Recently had some repairs done to my work vehicle, said they rotated the tires. Well that didnt happen called and talked to them was told can only do what tech says was done. Well fella tires say rotated and they were not so I am supposed to believe you did the other work or just looked it over and said well its good because my tech said it was.
My son wanted a particular set of tires. And this Firestone was able to get them when other stores closer to Waycross wasnt able to get them. Very friendly and ready to provide great customer service.
Do not fall for all the added upcharge of fixing things that are not broken with your car! Download the Firestone app and make your apt through this! I went in for a simple oil change which shouldve cost me $65 and ended up paying $1,500 for all the things that were supposed wrong with my car and because I was driving from Valdosta GA to Manhattan NYC, I fell for the whole ACT!!! Dont let this be you!
Great service! Had a flat tire which they had in stock, quickly got the car in the garage and fixed within an hour. Definitely recommend
Needed two hard-to-find tire sizes on a Sunday in a pinch. 5th place I called, but first to have size in stock. And squeezed me in to get installed. Was on my way from Carolinas to Florida
I have been using Firestone for many years (at least 10) with great satisfaction in all their services they have performed on my vehicles.
We managed to limp our dying car into Firestone Valdosta around 5 pm Saturday. They were to close at 6 but said they would stay if needed to fix our car, which we hoped just needed a fan belt. Nope, it needed a specific Ford part, and the dealer was closed until Monday. We called AAA and they came and took care of us but it took till nearly 7 pm. All the while, the Firestone employees were very helpful and put no pressure on us. Service above and beyond.
Definitely making Firestone my go to for service on my car! Had to urgently get in somewhere for brakes- and have been wanting to check them out for a while- I called that evening and spoke with Scott (Advisor) and even with them being booked was able to drop off first thing the next morning. Honestly expected it to take the whole day with working it in and what it needed, and nope- they were done by lunch and running perfect! Ill be back very soon for routine services! 🙌
This happened last summer: took my girls car up there for a tire rotation & a few lug nuts were left loose. Called about it & they sent ppl to the house to fix the issue. But even after that there were still a couple left loose. Went back to get it rectified but was gaslit & ignored by the short white bald man upfront. First & last time I’ll go to this Firestone
They stayed late for us, gave us a free tie rod that they missed in the first check, and were generally very nice the entire time!!definitely recommend
I wanna give a shout out to Marta, shes one of the best customer service reps I ever dealt with, thank you for all your patience and knowledge!
I was having an a/c problem and was charged $230 to fix the alleged problem. The fix was not an issue at all and they couldnt find the part to fix the actual problem. $230 wasted in hard economical times and my a/c still isnt working in the middle of the summer. I really feel like I was taken advantage of.
Scheduled an appointment earlier in the week for an oil change, fuel injector cleaning, and a tune up... I was given an appointment for 10:30 on 5/2 and arrived around 10 am to check in.. I adjusted my service request to just a tune up and oil change then left my key with Roy and told h him to call me if needed..two hours later and my truck was not touched and no one called me talking about they are short staffed and couldnt get it today...this is so unprofessional and a waste of my time and money having to put my life on hold because of the lies they speak....no amount of an apology is worth my time spent when they could have just gave me a call!!!
We took my sons VW to Firestone in Valdosta. After replacing the radiator, the technician put the wrong coolant into the car. Unfortunately, this created a sludge throughout the cars system and ruined the new radiator as well as other parts. Sludge debris is in the engine block. We took the car back to Firestone twice for them to look at the problem. We were told to go to a dealership. I talked to the stores area/district manager. He was supposed to file a claim. After several weeks of unreturned calls and emails I had to call Firestone Headquarters Customer Service. Investigation is on going.
Been using this Firestone for years and the service has been top notch and Ive never had any problems!!
