Found every book that I was looking for. Some were pre-owned and sold for a fantastic price. I was able to purchase 3 extra books 📚 that I wanted because of their availability and low prices. Love this place.

Great store with excellent customer service. I love the size of the store. I like the seating throughout the store. Many of the stores do not have seating in the customer for customers. Good book selection which includes a great clearance selection.

They have really cute plushies, and a large assortment of books 📚 in all genres. They have a ton of collectibles too. You can come here grab a book and a coffee ☕and just chill and read.

I went in not knowing anything about the company or what they had in store besides just books. I was awed exploring what all they had. I ended up buying The Mist Born Trilogy. But it was honestly hard to choose what to buy.The book selection is huge along side many comic books and graphic novels. They even have MANGA!! The employees were also kind and very helpful. First time going in and definitely not the last.

I love this place! Books are very dear to me, since Im an author and books have saved me time and time again over the years. Bookstores and libraries are save havens for the artistically inclined and nice and quiet. Id rather hold a physical book in my hands than read on my phone. Yet... I digress. I wish they werent so overpriced but such is life. If you want a time killer and some peace and quiet, grab a book from the shelf and take a seat in their Joe Muggs cafe and read for a little bit. I promise, its nice.

So many books, CDs, and fan based t shirts to choose from, classic and new authors that keep me coming back regularly. The coffee shop inside is also a very good plus. Id love to see the bookstore or the coffee shop expand in the next few years. Great place to read or relax or study.

Good selection of books and fun novelty items. If you go to the cafe, dont get the hot apple cider. It tasted like hot water with a hint of apple. Even adding sugar and cinnamon myself couldnt save it, it was gross.

This was my 2nd time coming here, I actually took my time(45mins.inthestore) and found the books that I wanted. They are pricey but theres a discounted as section such as planners, and all types of gifts that you can purchase. The only thing I dont like is the membership deal, you have to pay a certain fee, and I dont agree with paying for no type of membership when it should be offer to the consumers.

I did not have my glasses so was unable to see the labels for the book categories and the sales associate got exactly what l needed after doing a search of their inventory. I think her name was Sheila. I was very much appreciative.

They have rearranged the store and I had a little trouble locating the appropriate sections. The signage has not yet caught up to the new layout. Otherwise, the store was clean, well lit, and staffed for a busy Saturday night. They are currently holding a book drive for the city schools. Im glad we donated. I will go back.

Whats not to love...BOOKS! They have everything. Well organized, pleasant staff and the feeling of paper between your fingertips as you flip the page...add a nice cup of coffee, a comfy chair and youll be wondering where the time went 5 hours later.

This is perfect for a book store.I recently started reading a book series and they only had he first couple, but after I bought a couple books, they started stocking the entire series. Probably an automatic process on the back end, but I appreciate it.The store is clean, always, and well kept.

Practically always can purchase item(s)of choice. Much dismay however in determing availability of music and/or videos as there is no indication of items categorized by artist or theme. It would be extremely rewarding if a music/video catalog was available as is the superb book/merchandise inventory. With limited places to find solice during this very restricted COVID-19 era, this would offer greater, safer and faster ease in locating items of interest.

As an older person the store has changed 2 cater to a younger crowd. I respect that, it has to be. That being said there is always something interesting that can be found that would suit any age. I do enjoy the boardgame section.

This is a great place to pick up new books. Old books. Used books. I love that they are now carrying a vast selection of used comics now. Apparently theyre buying up used books for resale which is a great way to recycle and save a little money on a book. You can also get different nerdy stuff as well. Ie Funko Pop characters. Their selection of memorabilia and nerdy toys are usually different from some of their competitors which I like. They also carry vinyl records so if your into that sort of thing yeah. Its books-a-million people, the product is in the name. Go capitalize.

I love BAM! There are many things I love about BAM lol. But its a solid place with good deals :) the only thing I dont care for is how the employees are forced to push subscriptions on you at check out for 3 free months of magazines or whatever.

Love coming here and spending hours looking through all the books. Joe muggs has the best coffee in town and I love sitting down with a good book, cup of coffee, and a blueberry crumble muffin.

Only thing I didnt care for was the clearance items werent clearly displayed. It was in the middle of the store and some in the back...odd. but otherwise good. If the book club was free, Id probably give them a 5. 😁

I love dropping by here! I enjoy browsing through various books. Theres also a small enclosed café inside near the entrance--the natural light by the window while reading and sipping a nice cup of coffee is heaven!

The best place in Valdosta to find books and other assortments of hobbies. Invite your friends too as they even include a coffee shop/lounge area with wifi so you and others can enjoy a book or whatever hobbies youre interested in while enjoying a cup of many assortments of drinks (non-alcoholic). They always have great deals on their books and other items, for sure making this a great place to visit.

They have all kinds of stuff there. However, their CDs are completely out of order. They should be organized by genre and artist name. Theyre also pretty expensive to be used.

Peaceful environment, Joe Muggs coffee barista inside, some of the staff arent the most hospitable but for the most part they are usually friendly and helpful. Also a plethora selection of very cool gifts, hobbies, and toys.

It was great my girls had a blast we went to the Harry Potter event I think they should do a little more for their events

Really nice people working there, its clean and the coffee is fine. The issue is that its a book store that doesnt sell books, half the store is nic nacks. They often are missing books in popular series or missing popular books altogether. Although they offer to order it for me I can do that in two seconds on my phone. And more importantly I can do that at my home.
