even more agitated after we inquired why they were so rude on the phone. Just be aware. They are jerks on the phone.Disclaimer:Lol No. We did not use any discriminatory language. We are educated people, who proudly embrace our African ancestors. However, we have no idea how you look like (it was a call), neither we care. This is not a race thing. It’s about customer service.

They were highly responsive, answered all my questions (and I had a lot) and helped me find just what I needed at a great price. I can’t recommend them enough!

I purchased a car from them in late Jan - early Feb that same day the check engine light came on, the next day, it completely broke down. I spent my ENTIRE savings on this car. I asked if I could get my money back since it hadn’t even been two full days. The Owner was “generous” enough to let me switch the car out for another one. Cool right?? Lol NO. This car is faulty as well. Within the first week of the purchase it completely cut off over 3 times. I called and the guy that sits at the desk said, they buy the cars from auctions and they don’t get to test drive them for too long. They offered no help but instead reminded me. “Legally we don’t have to do anything with the car once we sell it.” I’m just like well yeah, of course. But MORALLY, why would you want to do someone like that? You all would be upset if you later found out I bought the car with counterfeit rather than real money. No difference here, all I wanted was a car that runs.. THATS IT!!! Now, because of their greed and insensitivity my savings has gone down the drain. 😟 MARCOWHALE KNOWINGLY SELLS UNRELIABLE CARS.

Very Knowledgeable, Nice, and they have what you need!

I ordered a transport uhaul and it was very nice and maintained and had like new tires on it . Everyone that worked there was excellent and very nice . Love the Southern at JT Philis Auto hospitality and Valdosta, GA is a wonderful place to visit. JT Philips Auto thanks again had a safe trip back to Texas.