It took me 6 times going there to get my car AC fixed!! When I called and made my initial appointment, it took two weeks to get in which was fine because I understood they were busy. My appointment was at 4pm, but I was late because I had jury duty that day. I get there about 45 minutes late and they told me they couldn’t get to it that day. So Felix rescheduled me for two days later, same time. I get there that Wednesday, the AC guy isn’t even there! It was one of his only off days. So I get rescheduled again. I get there and waited an hour for a man to come tell me the AC guy had two cars in front of mine. He said he didn’t want me to have to wait forever so I should reschedule. All this while, I’m being overly understanding and nice. So I get rescheduled. This time, the AC guy is there and looks at it. I’m told I need a whole new AC but the parts were going to take a couple few days to come in. It would be that Friday. That cost me almost $200 right there. I get a call that Thursday saying the parts came in but they still couldn’t do it until Friday. My appt. Friday was for 330pm. I get it there two hours early for them to STILL not fix my car. I call them about 6 something to see the status on my car for them to tell me they ordered the wrong hose and it wouldn’t be there until tomorrow which would’ve been Saturday. Then, that’s when I got upset. First of all, they didn’t even call to tell me they ordered the wrong hose. Secondly, how did they order the wrong hose when they had my vin number to my car?? They just assumed I was okay with leaving my car overnight, but didn’t even have the decency to call and inform on anything. I couldn’t leave my car overnight because I work 35 minutes away 5am Saturday morning. So, I drop my car off Saturday morning about 11 something. I get a call about 15 minutes before they closed that my car was finished. I had to pay almost $1100 in the store then. So $1300 roughly overall and it was the worst experience I’ve had at a mechanic shop. I don’t recommend them at all. Scheduling for days the AC guy wasn’t even there and days i was just told they couldn’t get to it. They couldnt even have the courtesy to call me and tell me they ordered a wrong part and ask if it was okay my car stayed there overnight. Highly unprofessional!
Not very good they were very slow I had a 10 am appointment but didnt get out of there until 12 just for a simple oil change that quick lube or some other place could have done in 15 mins. Whats the use in having appointments if your not going to honor it I definitely wont be returning there unless I have a a whole day to throw away...
Whoever the guy is at the front desk, he is extremely rude. Blowing his breath because I didnt know what kind of tire I wanted. There was no need for him to get irritated when you only have 1 tire available for my car size.
We had an unexpected vacation trip breakdown in our Toyota and these guys were able to fix all the problems and get us back on the road by the end of the day!
Robert is the best. He made a bad situation better.
Made an appointment 4 days ago for a oil change and after an hour and a half, I was told that the next technician would be able to do the job. I left and will never return. Stay away from this BS business!New management stinks to be politically correct.
Good service people that care they take there time to explain what good tire they have n whats best for you.
We had a flat about 1k miles from home. When they opened at 7, they were extremely pleasant and got us in right way so we could finish our journey.
Repaired my friends flat and changed the tire asap and at a very reasonable price.
In and out for an alignment in about an hour. Paid for 2 and they are now free for the lifetime of my vehicle! Great deal!
Worst place to take your car to get the problem fixed. Not helpful at all, after they get your money you’re on your own. They didn’t fix my problem, and every time I brought my car back they had a attitude. I will never go back. They are expensive so I thought that mean good service, boy was I wrong.
I took my car to change oil two days ago. and I asked to have the air conditioning checked, it worked perfectly but not totally cold. I thought maybe I needed Freon. They told me it had a leak and it needs to be fixed for $ 910. for the moment I leave it like that until I have the money. but now the air doesnt work at all. I came back today to explain the problem and the one answer they gave me is that it has a leak, (I know that) repeating it 20 times ... how is it possible that in one day it stops working, if for months it has worked ok .. just not cold enough i would like. My job now is to tell everyone about the bad service they give.I took my car to a mechanic to fix the leak supposedly had ... they said had nothing, no leak ... just a loose bolt and needed freon. what does that mean? Firestone wanted me to pay a fortune for something that never existed. my car work perfectly now.
I Love Firestone tires the add ons are the extra chargers are pricey almost 800$ four 4 new tires is worth it. Now the tech took 2 hrs 3 minutes to do 4 tires but the end results were good.
