The service department is really worst I have ever seen. I went there first time and they told me that, they dont have Loaner car after asking me that did you buy from us? So they will give you loaner car only if you bought car from them.2. After getting my first service, they did wheel rotation. And after leaving service department, low tire pressure warning pop up, so they rotate tire but they did not put air in it even. so I have to wait for another 10 minutes after whole hectic day.3. I realized they put wrong mileage on record of service. I have 3972 miles and they put 6172 miles on receipt, online everywhere. I called them to fix it and they told me that I need to go there. So now I have to drive 3rd time for 7 miles each way to just do one service of my vehicle.After getting done with my free service, I dont think so I am going to drive over there again in my whole life.

Their service team is wonderful!! Anytime I have ever had an issue, I just call and they get me in the same day. My service representative is usually Josh and he is one of the nicest people I have ever met. Never any pressure to perform services that are not needed. They take care of the issue Im having quickly and get me out the door.

I initiated my relationship with Valdosta Toyota online to purchase a 2017 Tundra. I completed the purchase in person at the dealership. My sales rep Adam, the F&I manager, along with the management staff made this purchase easy, quick and painless. Every person involved with the buying process was courteous, friendly and professional. I was treated with the respect of a valued customer. I was nervous about buying a vehicle online. Adam offered to have the truck delivered since I live and work an hour away. I wanted to drive the vehicle and see it for myself beyond the pictures from the website. I decided to go to the dealership to drive the truck and finalize the paperwork. I am writing this review the day after the purchase. Sure, I the excitement is there, but somethings will not change with time. At the end of the day I was treated as a valued customer. Stop by and consider Valdosta Toyota before you buy anywhere else.

From the young lady at the service desk, Chris, the car salesman, to the shuttle driver everything was perfect. I had SEVERAL things to be done to my car. The time it took was minimal and it ran perfectly afterwards. Spent less than originally quoted (that was worth the 5 stars alone).

The service department representative, Roy was horrible. The part for our $2K+ repair was on order for over a month. Had to call/text him repeatedly to get an update otherwise he wouldnt call back let me check on that...crickets. He even told my son he used to be the sales manager...hmm wonder what happened there. I just quit contacting him altogether. Instead, I called the parts department directly; these folks were surprisingly helpful...my part came in a couple of days later.After a long expensive repair, most dealerships would at least clean the outside -not here- dirty inside and out. I like Toyotas, and Im sure there are plenty of good folks working here, but this guy doesnt need to be working in customer service. Was thinking of buying a Toyota for my kid, but after the experience Ill never come back here.

I just had my Lexus Lx470 repaired at Valdosta Toyota. I was so impressed with the customer service and knowledge of Toyota/Lexus mechanics.My truck was quickly repaired at a fair price. The sales people were not too helpful when I went there to buy a car. They did not try their best to get the financing that I needed. However I went somewhere else and got my Toyota right. However this visit to the service center was great! The lady was very respectful and helpful and got done with my car very quickly.

I had front end wheel bearing issues nearly half way into a 550 mile trip. Josh Tuck and the Valdosta Toyota service team were extremely hospitable and accommodating as best they could be for a Saturday afternoon. I had to spend the weekend in town. First thing Monday morning they were ready for me. They prioritized my service and I was back in the road at a reasonable hour. They were sensitive to my predicament and showed me true southern hospitality!

Car needs were described in detail with charges estimated higher than I had to actually pay. Communication was good, car was ready on time.

The staff in technical service was outstanding. They were polite and professional. Having a high end car can be nice, but the issue for us was the 2.5 hour drive to Jacksonville. We were pleased to find a great deal on a Certified Pre-owned Toyota 4Runner. Our sales person, Niko was pleasant to deal with. The sales manager and finance manager were eager to make sure our deal was fair and easy. We found some small issues, but the service department has fixed everything and all is well with our 4Runner. This is my first Toyota and hopefully not my last.

I was driving through Valdosta from st Pete fl to our new house in Knoxville, around 9:00pm on 75 north just outside Valdosta my tacoma was overheating, pulled over and the radiator blew. I was towed to Valdosta Toyota on Saturday night, Monday morning they had my truck in the shop looking at it and by Tuesday morning it was done. I’m super grateful for that kind of speed and service, my repair bill even came in lower than what I was quoted. Can’t thank the folks at Valdosta Toyota enough.

I want to give real FACTS. I have a Lexus and my car was not driving right. I drove from Florida to handle some business. I met Lia via telephone she works at Valdosta Toyota (she is located in the service Dept.) I told her my dilemma & she was overly helpful, patient & informative. She listens & explains. Calling was slightly complicated, so just let the phone ring. And now that’s my new mechanic shop for our family when we in Valdosta. GA. All because I was handled with soft gloves.

I have to give 4 stars for being the least efficient car dealership in town!I got a recommendation from a friend to call Ricky Stokes at this dealership- (he’s the GM there so they say)… I called twice to see if he could help me turn in my leased car.- never heard a word from this fictitious person.So, I took it upon myself to personally try to deal in my own home town AGAIN. Mark (a salesman in every sense of the word) was happy to help. We found a vehicle I liked and agreed upon a ballpark price, if I was willing to put down a $500 binder (good faith) So, I did, only to get home and ponder the situation and deciding to back out… I texted and called Mark who was obviously disappointed. He spoke to his MGR(?) who said I should be getting my $500 in the mail by the next week.Well…. that was over 2 months ago!Since then, I have been to Thomasville Toyota(where I leased my last car), spent a couple of hours there, bought a car, it came fresh off a boat within 15 days(like they said), it was detailed, filled with gas and delivered to my door with a smile!And…you guessed it-The jokers(including Ricky Stokes who has yet to return my calls) at Valdosta Toyota still have my check!I do have civil plans for them.

