We had Control 4 installed with promises of innovation and ease of use. Weve had nothing but trouble with continuous faults with the system and and failures. As most technology necessitates, we now are in need of several upgrades which we only learned about because of multiple failing systems, NOT a contact indicating such. We have been unable to get timely responses from the owners who seem to only care about spending time at their vacation homes and selling new expensive systems.