I was lied to, they wasted my time, and cost me a lot of money. On my way home to Florida after Christmas, my family of 7 broke down 30 miles north of Valdosta. After describing the situation to my mechanic, who is also a good friend, he said it sounded like I blew a transmission hose. I called Firestone in Valdosta (one of the only places open on the Saturday after Christmas), explained the situation, and asked if I had it towed in could they work on it. They told me that they could and to bring it in. After having it towed in, the man behind the counter told me they did not have a mechanic on duty but could get to it Sunday morning when they opened. After I expressed my frustration with not being given that information on the phone, I was told they would look at it, but it may not be fixed until the next day. When they finally got the vehicle in the bay, they looked at the wrong section of the engine. When I questioned them, they said they couldnt find a leak. I explained it was the transmission and asked if they checked the transmission fluid, and he said yes, and it was fine. I told them again what had happened, and they finally put it on a lift to look under the car. Later, when I asked for an update (speaking to a different employee), he said they couldnt find a leak. I asked if they checked the transmission fluid. He said yes, it was empty, and they filled it to try and find the leak. I told them I thought it was a blown hose and asked if they could fix it. He assured me they could. They told me they couldnt find a leak at closing time but that their master technician would be there in the morning, and they would get him to look at it. After spending the afternoon wandering around Walmart, my wife, 5 children, and I had to get a taxi to a hotel to rent a room for the night. The next morning, when I spoke with Firestone, I was told by a different employee they could not fix it, and I should take it to a transmission shop. I asked if they had filled it with transmission fluid, and he said they didnt have transmission fluid. I called my mechanic/friend, and he drove four hours to Valdosta. In a matter of seconds, he found the leaking hose, went and bought the parts needed, and fixed it in the parking lot of the Firestone, and I drove the vehicle home. I hate to condemn all Firestones because of this one, but I will never go to a Firestone again. I understand if they cant fix certain things, but they lied, wasted my time, and cost me a lot of time and money.
I have to give my appreciation to the employees of Firestone for their honesty. I went in thinking I needed an alignment on my father in laws truck. Turns out, the front tire had slipped off the frame and the girl helping us pointed it out and gave us information to the closest tire service that was reasonably priced.I wish I could remember her name but she was working the register and was very friendly and helpful in assisting us with getting a new tire.
Very good service and very quick. Will definitely return.
The place for great tires and service. Zaxbys is next door, so I just grab a snack while I wait.
Excellent and fast service on my Cousins Car
Excellent customer service. Making an appointment is the best way to go.
Very helpful place. Nice staff as well. Had to make a stop here due to a tire on my van not being properly re attached to it! Not fun when your on a business trip and you vehicle is acting weird because the people in your home town didnt do their job correctly. Lucky they were on our way and were able to fix the situation.
Good people hereFast service
They were great and Chris was so awesome and helpful! We got in a bad situation late with my sons car and Chris and the team at Firestone came through to save the day!!!
Best auto shop in town so far, and Ive lived here all my life. Great and fast service. Very clean and welcoming atmosphere. And prices they are willing to work with you.
Went to Firestone for an oil change and to get some wiper blades replaced. The guy was nice while checking me in but turned around and told me that my two tires up front are needing to be replaced and that I had a nail that could not be patched up that would also need to be replaced. Quoted me over $300 for the job. I immediately left after declining the service to a trusted tire shop to ask what they thought of this. Not only were there nothing wrong with my front tires, there was no nail in either back tire. They lied in my face to get me to spend more money. You always hear how mechanics try to over sale customers especially young female customers but you never expect it to happen to you. I do not like the dishonest business they are conducting and I hope enough people read this review to know they will up charge and try to get one over on you. Horrible experience will NEVER visit another Firestone.
I have used this place over the span of 3 vehicles, and 10 years of service. It was AMAZING for a while. In recent years it has gone WAY down. My trucks wheel bearing was practically non existent and they saw me, and HEARD me pulling up. A man ran outside and asked if he could pull it in for me. They do some test but end up telling me now they cant reproduce the problem... They also didnt Suggest I replace the wheel bearing.... A man also suggested my rear end was screwed because of the way my back tires were spinning when off the ground. He later retracted his statement because I had to tell him it was 4wheel Drive... Come on guys..
