I really love how fast the turnaround time was. We were referred to Ross from a nice lady at Walkers. Ross has repaired 2 of our vehicles and I must say my husband and I are beyond satisfied. There prices are very reasonable and they repair the issues addressed. WE would definitely recommend Ross to anyone.

Some of the best pricing in town and even better customer service. They do NOT try to upcharge you with things that you dont need yet. The overnight/drop box service is super cool and efficient. Most tow trucks around here will drop it off there if you need.

Recently I replaced a part on my vehicle but it still wouldnt work so I went to Ross. They said they would call me with a quote when they figure it out....didnt happen.....they charged me double to replace the same part and charged me for 2 hours labor when it only took me 45 minutes to do the entire job. To top it off they replaced my wiper blades too without asking me....never again

Just got new tires put on my truck from Ross Auto. Best place in town to get tires. Ordered them yesterday I’m driving on them today.

I brought my truck to langdale ford where I was told I needed new brakes. The total was going to be over 1000 dollars. I went over to Ross Automotive just to get a quote on it and it came back less then half of what ford wanted. An hour later mr. Raymond called me and explained that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my brakes and that I have about 50k more miles left on them. He then explained how he is not in the business of taking people’s money so he didn’t even charge me to look at them. Ross Automotive will definitely see me again! Thank you!