Service was exceptional they even gave me a loan or vehicle while they did repairs on my truck went in for alignment and the service advisor let me know I had some recalls that needed to be done on my truck that was very prompt at fixing it and a very clean waiting area overall I would most definitely recommend this place

I had a service scheduled for this morning at 10:15 AM.- oil change and tire rotation. I dropped off my car and planned to pick it up after some errands. After about four hours of waiting I finally went back up there around 2:15 to see if my vehicle was finished. The same man that helped me early in the morning asked me what I needed. I said I was there to pick up my car to which he replied “oh it’s not ready yet the mechanic still has to look at one thing that you were talking about”. After two more hours of waiting I went back up there and the same man that has helped me the past two times asked me what I was there for. I told him I was there to pick up my vehicle. He stated the mechanic was looking at it right now. He then grabbed my keys and paged the mechanic over the intercom to meet him outside . I watched them both walk to my car and all the mechanic did was open my hood and stare at it for 1 minute…then they walked back in and he clearly had not looked at it this whole time I had been waiting for my car. All in all it took them 6 hours to do.

This Toyota Dealership is great. Not only is the service quick (within reason), but the employees, especially Josh, are down to earth and very cooperative. Makes trusting in them more comfortable than trusting in a local mechanic.

We had to stop at this dealership as we entered into Georgia due to a check engine light that popped on. EVERYONE was courteous, kind and outstanding. They calmed us down, checked out the car and assured us the car was fine. No charge for this excellent service. Josh gave us his card in case we had additional issues.

I recently purchased a newer Tacoma out of state that required a recall on the fuel pump. I arrived on a Monday to check the stock or timeframe on the part and what to expect during the process. The gentleman was very knowledgeable about timeframe, installation time, and what to expect post installation. He advised me that after the procedure I would smell gas in the cabin. He explained that its from having to drop the fuel tank and open the door a few times. He didn’t want me to think it was spilled and they were trying to cover up an accident. It took around 3 hours all said and done. Every so often they would go check on progress and update me. Even though the wait was long, I liked being updated so I knew how to plan upcoming events that day. When completion was within 30 minutes a young woman check two or three times; “15 more minutes”, “finishing it up, maybe 5 or so minutes”, “pulling it out as we speak.” While it was in the back they also replaced a gasket on the back cab light that was a known issue on a lot of Tacomas. I never mentioned this to them, they replaced it to help prevent a failure in the future. This was what I consider going above and beyond and why I chose to give them 5 stars. I recommend going and seeing for yourself.

I went to the dealership to just look around. So one of there salesman approached me and when I told him what I was looking for and what my price range was he then goes on to tell me that they dont have anything in my price range instead of checking. He then asks me about all of the dealerships i have been to and I told him. He asks me if I have been to Valdosta Nissan and I replied no. He then tells me not to go there and was saying all kinds of negative things. Valdosta Toyota lost out on a sale because of this one salesman. I went and bought a vehicle from Valdosta Nissan that same day.

I spent 400 hundred dollars to have my truck looked at and fixed. After 5 hours or so my truck was ready to be picked up. Made it 1 mile down the road and still having the same issue. Not to happy. Taking it back tomorrow

I went in for an oil change and maintenance visit. I was late and they greeted me with a smile. They got me situated in minutes and out in the amount of time it took me to enjoy a cup of coffee and a call with a friend. Clean waiting room, extremely curteous staff and fast, quality service. Doughnuts and coffee in the waiting area.Couldn’t ask for more.

I made an appointment for an oil change at 9am this morning. At 10:30am my car had still not been pulled into the service area. I was told it would take another 30 mins for my car to be taken to service and another hour for the oil change. This would make the total time 3 hours. When I asked Josh why it was taking so long and what the point was in making an appointment I got a very sarcastic response comparing this to being no different than the wait time at a doctors office.Josh was rude, unprofessional and had a smirk on his face during my conversation with him. All he had to do was to have simply apologized for the delay and said that he would try tp speed it up.I will not be returning!!!

They go above and beyond to address any concerns. Dont waste your money at any other dealer

I had the fuel pump recall done and when picked up the smell of gasoline was so strong I had a sore throat when I got home and couldn’t stop coughing! Drove home with all windows down and sunroof open. Hope this is normal and goes away. Gave 3 stars bc they didn’t tell me it would be that bad of a smell. The customer service staff was very nice and friendly.

Did not expect to be there an hour and forty five minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. Makes no sense to make an appointment and it take that long. I might as well pay to get my 4-runner serviced at Insta lube and it only take the max 30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous! It’s not the only time this has happened.

Bought a used car remotely from dealer. Had good experience with them in getting me information and working with me on price. The car had gone through a good inspection process and feel service department assured me and backed up their process. Would recommend this dealership.

I was grateful they were able to take us on a Saturday afternoon and the manager was very kind and helpful. The techs figured out the problem pretty quickly and were able to make a temporary repair to keep me going on the road. This was a huge help to us.I felt a little bit gouged by the charges. The part they used cost $4 but charged me $20 for it, they bought 2 gallons of antifreeze and charge me double for that, $40 per gallon. The labor charge seemed reasonable for they spent 45 minutes working on it. The $17 shop charge seemed to be over the top for me. Total charge $204 to install a tube with two clamps.It cost me much less to buy the two actual replacement parts and installation with mechanic.If I was a dealership on the highway, and had the ability to help somebody get along, I would not treat it as the regular every day opportunity make profits but maybe have a little bit of goodwill.

One star for finally getting the car.. Worst car buying experience in my life. Definitely some shady characters around there. So be aware