I was first one there at 8 a.m. was getting oil change and they didnt get through until after 12 thats ridiculous.
Very very rude. The customer service and lack of work ethics needs to be handled by cooperate. Learn how to maintain your work ethics throughout the process of servicing all your clients. Inform your employees on what promotions can and cant be used with the service they are scheduling with the clients before you confirm the appointment. Some clients do drive long distance for your services. Learn to remember why you applied for the job and why you Were hired. The paying customers are the reason you are there. Never judge a book by its cover, be polite to everyone you serve. Customer service goes a long way. Be blessed
I couldn’t figure out why this place is even rated two stars after my horrible experience there last week. After calling to see if they installed inside tire patches they said yeah sure bring it by and we can do it in an hours time tops, seemed reasonable at the time and I get there about 3/4. When I do the excuse of a “service writer” told me he would try to have it done by 7pm when they closed, “maybe” he says. A patch..... on the inside of the tire........ that I called in advance for........and was told there was plenty of availability for.So this being said I called someone to pick me up and take me to my house to wait till 7. As I’m pulling into my house (roughly 30min later) the same person I’ve spoken to each time calls me to inform me that they can’t patch the tire and I need to replace the tire due to location of the nail in my semi-new tires. And that because my vehicle is all wheel drive I cannot replace just 1 but need to replace all 4. Out of curiosity I asked what this would run me and was told $900 was the cheapest option. I then told him to put it back together as I would not be needing their services and would pay for anything up to that point. He then gets rude with me because I didn’t accept his lies. Now for the interesting part that they did not understand...... I myself am a master technician and have been for over 10 years and could’ve easily patched this tire in less than 5minutes with their tools as I am currently out of state from my shop. Trusting that firestone wouldve been semi straight with me being a national brand and all I was let down in every way imaginable from horrible customer service, flat out lies, and attempting to overcharge someone they assumed was a regular customer. In closing, the nail was nowhere near the apex of the inside of the tire and all the other tires on the car were practically new as well. Anyone with even a high school education can point this out and fix it. Moral of the story is the exact same day I drove 10min down the road to Economy Tire in downtown Valdosta and not only did they patch the tire properly with no issues but insure it against defects with time. I’ve now driven roughly 3k miles with this new patch and had no issues since well there was no issue patching it in the first place. Way to go firestone, get your stuff together or you won’t be open long trying to scam people into buying more just to meet sales goals and commissions.
The folks at this shop treat every person that walks in as if they have been waiting to meet you. They remember my name every time I go (I go maybe once a year but they still remember). Even on a busy Friday it took them less than an hour to get my truck in the bay, change out two tires, and get me back on the road. I had just finished my lunch next door when they announced I was good to go. Less than 5 minutes spent in the waiting area. GREAT service, tires that last, and people that care.
I called on a Friday to make an appointment for an oil change and was in the following day on Saturday. I arrived Saturday five minutes prior to my appointment time and my vehicle was immediately taken back and was completed within twenty five to thirty minutes (Fastest oil change Ive ever received). The woman at the front who managed the phones was very sweet and friendly, she played with my daughter and even gave her some balloons to take with her. With it being a mechanic shop its not a fun place for kids so I appreciate her being so kind. My appointment was set up by Mike over the phone and he was the one to cash me out after my vehicle was serviced, he was very professional and friendly. I will definitely be coming back for future oil changes. Thank you for the fast and friendly service!
Over paid for them to give me an oil change to tighten the bolt on so tight that i cant get it off myself i know they do this to get me to go back there. I recommend never going here they will rip you off.
DOUBLE CHECK WHAT YOU READ ON THEIR WEBSITE. I have never used Firestone before. I was recommended to come here by a friend who’s been here multiple times without any issues. I went online and pre-paid for 4 tires for $400. The tires were in stock at this location online. I also scheduled an appointment for today at 1:00. I got 2 back to back calls from them this morning. The first call involved telling me that the appointment time that was available online was already booked and that there were no available appointments until July 7th. The website didn’t tell me this. The second phone call was them telling me that the tires I had already been charged $400 for were out of stock and wouldn’t be in until next week. Again, the website said that my tires were in stock hence why I pre-paid for them. I told them that they have somehow managed to lose a customer before I even made it to their shop. Now I have to wait up to 10 days for the $400 charge to fall off of my bank account. None of this would have happened nor would I have $400 tied up in a pending transaction if their website would have been correct. So I will say again DOUBLE CHECK WITH THEM PERSONALLY BEFORE BUYING OR SCHEDULING ANYTHING ONLINE. Their tires were some of the cheapest I’d found in Valdosta, so it’s disappointing knowing that their misleading website forced me to take my business elsewhere.
Yes I Have Problem With Your Staff They Kept My Car After The Fact I Said I Was Pulling In It Was No Where Near 7 And Once They Saw Me Pull Up They All Got In There Car And Left And I Told Them I Had To Make A Trip That Was Very Urgent And They Still Cut Me Off And Hung The Phone Up In My Face SO YESSSS IM PISSEDD
Been here multiple times. First time going there was for an alignment and got the life time alignment. Mechanic looked over my car said my back suspension was bad and the front was good, but the front and back where actually bad. Which in turn made my front tires go bad faster. Came in for an alignment again, have to go back every time to get it done right by the way, the mechanic didn’t even know how to straighten the steering wheel. He tried to turn the tires to make up for the crooked steering wheel which is not good showing his lack of knowledge on cars. Then this one is what made me never go back. I redid the entire front suspension myself, put the springs on the strut and everything, so I went to get an alignment since I have the lifetime alignment and they sabotaged my car. They had to take apart the entire driver side strut assembly to get to the strut mount and put the strut mount back on wrong. Talk about dangerous. When I looked at what he did the thing could have broken easily the way he put it on wrong. If it didn’t make a loud clacking noise I would have never known he did that. It caused me a lot time and money I could have saved if I just didn’t go there.
Everytime I go here for an oil change they find something wrong that costs an insane amount to fix. I take it to my trusted mechanic and he says its fine. I paid extra for a lifetime alignment used it once and now they say my control arms are bad so they cant align it until I let them fix it.
Quick, easy and convenient. They had my oil change, new tires, tire rotation and alignment done right quick
The woman who works the front desk, Martha, is always kind and so helpful. She has a great positive attitude every timeWhile waiting for work to be done on my vehicle I saw her and another coworker go out of their way to help a women arrange a ride home with a ride-sharing service when the work on her car took longer than expected.
Dropped off my husbands car, went to BAM, sat down to eat and they called saying we were ready. Super fast service on a Saturday afternoon. Very convenient for a car that stays on the road M-F! Bumped a star because it was more than estimated to be but you kind of expect that at any repair shop.
I went to Firestone today for an alignment balance and rotation and new wipers. I was informed that there was a nail in my tire AND that I had two different size tires on my car. Not sure how that happened since I got all 4 from Firestone. They gave me a good deal on two new tires. Almost 3 hours later I was still waiting. When the Tech came in he personally apologized. That gave me the attitude adjustment I needed. 😒Then he explained why it took so long which made me even more grateful I didnt blow my top. When I drove off in my car it was riding so smooth I couldnt help but smile all the way home😀 An apology goes a LONG way in customer service! Thanks!
Caught 300 miles from home with a dead battery, we looked up this facility on the Interstate battery website. We arrived in the evening unannounced and were treated like the most important people. A technician stayed beyond his assigned shift to repair our vehicle and the battery was covered under warranty no questions asked. Excellent service.
I used you guys in Valdosta, GA. This was the first time I took my Tundra to yall for an oil change and it will be the last. I get full synthetic and you charge a base price for 5 quarts but my truck takes 8 and you charged me $1.30 per unit (1 Unit being 1/10 of a quart) and it took 29 Units (2.9 quarts) equaling out to $37.70. I can get a jug (5 quarts) of the same exact oil from Walmart for $21.98. The dealership that I take it to costs $65 for the same exact oil change but its an hour drive for me. I drive over the road for a living and stay out between 3 to 4 weeks at a time and I try to take on less work when I am home so I take it to places in order to get it done....well, I guess Ill be doing it myself from now on. Thanks for being a total rip off.
I love this place. Great customer service and very knowledgeable reps with a smile. It gets busy at times and the wait can be long but the job is Well done. I havent had an issue nor complaint yet.
Marta, the service writer was great! I showed up on a Saturday afternoon and they got me in & out. Replaced a brake caliper and price seemed fair.
My car battery exploded (yes, it literally exploded - battery acid everywhere). I called Firestone and they were able to get me in an hour before they closed. They even had to run to another store to get the right battery, since they did not have the one my car needed in stock (and they honored the price they quoted me for even though I did not even ask for them to!). They could have easily told me to come back the next day, too. They were very honest with me about my situation and they are extremely knowledgeable about cars. I absolutely feel like I can trust them for any repair and I will be back!
Yeah its a 5 star if you can afford it... $107 for just diagnosis. While other places near by only charge $45. Dont even ask the price for labor and parts. In short they charge dealership prices.
I have trusted them with my cars for over 5 years... and when it came to an old rainy day. All I needed was a plug. And it was an inch away from the side wall so I know it can be fixed... and the end told me that it couldnt and it would cost me almost 300 for a new tire...Anything franchise they could less. Ive learned my lesson...Ben tires fixed it 10 mins for 7 dollars just how expected it too..
Excellent store. They were able to work with us and help get us back on the road and were fast and professional about it. Marta was awesome and is hands down the best tire representative I have ever dealt with as well. Will definitly come back to this location again. Thank you guys!!!!
Emergency blow out on boat trailer heading down from indiana to keywest..(had 2 spares, but wanted the blowout replaced)Made contact with manager, assured us be would work us in, and everything went perfect.Appreciate the hospitality, and great service. A+++
Service was fast and on schedule I was pleased.
I needed a SIMPLE oil change. Did the online reservation thing. That was laughable. It is May 22 right now. They cant do an oil change until JUNE 4TH? I took the car elsewhere to get my oil changed. This will be put onto Google Maps too. Almost 2 weeks for an OIL CHANGE? NOT EVEN CLOSE TO ACCEPTABLE.
As a retired automotive service professional with 45 years experiance I know what it takes to provide exceptional customer service. The service I received was top notch. I would have been proud to have any the crew at Firestone working for me. All aspects of my service experiance were top notch. I even observed the Store Managers interaction with a loud belligerent customer. The situation was handled very well. The Manager should be commended for the professional manner that he handled the situation.
Lady minute customer but helpful. Showed me additional safety concerns
Came in with multiple issues and no appointment. Left with a repaired vehicle and a reasonable bill. Good folks and thorough service.
Tech was able to diagnose the problem - to the degree the fault code would allow - then recommended we head to the dealership. Appreciate the honesty of not trying to sell me anything I didnt need/want and quickness with which we were seen. On the road 600 miles from home we dont need that ☺
Found the acting manager to be dismissive and staff to feel like they could speak with no consequences to minorities and just will not recommend this place to any minority as they cater to whites only by the way we was treated
Super quick and friendly, which is exactly what youre looking for when you suddenly get a flat tire on a 600+ mile trip. I couldnt believe how quickly they changed my tire (within 30 mins) and the cost wasnt over the top. Huge shout out to this Firestone location. You saved me a ton of misery!
Busy place but accommodating. Work was done correctly and the prices competitive
Ryan provided excellent service and was very helpful. I was headed out of town but had gotten a flat. They were short handed and super busy but took the time to look over the tire. We were in, out, and back on the road in within 30 minutes.
The store manager has a really poor attitude and his customer service is on par with someone who doesnt interact with customers. If I could give less than one star because of his poor attitude I would. I even heard him start a conversation with another customer with a bad attitude. The bad part is I have always loved Firestone, just not this one.
I had a flat on I-75 and needed good service fast. I went to Valdosta Firestone for a flat repair and was out in 30 minutes. Super fast and courteous service! A++
They have real good service and do a good job you are in and out of there and no time
Changed review, Firestone took care of the issue as soon as I addressed them about it.Giving 2 stars stars since the lady at the front counter was nice and didnt try to get me to spend extra money. I went in because I got a flat and had to put on the donut. I had them change all 4 tires since its an AWD and I wanted the same tire wear. I asked him to dispose of the damaged tire and that Id keep the 3 that were still good. He took over 2 hours and then not only put my donut in the car with out reinstalling it, but threw all 4 tires in the back, to include the damaged one. Now Im trying to figure out which tire is bad and how to reinstall the donut.
They lie to customers and keep seeing how much they can keep making your bill go up. They tried to tell me I was low on oil, and that it needed changing when I had personally changed it 3 or 4 days before and it was not low. Makes me wonder about everything else they told me. I will never go back and I hope no one else does either.
They got the job done fast and good price
The staff was really nice very helpful
Very expensive.they charged me more than $200.00 for the replacement of rear brake pads of my civic 2014.
Very helpful with my questions. Great prices mechanics so friendly
I was driving on i75 when I almost lost control, I realized how bad I needed tires. I called them just before closing and asked if I could somehow get new tires so I could get home safely in the rain. The nicest people helped me get back on the road. They literally saved my life. I could not recommend this shop any more. Marta, Michael, Ray are the best! Make sure you ask for them!
Had a strange size tire for our truck and very reasonable. Also, fast service
We whent in to get a couple things fixed and we spent over 2000$ for two different times and know are car is screwed we will be taking are car to Chevy and see what’s going on and if it’s any thing that was supposed to get fixed there at fire stone we will be asking for a refund for are problems we sat there 6 hours with three kids and nothing done to the car seemed to help I’m ver unsatisfied and we deserve a refund are car was fine until we took it there and know I don’t fill safe with my kids in it the prices for things is way too much more than we can afford and I’m very mad so it’s rather refund or lawsuit
Of all the years of being a Firestone customer, this one store in particular really has excelent service. We have gotten to know Judah over the years of bringing our cars in here, and he works hard to make everyone feel welcome. We can call in, and he already has our cars pulled up, can answer any questions, and remembers what we have discussed the previous times (even with months in between visits). This store, and Judah, always strive to be honest, helpful, and do more than what is expected of them, which means alot to me!
Great service and friendly staff
Great service . I had a nail in my tire ans was informed it didnt puncture my tire . Im happy to say there are honest technicians that work here . O ly draw back is need more chairs in waiting area . Standing room only
Took care of us quickly after an emergency on the highway. Super-friendly staff. Thank you SO MUCH!!!
I called them at the last minute needing 2 tires for my wifes vehicle. Most of the time places have to order her tires, but Firestone had them in stock and were able to work me I the schedule.
DONT PURCHASE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY ON TIRES, THEY DO NOT WANT TO HONOR IT
Very friendly, fast, professional service. Fair pricing. Really helped me in my time of need
They fixed my brakes no problem.
Had a very good experience here last week. We had a blow out on our way to NC from FL. We came here and they had us in and out in no time and gave us a fair price. Mike was very helpful and nice
$1300+ vs $128??? Been dealing with these people for 16 or 17 years UNTIL 2 years ago. I brought my suburban in with the A/C not cooling enough. I was told I needed the entire system changed out at a staggering $1,300+. This was right before a trip and decided i would get a second opinion since I had been taken to the cleaners 6 months previous and had to contact corporate to get it straightened out. I got back in the car to take it to another established company and not only was the air not quite cold enough. But whatever they did it was just blowing hot air now. The other garage charged me $128 and they leak tested and topped of the Freon and its been running fine for for almost 2 years.
Get a second opinion before you allow this shop to work on your car. I was able to save $200 by going to a locally owned tire shop.
Finding a tire shop open on a Sunday is difficult to do. And we are out of towers. The service was great, technicians were great and we waited a total of 15 minutes.
